    I love usually going to this place. Although, I placed a pick-up order for my Dad and I and mine was completely wrong. They put my Dad's order into my bowl. So, I went back said to the person at the checkout counter that my order was messed up and they said, "Okay, you can get in line," in a rude way. It was given to my for free (I would hope so) but when the person said I could throw it away, I asked if they could throw it away behind them and they said, "We're not allowed to take food over the counter, but there's out behind you," and pointed in such a dismissing way. I understand not being able to take food over the counter. Although, their attitude and facial expressions were just rude. I usually never complain either, but this was just rude.

    When this location first opened up, service was great and food was on par with their top locations. Within the past couple of years the customer service has declined dramatically. Employees don’t care. I’ve tried ordering online to this location multiple times and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order on time. I’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes after the desired pickup time to get my food. I would understand it was during the lunch or dinner rush but there was no one else at the location and I was the only one in there. I asked how much longer it would take and caught an attitude from the cashier and deliberately saw then not make my food since I asked that question. Management doesn’t care and the owner obviously is only looking for a monthly paycheck at the end of the day

    I had always loved Chipotle but this wasn't a good experience. We ordered two of the bowls and they had no Lettuce, no chips, no guacamole, no peppers & onions. Just plenty of cheese.We went a head and took it anyway but that's totally unsatisfactory in my eyes. The place didn't have one clean table and the employees were running in and out like a revolving door. I managed to get a little Lettuce after I asked for some.

    Literally disgusting, first time we ever threw everything away. Nothing was made right, tasted sour, guacamole brown, and rice huge chunks that were inedible. Do not ever waste your money here, literally turned my stomach off one bite.

    If I could give zero stars I would! This location is HORRIBLE. At 5 pm on a Friday after accepting orders only to go in a wait on a pick up (while only 3 other people in the store) to be told they don’t have what you ordered (all i got was chips and guacamole) and the rude manage to say call customer service for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Zero customer service. And this happens all the time constant items unavailable. I WILL NOT come here again! Would rather eat McDonald’s then come back to this chipotle. Mind you the front door was locked and anyone coming in had to use the side door. What kind is business is this. What kind of manager runs this store? Not a very good one

    I visited this place twice; once it was good, but the other time was just so-so. When it wasn’t good, it had spinach instead of lettuce, and the food was packed without much care.

    One of the worst chipotles in the state. Maanagement who is on the phone giving orders and not here should be fired immediately and replaced or this location will continue to fail. 20 mins after my order was supposed to be done and it’s not ready. What’s worse is they claim their register is down so no customers in store or in line. But I’m still here waiting. Is there at least a single person making food? Pitiful!!

    Chipotle is my go-to for a quick bite but this was an awful experience. Despite having quite a few employees the store was a mess, they were out of cheese, fajita veggies were uncooked, and they were out of two sodas. Additionally, my wife and I both had stomach issues after the meal. Up your game, Hunt Valley Chipotle.

    Sorry, but all signs point to Chipotle being a failing franchise, as their stock is down about 25% this year. The inconsistency of the portions is frustrating, and I have yet to have a burrito that actually tasted good before completely falling apart. Waiting in line lends itself to a high school cafeteria, and the apathetic employees don't help the experience much either.

    Never again at this location. Went here at 2pm, no chicken. I could kick myself for not reading the reviews for this location ahead of time. The lady putting my bowl together acted as if she was on another planet when asked when the chicken was going to be ready. She asked whoever was on the grill and don't even think that person responded clearly when she asked and came back with a random made up ridiculous wait time. I really should have left out at this point and went elsewhere. So everybody today there either had an attitude or their brain was out to lunch. As we were leaving, a customer who was waiting for their take out order had simply asked nicely if her food was ready yet and she was met with so much rudeness from the employee that was doing the take out orders. Loud and noticeable rudeness. We were mad for the lady, she just asked a simple question. The employees at this location are not only clueless but rude . Note to self: don't come to this location EVER!!!👎👎👎

    Depressing experience. Portions are terrible. Order double protein and get a few pieces. They randomly leave out and substitute ingredients on my dishes for delivery orders. Maybe if I ordered in-person it would be better? Judging from the reviews, probably not. Also, they can't blame their broken order/receipt printer for the mishap because the label on my food is perfectly readable of what should be in it.

    A coworker and myself go here today for lunch and there was a group of five women ahead of us. The worker was just chatting it up with them taking her sweet time making the food for them. Meanwhile there is man at the register and a man standing there watching the women talk and gab. Not sure why the man just standing there watching couldn't have also been taking some orders to help the line move. Anyway our lunch time ran out while we were waiting in line while this reunion was going on between the worker and these 5 customers so we had to leave empty handed.

    NY Eve catering order was a disaster. Has been fine for past two years but not this year. Ordered food for 15. Received less meat and rice than when I ordered for 10. Store wouldn’t answer their phone. Went through catering line to file complaint and request to make the order right as my guests were already waiting. More rice was delivered 4.5 HOURS after original order. HORRIBLE experience!!!

    I placed an order online and designated a pickup time. I arrived at exactly my pickup time. Employee #1 asked for my name which I gave. He went to go check and said it was not ready. Ok, no worries. 10 mins go by and another worker asks for my name, and I also show the confirmation number. He says it's not ready and starts making food in the kitchen presumably to make my order. Another 10 mins later (20 mins past my pickup time) a 3rd employee asks for my name and goes to check. Turns out the bag had been sitting there for who knows how long. I, annoyed, asked him "how long has that been sitting there?" to which he replied "have a nice night". No apology, no nothing. I get home with my food and it's all cold. 1 star. Terrible customer service. Own up to your mistake. $37 for cold food. TRASH location.

