So my order was wrong, I called a few minutes later spoke with manager Shanna. She said she is sorry would replace the order. Put my name in book. I called 4 days later to get order replacement and they refused to do it. The general manager named Teresa said she would not do that. Please do not go here. Do not go there unless you want to get lied to. Still waiting on call from district manager Allison.

This is a brand new building with wonderful staff. The food and service were on point. This is truly a benchmark operation for McDonald’s. Both individuals in our party lamented it wasn’t located closer to home.

We are traveling from PA for vacation. Terrific vacation. We went on a Disney Cruise, stressful depart but ok. We decided to skipped the depart breakfast, tired and hungry as we left the ship. Stopped at this location for food on way to Airport. It's great! Food was tasty 🤤 service was fantastic wish i got the cashiers name. The facility was clean, smelled clean, just smell of yummy food. Daughter went to rest room and was impressed enough to mention that it was so clean and her hand smelled great lol they have wonderful soap she said. LoL said smelled like her Dr's hands. The people there smiling and appeared to actually like working together 😁 amazing compared to our McDonald's in Palmyra PA. I don't know if we hit the McDonald's on a good day but i totally suggest this stop if traveling from Port to MCO. Even thanked them for being so great.

McDonald's on 524 was great. Recently remodelled. Wait times in the drive-thru have drastically been reduced. Didn't really have an issue with my order but I almost never do from this location. Staff was friendly and tentative. Quick to the speaker and then quick to the windows afterwards. Spent maybe 3 minutes in line total from the time the order was placed to the time it was in my hand

It's a McDonald's so I don't expect the food to be anything more than McDonald's quality. The service at this location is fast and efficient, but only having one register inside the building is an odd choice. Not just one register open, by the way. They only have one register. Period. The dining area is very open and pleasing to look at. Surprisingly modern. Definitely one of the cleaner locations I have been to.

The fries were too salt to eat. I ended up tracing them. I had an ice cream come that was an absolute mess. It was given to me with ice cream already hanging past the side of the cone. She did offer extra napkins when she saw my reaction.

People are not trained in service. Slow and seem to be spending most of their efforts on drive thru. You have to let them know you are at the counter. You have to make sure that you go over your order if you want it correct. Love the remodel and it is usually very clean.

This location opened back up after remodeling a while back, so I gave it a shot though I am not really a fast food person. Ate lunch inside and the remodel was very nice. Unfortunately the food took 20 minutes to come out after ordering. Went back today for breakfast at the drive through. Even though it was two lanes now, it took ten minutes just to get to order, then the order wasn't ready when we got to the window. We pulled over to wait and wait and wait. 35 minutes total from when we got in line to receive the food!! We could have eaten in at the diner across the street in the same amount of time, had much better food and probably not have paid any more money. When the food finally arrived most of it was no longer warm and after pulling away without so much as a sorry for the wait, we noticed there were no napkins in the bag.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a large coffee with 8 cream a d 6 equal. Was in a small hurry so did not check my coffee before I left . Got to work and my coffee was not quit black but very near being black. So it was a waste since I don't keep creamer at work. Wish the people who are hourly employees would understand that when someone orders something give them what they order. It's not coming out of your pocket! Not the first time this has happened. They would get a zero if I could. Plus the lady could not talking and cutting the bull with another worker to even pay attention to what she was doing. Did not even acknowledge my presence except to put her arm out the window with the coffee while she is looking at the other worker. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Horribly slow. Like unbelievably slow. We waiting for over 20 minutes for a simple order. There was plenty of workers running around too, so they obviously have an issue with efficiency and management.

Management is very rude was just a mess trying to get my food waited a while. Trash was over flowing and tables were a mess. Overall NEVER going to this McDonald’s ever again

Wonderful lady took my order and it didn't take long at all. Very nice!

I get the quarter pounder burgers they are 100% ground beef organic beef and delish.
