We
are
currently
in
the
St.
Annastiftskrankenhaus
in
the
Gabriel
station.
And
we
are
completely
satisfied.
All
of
the
nurses
and
doctors
are
really
nice
and
caring
for
parents
and
children.
Especially
about
the
child.
I
had
no
sister
who
would
have
approached
our
child
in
a
strange
way,
would
not
have
responded
to
our
questions
or
wishes,
or
would
have
gone
astray.
But
on
the
contrary.
The
doctors
at
the
rounds
also
explain
and
respond
to
questions.
The
night
nurse
is
incredibly
loving
and
even
in
the
greatest
stress
she
always
has
time
for
you.
The
nurses
and
doctors
in
the
emergency
room
were
just
as
nice
and
loving
to
my
little
one.
I
didn't
have
a
long
wait
here.
Of
course,
the
hospital
may
not
be
equipped
with
the
latest
furniture
and
the
food
for
the
accompanying
persons
must
be
fetched
yourself,
and
perhaps
one
or
two
details
regarding
the
rooms
are
incorrect.
But
if
I
don't
want
four
of
you
to
be
in
a
room,
then
you
have
to
decide
on
the
choice
of
the
single
room
and
pay
extra.
If
you
criticize
the
furniture
or
food,
you
have
to
say
that
a
hospital
is
not
a
vacation
and
ultimately
another
thing
is
in
the
foreground:
the
recovery
of
our
little
ones.
Completely
irrelevant
here
is
whether
we
mom
and
dad
have
to
walk
300
meters
to
get
our
lunch.
If
someone
complains
about
the
waiting
time
of
an
emergency
room,
then
you
have
the
opportunity
to
choose
Mannheim,
Speyer
or
Worms.
An
emergency
room
is
not
an
appointment
practice
and
everything
takes
time.
We
thank
you
very
much
for
the
care

Wir
sind
aktuell
stationär
im
St.
Annastiftskrankenhaus
und
zwar
auf
der
Station
Gabriel.
Und
wir
sind
rundum
zufrieden.
Alle
Krankenschwestern
und
Ärzte
sind
wirklich
sehr
nett
und
kümmern
sich
rührend
um
Eltern
und
Kind.
Vor
allem
ums
Kind.
Ich
hatte
keine
Schwester,
die
unser
Kind
komisch
angegangen
wäre,
auf
unsere
Fragen
oder
Wünsche
nicht
reagiert
oder
sich
im
Ton
vergriffen
hätte.
Ganz
im
Gegenteil.
Auch
die
Ärzte
bei
der
Visite,
erklären
und
gehen
auf
Fragen
ein.
Die
Nachtschwester
ist
unglaublich
liebevoll
und
selbst
im
grössten
Stress
hat
sie
immer
Zeit
für
einen.
Die
Schwestern
und
Ärzte/Ärztinnen
in
der
Notaufnahme
sind
ebenso
nett
und
liebevoll
zu
meiner
Kleinen
gewesen.
Eine
lange
Wartezeit
hatte
ich
hier
nicht.
Selbstverständlich
ist
das
Krankenhaus
vielleicht
nicht
mit
dem
neusten
Mobiliar
ausgestattet
und
das
Essen
für
die
Begleitpersonen
muss
selbst
geholt
werden
und
vielleicht
stimmt
das
ein
oder
andere
Detail
nicht,
was
die
Zimmer
betrifft.
Wenn
ich
aber
nicht
möchte,
dass
man
zu
viert
in
einem
Zimmer
liegt,
dann
muss
sich
eben
für
die
Wahlleistung
des
Einbettzimmers
entscheiden
und
draufzahlen.
Wenn
man
am
Mobiliar
oder
Essen
kritisiert
muss
man
sagen,
ein
Krankenhaus
ist
kein
Urlaub
und
letztlich
steht
eine
andere
Sache
im
Vordergrund
und
zwar
die
Genesung
unserer
Kleinen.
Völlig
irrelevant
hierbei
ist
dabei,
ob
wir
Mamas
und
Papas
300
Meter
gehen
müssen,
um
unser
Mittagessen
zu
bekommen.
Wenn
sich
einer
über
die
Wartezeit
einer
Notaufnahme
beschwert,
dann
habt
ihr
doch
die
Möglichkeit,
Mannheim,
Speyer
oder
Worms
auszuwählen.
Eine
Notaufnahme
ist
eben
keine
Terminpraxis
und
alles
dauert
eben
seine
Zeit.
Wir
bedanken
uns
bei
der
Pflege
ganz
herzlich
