Good shopping for pasta and and local food. Also great food in the restaurant. I rarely ate food which tasted that fresh. Great place to stop shop and have dinner.

The first thing I must say is that every interaction with the folks at Alb-Gold was pleasant and friendly. The tour was very educational. It was interesting to learn how an egg operation was converted to noodle production at a time when the market was flooded with eggs. The son of the owner took a chance by buying a noodle machine and the history of Alb-Gold has bloomed ever since. A great place to visit for people of all ages.

If you like chocolate, you might wish to visit a place that would make you feel like Hansel and Gretel. If you like pasta, you should visit Alb Gold. Yet in this instance, there are no witches, but a great and helpful staff. The experience is one to remember.

Nice place for a getaway with a herb garden, a place to eat (did not eat there) a place to by swabian specialities (Spätzle, lentil...).

The tour was really interesting and the restaurant has some quality tasting food!
