Fantastic service. Super fast. Delicious. I’ve been coming to bagel works as a child, 30 years later it’s still just as amazing. The lox is spectacular, bagels are fresh. Love this place.

Tuesday morning 7:30 12/27/22. Young lady at register was pleasant...My order was simple 2 bagels, cream cheese and tomato on each. I take my supposed order, go to my car, am relaxing in the parking lot prior to work when I discover they gave me 4 bagels none of them with cream cheese and tomato... 2 with cream cheese 1 with ham egg and cheese and the last I havent even looked at. The quality of the products were fine, though entirely not my order....Lady at the register was asleep at the wheel.

I've tried a number of breakfast dishes here and everything is so good. Great food, always good service and there's typically a nice crowd making it feel like a thriving positive environment. If you haven't been here, check em out !

Good bagels but they need to fix or replace their kitchen vent hoods. You can literally see smoke wafting in to the dining room. The ceilings and part of the walls are covered in tar from these fumes, like a nasty old pizzeria would have Edit for your response: I was there a day ago. Poor ventilation is a health hazard

Food was fine. But we were treated poorly. No signs indicating that you sit to be served and order at the counter for to go orders. We counter-ordered and then were rudely told that we should not have done so if we wanted to sit in the restaurant. All this after we had tipped 25% already. Then we were ignored after that quite pointedly. I don’t think we will be going back.

Great local bagel shop. I got a bagel to go but next time I'm in town I'll be sure to get a table. The atmosphere was great

Bagel Works is my go to spot every weekend! Not only is the food and menu selection top notch but you can’t find better service. They have the nicest and most personable staff you can find in the restaurant industry. The food comes out in a timely manner and you can’t go wrong with anything. You will certainly love Bagel Works of Hunt Valley!

Amazing food. Chicken and Rice was more like a stew with carrots, celery, peppers , potatoes. Excellent broth ! Vegi cream cheese was excellent with large pieces of vegis!

If you need a New York style bagel sandwich, but you’re stuck in Maryland - this is the place to go. Quick service, great bagels, good selection of food, good coffee.

Truly New York quality bagels and omelets! Excellent service, friendly staff, and food came really fast. We enjoyed coming by here for breakfast during our road trip in Maryland. (No photo of food cuz we dived right in 😋)

Been ordering here the last couple months. Me and my son have been happy with the bagels until today. I simply called to ask if they could remake it nicely. The manager kind of got smart with me when I told her about my bagel and said no one's ever complained of to much cream cheese. It didn't taste right at all. When I came in to get my new bagel I simply told her I brought back the other one so she could see what I was talking about. She then said great all sarcastically. I turned around and she was literally making faces at me like a little child. Really unprofessional when all I wanted was my bagel redone and I literally said nothing rude. Definately need to higher a more mature manager. Wont be returning. She clearly isn't a people person and doesn Ty like her job. And honestly I'm not a picky food person. This is maybe the third time in my entire life where I ever had to complain about the food where it was inedible. Completely shocked at her immaturity and rudeness. And yes it was the manager because the employee said hold on let me transfer you to my manager. But thanks

Wet fries, unseasoned. Roast beef ok, bagel tasted like a pretzel with no real flavor. They forgot the pickle, the only part I was excited about. Friendly service but food was bland overall. 16$ for fries and a sandwich 😤

Love this place for its delicious food and the menu has whatever you could want in a breakfast place. Friendly and quick service, especially Joe!

Food is good. Carry out service struggles some. They always forget the chips for the lunch special & they are slow in the morning. They are pricey as well.

We've been going here since i was a kid and we love them!!! Best bagels around. Definitely go in person though, everytime I've ordered delivery it's been incorrect.

One of the best Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwiches. The sausage is thin and not overbearing. My choice is the Everything bagel. Just the right amount of salt.

I will not order from here anymore first and last time! Funny thing is all I asked for was a sandwich and orange juice from a fountain and I got a horrible customer service! And get this they got signs out front clear as day in front of the parking spots in front of their establishment stating that they have curbside parking however, the aggressively denounce curbside service stating"we are a small business we can't do that anymore since covid". Fact of the matter is I called in my order as I was in the parking spot label for curbside and the woman on the phone was very very aggressive yet again and fast to take my order and very incomplete with completing my order. For example I asked did you have fountain OJ cuz I didn't want the bottle stuff she said yes they did and I said I'll take a small she said okay..... Fast forward to when I had to call back cuz I hadn't heard from them in about 20 minutes because it was a curbside order that she had confirmed but rest off the phone because she didn't take any information about my vehicle or anything but she was such a hairy I guess to get to the next order..... She brings me out with my sandwich a bottle OJ and said they never had fountain OJ! Point I'm saying is if they're this level of incompetence what else is going on behind the scenes who knows!?! I've already made up my mind I don't want them making anything for me ever again period. FYI I threw the sandwich away because I wasn't sure if it was cooked correctly and the kitchen was clean sense it is such a small business... 😆 Lol

The cinnamon raisin bagel tasted savory, like chives or onion. I could see and smell herbs in the glaze. This is the second order I received this way and had to toss it. Disappointed.

Always a great "eat" whether in Bel Air or Hunt Valley. Ordered breakfast consisting of eggs, homefries, bacon and toast! Served in a matter of minutes! This occurs whether a large breakfast/lunch crowd or not!!!

Placed an order online, called to make sure cheese came with the breakfast sandwich like it does when you order in person. They said no and would not add cheese to my order despite me calling immediately after placing it. Manager was rude and condescending. Not sure why they wouldn’t want to provide good customer service, it isn’t an up charge to add cheese. Go to THB instead, they are atleast nice.

Best bagels in Maryland and even better bagel sandwiches! I often drive up from Canton in Baltimore City (30 minutes away) just for these. Not sure why people eat the trash over at THB, this place is THE BEST!

The sandwich was decent. I got their in-house chips as well those were good. The Bagel in itself was also pretty good. Maybe I just got the wrong menu item. This was my first time going there, so I asked the cashier what was the best sandwich to get and according to her, this was their best sandwich so if that is the case then idk. Maybe I'll try their breakfast platters next time or a different sandwich and see how I like that. Overall, the sandwich wasn't bad at all, just think you can get a better Turkey Club elsewhere.

Service is fast, Food is Amazing. Pics are from 2 different occasions & both times I was in love 😍 must try bagel/breakfast spot. Nothing else in the area compares in my opinion. Joe is the best server. He is a memory box, his customer service is a1
