What to say about this Starbucks on the corner of Jackson and Avenue 48. Those who complain about the customer service here have just never worked in customer service before. They have no idea what it’s like to serve customers all day. It is very easy for them to complain but be sure if they were in the employee’s positions, they would not know what to do. At ease, it’s just coffee. If you are that focused on your money - don’t spend it. I go to this location on a regular basis and many of the employees know me by name. I walk in and am greeted by multiple people at once because I also greet them. You get what you give. You attract what you are. This store is absolutely no different than any other store in America. Very friendly people with consistent service. Thank you Daniel, Nayeli and Daisy for always being courteous and treating me with world class customer service!

Service is not good… cashier ‘Dest’ w glasses kept wiping hands not paying attention. I said the previous caramel frap i ordered is not sweet at all and too much cream, so easy on the whip cream. She said no milk? And I said easy on the whipped cream, she said asked no whipped cream? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Easy on the whipped cream. I asked how does the refill works and she said I have to buy a new one. When I picked up my drinks, she is still wiping her hands loll

Very pleasant experience. Robert helped us and he was very kind. This is closer to our airbnb so we will more than likely be visiting again during our stay. The drive thru is very clean and sanitary. However, the sign for the drive thru is so small, we could hardly see it.

I know it’s a new place but they need to work on their timing. Takes forever to get your order. Last time it took them 25 minutes and order was wrong several times . Hope it gets better

I love starbucks! Perfect all year round. Coffes, refreshers, and alot more! Would 100% recommend

I also work in the fast food industry/customer service, where I work at even if it’s 5 minutes til closing time we attend the customer. Whether it being through the drive thru or dine in. Even if it’s dine in and it’s 5 minutes til closing we take that customers order. This location seems to not care, not sure if the concept of generating sales is the same all around any food chain. Most definitely this location does not care or apply it. Just says how lazy and incompetent these employees are. Closing the dine to attend drive thru only. Wow!!!

I ordered a refresher drink, and I got a raspado! I finished my drink by the time I got home and I live one block away! All I got was ice, I paid for ice!

My favorite location! I order a caramel ribbon crunch and I swear no one makes it better.

They are the best Starbucks that I have been to. So much so that even though I don’t live near this one any more I will be making a special trip to come here. The barista Steven has been especially nice and his customer service is amazing!

I got an iced mocha. It was very watery. Quite disappointed