    I visited Chipotle a few days ago during lunch rush. There was a bit of a line. However, it moved pretty quickly. I ordered my food and made my way to pay. I had a reward to use and therefore scanned the qr code as directed. Upon check out, I realized the very item I had a reward for I was charged for as well. I immediately brought to the attention of the manager, and she prepared my refund. Why the such a low rating? Well, for starters, the place was chaotic, and there wasn't as much communication as you would see on any other day. The gentlemen on the register seemed overwhelmed and a bit frazzled. Lastly, the food! I made my way back to work to enjoy my lunch only to find it was extremely cold. The side of corn I asked for was still frozen. The rice and beans were cold as if they were sitting out, and everything lacked flavor.

    Store was dirty; they were out of multiple items (no Queso Blanco, no salad lettuce or dressing, no grilled veggies); the food was cold and the carnitas was dry. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too.

    The drastic decline in Chipotle stock can probably be directly attributed to this location. Hey Corporate, if you’re listening, just out this place out of its misery! Absolutely the most apathetic employees that I’ve ever witnessed. Most of the time they have a sign on the door with it locked saying “ online orders only” which when you do order online it’s completely wrong. I’d hate to see the cleanliness of where they prep food as I’ve never seen a clean spot anywhere in this store. Bathrooms never have soap ( gross, are employees washing their hands?) This location either needs a completely new management team to come in and flip it around, or corporate needs to take it behind the barn and do it in, because locations like this really stain a brand.

    Chipotle is a great quick go to for a relatively healthy bite to eat. However, Hunt Valley is SO INCONSISTENT in quality, volume of food and service it is borderline ludicrous. I ordered a salad with veggies. It arrived 5 minutes ago, which lead me to writing a review. If it had been half the price, or the norm, I wouldn’t be disappointed. But it is, what it is, depending on the day and staff. OH, and the store itself is frequently dirty and out of basic food items. When it is prepared and served well, it’s great. But not often enough.

    The two women working the front line did a wonderful job with portioning our burrito bowls and wrap and they were very polite and kind! And whoever you have prepping the Barbacoa and steak know what they’re doing with the seasoning! I normally go to the Westminster store but it was a pleasant surprise stopping by your store today.     As a frequent patron, I visit this place 2-4 times a week and can attest to the improved management. Therefore, I suggest disregarding reviews from before Q4 2022 since they may not reflect the current state of the establishment. The consistency of the service has been consistently excellent!

    One of my worst chipotle experiences. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl. Something tasted off with the meat, the tortilla I ordered on the side was oily. Couldn't finish it. I've had much better food at other Chipotle stores. Disappointed.

    While I always enjoy the food and flavors (such as they are -- it's not exactly Mexico City gourmet but certainly satisfying!), we were disappointed in the crew and cleanliness of the place when we visited. The staff had their masks on their chins and not their noses, let alone covering their mouths, tables were pretty much all sticky and not recently cleaned, they still don't have lemon available for beverages, and the burrito wrap attempt ended up falling apart anyway. The experience of Chipotle seems to only hold together in the college neighborhoods. This one in Hunt Valley did not impress, nor did the shopping center in general. It has what it should have, is maybe improving, but could easily go wrong too. I hope the Chipotle at least improves and can one day satisfy the craving for a burrito on a future grocery run to the Wegmans next door.

    Yesterday during lunch was delicious, chips, burritos and steak quesadilla was delicious. The chips were very good, they tasted like corn. I have eaten there other days and the food has been ok, but yesterday everything tasted very good. The steak was just a little spicy to my.

    I was quite disappointed with this location. The Hunt Valley location was one of my favorite. It had nothing to do with the staff strictly the food. The steak was overcooked and I paid for extra steak but it look like there was barely a scoop of meat in my bowl. If I ever come back to this location I will not order pickup. As much as Chipotle cost now there is no reason I should have not received my money's worth.

    This review is a bit hard to write. On the one hand, the store met my requirements for a high review: good food, staff, and service. On the other hand, I think some corporate training stood in the way of a perfect score. I ordered food for my kids and me on the app. When we arrived, it wasn't ready. No biggie: we were early, and I could tell they had a lot of mobile orders. Plus with Covid, I'm giving businesses a break. On the other hand, when I arrived there weren't many in store orders. I feel like in that case, staff should use that space to make mobile orders if they have a lot of them, but my guess is corporate tells them not to. Okay, not the fault of the staff. Next, my order never came out. I'll take more of the blame for waiting 30 minutes before asking about it. I got distracted trying to keep my kids occupied and was trying to give staff the benefit of the doubt that they were swamped. But at the same time, I've had staff come ask me what order I'm waiting for if they see I've been standing there a while. So when I finally talked to the cashier, he looked up my order and said someone must have swiped it. Great. I have to wait more while they remake the bowls. However, while I'm waiting, two other mobile orders came out. I feel like if you know a customer is there waiting for their food and it was originally taken by someone else, you stop what you're doing and make the waiting person's order. But again, that could be a corporate thing. In other situations, I probably would have nuked this review, but I understand that a lot of the issues were out of their hands.

    Be careful they won’t give you correct portions even when paying extra. I ordered a pick up order for a burrito double chicken. Order came to $15 just for the burrito. When I picked the order up the burrito was extremely small and light. I kindly asked them to remake it. The manager, a young white man, decided to open the burrito and try to argue. He instead ended up proving my point. There was less than a cup of rice and definitely not the double chicken I paid for. He proceeded to follow me down the line and argue with me even after I told him I wasn’t there to argue I just wanted it remade. Extremely disappointed, this could have been easily fixed with an apology and remake. I expect more from the staff especially from management.
