Food was spot on... Served quick & staff all friendly & welcoming!!

Their non-gluten menu isn't actually safe for people who can't have gluten. Seems to only be for people who choose not to have gluten. We had to find somewhere else to eat, which was great fun on Easter Monday at lunch time. They really need to make it clear that their non-gluten menu is just for show and isn't actually safe for people who need that menu

Staff are always really nice,nothing is ever a problem, we have been in about 4 or 5 times recently and despite being attended too by different staff each time due to shifts and days you always get the same reception, food is lovely everytime we have eaten here and again never had any issues, go find out for yourselves 👍👍

Asked for well done steak and it came perfectly cooked throughout, no mess, no undercook, tasty, brilliant, best steak I've had anywhere!

Food was lovely. Service wasn't great. I understand places may be short-staffed but all I look for is a small acknowledgement that I will be served as soon as they can.

Been here lots of times but last Sundays food has put us off from returning. I had the chicken and bacon wrap which was disappointing, bacon hadn't been cooked thoroughly and tasted a bit spicy. Daughters macaroni wasn't nice and cheesy as it should be. Pale and watery. Even the blue light card discount wasn't as straight forward as it used to be .

This used to be quite decent food for the price but the quality of the food has gone right down hill. Food was barley edible and the service was poor. We were seated but not given menus. Our light bite food took about 45 minutes and it was cold. Couldn't find someone to complain to either. Don't think I'll be bothering again any time soon.

Good menu food fine, good portions only downside, asked for salad ,rather chips with meal.salad was just lettuce not a lot of effort in regards to salad

Food was nice, although we had to ask for our drinks order twice. Staff were great though once we asked they went and got then.

American Sizzler Breakfast after overnighting to catch a plane today. Tender steak with hash browns and fried eggs with onion and pepper fry up. Delicious and I won't find a meal like that at that price at the airport. Quick service and friendly attentive staff.

Booked into the titan for a night at the last minute lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. Went to the restaurant for a pint and a steak sizzler fantastic service with a smile ensuite room pint and meal less than fifty five can't beat it

We had family meal for 23. All of us enjoyed it. Waiting staff were happy and helpful. Only 2 bar staff made it bit slow. But overall very experience and would go back .

Service OK coffee was cold by the time the meal arrived. Suggest you ask for it with the food. Tomatoes under cooked looked like it got a coating of dark stuff from the griddle surface and one rock hard egg yolk + one almost rock hard egg. Toast toasted indifferently as you can see. Rest was fine. I take my eggs seriously 3 stars as in OK.

Packed, Sunday crowd, didn't realize I needed to order at the bar, watched dog herding competition before ordering, tables refilled quickly.

Hadn't been in the titan hungry horse for a wee while as they can be a bit of a hit or a miss but was pleased with the menu and the friendly staff we will start going back

I have visited here on a number of occasions and have never been let down. The staff are always busy,but never too busy to ask if you're enjoying your meal. There is also a very relaxed atmosphere and the meals are always cooked to perfection.Well deserved 5 stars.

Found the app a little tricky when trying to order food . There was a problem with the cards being processed and I had to use another card. The manager said I was not the first customer to have had issues today 10/05/21. I also slipped and fell on walking at the tiled floor area of the bar as I walked in to be shown to my table that I'd booked .

Full breakfast for £3.49! Great value. Sadly I was driving so couldn't sample alcohol.

A good and reasonably priced place for a variety of different dishes.There are also meal deals for different days of the week.We went for a deal which included chicken breast.Usually the food is good here,but the chicken was so dry that we both struggled with it,and couldn't finish the meal.Shame,because we've been for several meals here over the years,and haven't had a complaint to make.The drinks are a wee bit pricey,but maybe that's to compensate for the low prices paid for meals. The Staff are friendly enough,and the Bar Manager is very professional in his approach to the Customer.

Was asked by staff to leave a review of the service. Service was fine if a little overpowering. Could not understand why it was so empty until the Balmoral chicken arrived. Very undercooked told staff and they said it was delivered cooked. Think they for got to ping it in the microwave as was almost transparent 😳😱

Excellent service, food lovely, pleasant experience. Highly recommend and I will definitely return.
