Loved our stay at Backland! The staff is friendly and professional. Chase is really helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here if you need a getaway in nature away from the hustle and bustle of daily work life . Just know that Wi-Fi is not great inside the tents but we did not mind disconnecting for a bit and truly relaxing. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The entire property and all amenities are thoughtfully laid out and we enjoyed our weekend here. We arrived when it was snowing, which made the room and the main lobby area even more cozy and inviting. We had breakfast, purchased a box lunch, and ate dinner at the restaurant both nights - can't recommend enough! The staff are also wonderful and provided great recommendations for the area. We can't wait to go back.

I have been following Backland on my Instagram for several months now, and for my anniversary I decided to book here, as it had been a dream since I have seen it open. It is quiet, remote, and it has a lot of fun activities to keep you occupied on site. There is nothing quite like waking up to the sunset in the meadow, or star gazing from bed at night. The audio guided instructions were easy to follow, the beds were super comfortable, the tents were absolutely gorgeous, all the amenities were so much fun, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for another stay in the future. We had the best time.

We stopped here along our journey from San Antonio to Seattle. This was such a fun and unique experience. We Got the glamping feel! The staff was very welcoming and the food at the restaurant was great. Chase was extremely friendly and informative. My children (4 & 12) both enjoyed sleeping in a "tent" and looking outside into the wilderness. The s'mores by the fire were also a hit. My husband and I were astonished by the sky and even caught a glimpse of the Milky Way! Highly recommend! We can't wait to make Backland part of another trip in the future.

We went for our anniversary, 3 nights and everything was amazing. They had everything you needed there and checking to see if you needed anything. The dinner food was great! There scenery was our favorite beautiful! Would do this again.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The staff was so helpful and very accommodating to our needs. I recommend this place to everyone that loves the outdoors but also likes the glamping lifestyle. Definitely will be returning for another stay.

Loved our 5 night stay at Backland. If you love being outdoors this is a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tents were comfortable with everything you need without going over the top with comfortable beds, seating with climate control to keep your tent the perfect temperature. A short drive through the scenic forest to get you into town or the many surrounding outdoor activities made this a perfect place to stay, unwind and enjoy being outdoors.

This place was beautiful and felt so remote without being too far away from the city. My family loved getting to jump into the kayaks whenever they pleased and the beach entry is perfect for little ones to play. The beds were really comfy too
