We love Blue Valley Bistro! Excellent coffee drinks and especially love the breakfast sandwich and burrito, but everything we've tried has been good with fresh ingredients. Always friendly customer service and a pup friendly patio area 😊

A couple breakfast sandwiches and a blended mocha. They were tasty. 🤤 Sat out on the deck and enjoyed our meal.

Chicken bacon ranch wrap was excellent! The house made ranch was perfect.

I'm not sure I get the hype about this spot. It's more of a deli counter with a coffee bar than a bistro. You have to stand in line to order and then it can take 30-60 minutes to get your food. They do bring it to your table, but you are expected to bus your own table at the end. The food is okay, nothing extra special about it. Looking around at other tables, the portions seem a bit small for the prices listed. I had the Pastrami Rueben as did, my friend. Hers came out with very little dressing, and she asked for a side. Mine came out a few minutes later, and it was absolutely swimming in dressing. So, it is not the best in terms of consistency. The bread and meat were nice. There was a small side of potato chips and a tiny pickle included. Parking is a little odd. If you cannot find parking on the street you have park in a muddy lot behind the hotels parking lot. The staff was definitely working hard, as they were pretty busy. They were not very pleasant - sort of put out by the request of a napkin or box. All in all - probably wouldn't plan to go again.

Everything we’ve had from here is great - the breakfast burrito is our favorite. Their coffee/espresso is the best, makes drinking other coffee less enjoyable. The best part is the staff - friendly and personable. Great with kids.

Very good menu. Great coffee They are very accommodating on special orders. Only complaint is my wife's breakfast was very cold. Cold eggs, cold potatoes, and cold toast. I really wish restaurants would heat up the plates for hot food and chill for cold foods. I love going to a Mexican restaurant because you're last bite of food is still hot as your first. LoL. We will definitely give it another try and hope for the best.

Found Blue Valley Bistro after a cold morning in Coburg. Was very busy and seating was limited. Enjoyed a great cuppa. Staff was freindly and attentive. I would have given it a 5th star but ther as NO internet/wifi. Bummer.

My family and I went to the bistro last Saturday. The food was good, but I wouldn't say it was worth the 45-minute wait and higher prices. Both my mother-in-law and fiancee liked their food, but I was given the wrong item. I had ordered the turkey bacon and was given the chicken ranch wrap. It was not the biggest deal in the world, but I was expecting better service from Blue Valley Bistro. Hopefully, others will have a better experience here, but my first time was soured by the middling service.

Is very special. The food was amazing. Is the service was top-notch If you get the chance try to bake the goods.

Very cute little brunch spot. All I got was the breakfast burrito, but it fills you up and is delicious. Strongly recommend the coffee and matchas too.

Wow! What a cute little place! I had a Borgia and lemon bar and they were both delicious! Definitely on my list to go back!

This place has great seating indoor and out. Ample parking. The ordering and food service were both quick and friendly. The food was perfect, excellent quality, taste, and presentation. Such nice people who are generous with their smiles. We feel blessed to have stopped there and highly recommend this restaurant.
