Probably one of the best Indian restaurants I've been too. Food was just the best. I had samosas definitely the best I've had in along time. Less one star as I hadn't quite finished my samosas when my plate was taken away and my main meal was served. Otherwise it's 5 stars

By far the best Indian I had in Germany. The food is so authentic and bursting with flavors. The Malai kebab was so perfect and even had veggies. Traditional preparation and such perfect textures. The butter chicken, hands down. A must visit when you are in Dresden.

First time ever in Dresden a true authentic Indian restaurant. With mystical atmospheric experience. The whole resturant feels like inside a cave. There quite lot cave paintings depicting vedantic reference of Hindu culture. The food is undoubtedly best and authentic. Service as homely as you can imagine. Most recommend if you are in Dresden and want to try Indian cuisine.

I went to this restaurant to try some asian food. I ordered butter chicken that comes with basmati rice. Also ordered garlic naan and sweet Punjabi lassi. The taste was really good. The amount was more than sufficient for a person. I took the left over portion as a parcel. Their service is really good. Price is a bit higher if you compare to middle eastern food. But the food is worth the price. The only issue is the Visa/MasterCard payment. They only accept German cards. So I had to pay in cash. Overall, I would highly recommend it for those who want Asian food.

We decided to go to Ganesh Restaurant based on the good reviews, but without much expectations and to our surprise everything we ordered was so delicious😋. The main thing to know that the restaurant has a traditional tandoor that they use to make naan and parathas, which makes a huge difference and gives the authentic taste. We had saag paneer with naan, aalu paratha, and mango lassi that's cost us € 18. The owner, who is also the head chef, is a very hearty guy. Overall, one of the best Indian restaurant out there.😍

Had been to for dinner. Good ambience. Moderately priced menu. Tasty food. We had Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kabab, Garlic Naan and sweet Lassi (with Rice and vegetable salad). Special mention to the best service.

Tasty and delicious Indian food is served here. One of the best tandoori roti I have eaten. The restaurant has enough space to accommodate large groups. We went for lunch and it was not that crowded. The staff was very friendly and made sure we are comfortable and enjoy the food. The light was little bit annoying. The look of the food is as important as the taste.

Tastes good. No Naan option with curry. Only rice. Naan has to be ordered extra and tasted good. Paneer sabji was bit spicy, I think it's because they thought I could handle spicy by my looks, and added more chilli powder into shahi paneer. But Shahi paneer needs to be soothing not spicy. Surprisingly more Germans are there during lunch time.

If u wish to have Naan or grill (still only bottom filled with vegetables in grilled chickens 😂) you can go for it, never try Meals here, I got surprised a desert in the meals turned to be a mango prawns, see the images, mango never tasted like this, in my entire life never had a dish like this 🤷🏾‍♂️ Secondly, they said outside it's lighted up with heater so you can sit outside l, but trust me it's not that warm enough to have a dinner outside, that too in Germany!!! Most importantly, one waiter will be there, an old man, who will be annoying, he will never let you order any dishes you wish for, rather he will choose what you should eat, he will waste ur time too, even my wife speaks Punjabi still he will waste your time, never seen any annoying waiter in a Indian restaurant before in Europe, sides are ok not that great, the conclusion is better stay away from here!!!

The food is good, but sometimes I feel that the waiters rush you too much so you leave the restaurant quickly. The service is also decent most of the time, despite that. Also: they do not accept credit cards, be careful.

I ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken tikka, fish tikka, and paneer tikka. The fish tikka was a standout dish for me, with the fish being moist and succulent, and the marinade adding a delightful smokiness to each bite. We reached late night at Dresden and went to Ganesha for indian dinner.... the food was awesome..fresh and good quality.. More than that, the staff was very welcoming and accommodated all our ask without second question. The Owner Tijender was very nice to speak with after dinner and had a wonderful time. I would go again when I visit Dresden especially for the talk with Tijender and the excellent food that we got........ Highly recommend the place.

Food was okay. Neither too good nor too bad. Good ambience. One weird thing was, the person who was in service told us not to drink the water that we brought from our home and when we questioned why he said other people will feel something!! I never came across like this any before but I just ignored that and consumed the water. The reason behind this might be he wanted us to order some drinks or other beverages from this restaurant however this made us to decide not to visit this restaurant anymore. I would not like to recommend anyone to this place.

Fantastic food! We arrived here late in the night, the service was very quick and everything was very good. Prices are not bad for the size of the portions, definitely recommended.

I came to this restaurant while looking for some place with good reviews near my hotel. I was not disappointed. The food was quite good and the portions were quite decent. The service and atmosphere of the restaurant were also quite good. In terms of price, the restaurant is in my opinion aligned with average prices (I paid around 26€ for a starter, beer [0.5L], main dish, and a naan). The restaurant is not located in the city center, on the contrary is in a residential area. If you are staying in the old town, it might not be that close, but if you are closer to the main train station you can walk there in +- 15 minutes. If you have a car, you can also drive there as parking is fee in streets near the restaurant. Overall, I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a good Indian restaurant, away from crowds and with a nice atmosphere.

Great food across the board. Service is great with just the right amount of attention. Expensive but worth the price. Very friendly and helpful in packing leftovers as well. Hope that in the future, they will have a delivery option, and accept international visa/MasterCard credit cards.
