Excellent customer service from Mags who went above and beyond to reassure me that the photos she took conform to the latest strict Australian requirements for passport photos. YES this store uses a sublimation printer - your stresses are over!

Was served by James today. I could not thank him enough for the time and effort he gave me today, trying to help me with printing a photograph for a very important day. Thank you so much james. Forever grateful

I went in to get passport pictures done and I asked about a canvas Showed Mags the picture We downloaded the picture and Mags showed us how it would look on canvas I ordered and was to pickup Wednesday About an hour later Mags called to say the shop had been a bit quiet And canvas was ready Lovely job Thank you for the service Mags

Had not been to Max Spielmann for photo prints before, Mags was very kind and helpful, not to mention she had a rather difficult customer, and I have to say she dealt with this admirably. Overall, reasonably priced and great service, I will definitely be back for more prints in the future.

Went in to print photos for my daughters school project. Self service machines were a nightmare. I had to choose my photos 3 times to download due to slow speed uploading to printer by Bluetooth. Then it crashed on WiFi. System error with my android phone. Staff derogatory and rude and very un PC. Spent half an hour downloading the third time, more time cropping. When photos came out, poor quality, not where I had cropped them and one had changed to landscape instead of portrait. Shocking!!

Worst service! Staff was not available. They keep a note that they will come back 2.30pm and I waited until 3.30pm. No one was there. Ruined my important work.
