European Wax Center in hunt valley gives the exact experience you would want from a spa selfcare atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and welcoming when you come in the door. They are hosting a Valentine’s Day party this weekend with cute giveaways, a beautiful balloon arch and flower wall with takeaway pictures. The wax specialist are also very sweet and take their time you can tell they care. Kelly is my wax specialist and she takes great care of me. The offer some of the best service I’ve experienced ever along with giving me options to save on my Brazilian with a wax pass that never expires! I was a waxing virgin and due to some medical conditions I grow too much facial hair. It affects my perception of self. Taliyah was professional and patient. To my surprise it was not very painful at all. Amber gave the best customer service and had me in in under and hour from my call. The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. Kelly was awesome checking to make sure I had a good experience. And Ty is the ultimate team member and reassured me that we are making a good plan for my self care . Make an appointment and go see these ladies they are amazing.

My very first waxing experience and it was soooooo great! Kayla was so professional and welcoming. She put me at ease as I confided that this was my first experience being waxed. She was so bubbly and energetic and positive. I was recommend to Kelly for my male Brazilian and when I say there is no one on the planet that could’ve done a better job at putting me at ease making me feel comfortable and completing my wax then the GOAT Ms Kelly! She kept me laughing at talked me through the entire process. Even twitch it being my first time she made me feel like we’ve been friends for years. She is amazing! I will start by saying…just book the appointment! You won’t regret it! I typically go to the location that is closest to my house, but had a terrible experience at that location so I came here. I chose this location because Erika was my go-to girl before she switched and I am SO GLAD I knew where she went. This is my new location, and I should have switched when Erika did. All of the staff here is so personable and professional! The facility is SO CLEAN! They are flexible as much as they are able and I was able to get a last minute appointment, which for my situation today was a God send! 10/10 recommend this location and I sure will be driving the hour and a half it takes me to get here once per month. I have the best experience at this location. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The wax specialist Travia is my absolute favorite! I love her and how professional she is ! She’ll do her best to make sure you’re comfortable while providing your service and she is very considerate of you and your time. I recommend her to everyone I know and especially if this is your first time going the waxing route. She also recommended these products to me which I will be posting down below which have been working GREAT ! All because of TRAVIA my first wax experience was amazing and I have thrown away EVERY SINGLE RAZOR I HAD.

I love this place! From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk staff are always smiling and friendly. Erika, my wax gal is so so so amazing. I’m new with waxing and she really talks you through each step along the way. Highly recommend this location!!!

I have a fantastic time with the help of Monica, she is amazing!!! Very sweet and her service and professionalism is spot on. Toni was pleasant to talk to. She helped me find a good exfoliating product as well as set me up for future appointments. The managers on duty were friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back to this location.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian done and my wax specialist, Erika, made this such a great experience! She was so patient, gentle and understanding during the wax. She also talked me through the entire process. I feel like this eased a lot of the stress that I was feeling leading up to my wax. Overall, my favorite experience and I left feeling smooth as ever.

Erika is amazing! I received my first Brazilian from her and I was super nervous! She made me feel extremely comfortable and I’ve been going once a month ever since! I even get my eyebrows and lip waxed by her now too! I highly highly recommend Erika! My forever go to! Also, the front desk staff are great and super nice!

This was my first service, and Erika was my esthetician. She is a consummate professional and helped me feel immediately comfortable. Her work was top notch! I highly recommend her, particularly for guests who might be slightly unsure of the procedure. I will definitely go back to Erika.

I booked with someone else on a different day by accident but was accepted as a walk-in. The receptionist that greeted me was gregarious and welcoming. My esthetician Samira (Sam) made me feel very comfortable and was perfectly happy to fit me into her schedule. Her skills are excellent and I’m thrilled with my results. I booked another appointment with Sam before leaving the center. The facility and workspace are very clean and I would highly recommend it for all waxing needs.
