Went to this store today. It was filthy. So many boxes littered the aisles, making it hard to shop and reach items. That's also a safety hazard to customers... I'm actually shocked for a store in this high scale of a shopping center. The cashier was rude and didn't even speak back when I said hello to her. Pretty much acted as if she didn't want to wait on me at all the whole transaction. I'll stick to my regular store in white marsh since I only went to this one because we were in the area.

Clean location. Store was a little crowded with boxes but it was obviously stocking up for the holiday season. Lots of great items at good prices. Friendly staff

The staff is very nice there. The lady helping checking people out yesterday was warm and friendly. My only complaint is the yoga mat. It stunk so badly of chemicals once opened. I had it in the laundry room at first but when I went to switch the clothes I could barely breathe in their so I moved it to the balcony to air out overnight.

The store was A MESS! they were opening stock but there was zero organization so it interfered with shipping. I had to move boxes several times just to walk around. One guy opened a box in front of me then walked away and left it in the aisle. The rest of the store was a mess as well... merchandise was strewn all over the place. Hot mess.

I went to the store in Hunt Valley which was a bit messy. I did not find everything I wanted but they had some good deals. Staff was very courteous.

right when me and my sister walked into the store we were immediately kicked out because there was too many people in the store although there was hardly any. The worker yelled at us about it being Easter weekend and very busy. After we waited and walked in again the worker was walking around cussing. I’m appalled by the way this worker treated us and will not be going to this store again.

I love this place. It has all cool stuff

Looks like a rented warehouse with not much merchandise stocked.
