Walked in only 3 to 4 people in the bar area. I had to ask for a menu. The waitress said she’d be back Originally I wanted steak and two eggs. They don’t do eggs. I waited. Minutes later people walked in. They were seated by a guy. The waitress taking care of me went to them instead of coming back to me. No problem?! She asked them for their drink order. I waited. She took care of another table. I got up went to the bar area asked her for a Cesar steak to go and a coffee. I still tipped her! The Cesar dressing was disgusting, steak was salty, lettuce 🥬 looked rotted. The coffee she brought out before the food. Which I advised her not to do. There are cameras, look it up. Wth happened to this business?! Was never like this. 😔 I paid 23 dollars plus tip to throw the food in the trash?!?! Customer service needs to be discussed with staff. So does the food quality in the kitchen. That needs to also be addressed. I thought I couldn’t go wrong with a salad?!?! Wow I’d think being in this area you’d want to be on top of your game. I’m not the only customer that went through this. I just saw a review on the same thing. It said service and food quality went down hill. Never again. FIX IT ! It used to be great.

This place has gone down hill! 3 years ago I have a glowing review. Our last 2 experiences were horrible. Tonight they delivered the WRONG meal. Instead of sending the right one they wanted us to drive the incorrect food back to them. Absolutely gross. Then when. We challenged them, they hung up. BEWARE YOU MAY END UP GETTING SOMEONE ELSES FOOD.

Definitely a cool local sports bar, with excellent food too. I swear there was no direction I turned where there wasn't a TV with sports on it. Service is first-rate and you can tell the servers care about pleasing their customers. Simply a great place to grab a quick bite. We love this place and have been coming here for years.

I grew up going to Brus 1-2 nights a week every week for family nights. 20 years later and it’s still the same delicious food! Every time we come down we have to stop by. Here’s to hoping one opens in Tampa soon!

Always a great experience when I come here with the family! Hussein is the only one I ask for as a waiter! ALWAYS treats my family and I amazing! My kids are picky eaters and he takes his time explaining all of the kids plates to see which one they would prefer. Never had an issue when he’s there! I went with a group of friends tonight for a meetup. I haven't been to a Bru's for a while, so I was looking forward to it. We got there a little after 6p and sat outside by the dock. The place wasn't that busy as there were a few empty tables. Our server decided that she could memorize our orders. Needless to say she got my order wrong, because I wanted just flats for my wings but she brought both flats and drumsticks and she also forgot a side salad someone else ordered. I was disappointed with the fried wings because they were very dry. I don't know how you can dry out flats, that are so fatty and moist but somehow, they managed to do just that. One of my friends also mentioned that the rice that came with her Mahi was dry and crispy like it came out of the bottom of the pot. She asked to have fries instead. On top of that, the orders took a while to come out. I was also dismayed at the fact that not once was anyone offered a refill or top up. I started with an Arnold Palmer, but switched to water after a bit because it wasn't great. I have never gone to a restaurant and had my drink/water gone way down and not had a server offer to freshen it up. I thought that was an expected thing. By the time we left, I was drinking room temperature water. There was also a long wait to get the bill and then having her come back to collect the payment. Which makes no sense because they weren't busy. Next time we're in the area, we'll just head to the Texas Roadhouse down the street. I'm sorry, but a restaurant can't be lacking on both service and food. One of the two needs to be a redeeming quality. I will however end on a positive note by saying that we did enjoy the spinach dip that we got as a starter. Hence the two stars. It was creamy, delicious and the chips were fresh and dry, not greasy like the ones you get at Chili's.

I met a colleague for a work meeting here. Our server was Denise. It looked like she was serving tables and tending bar at the same time. She was so friendly and attentive even though she had to come back multiple times because we kept talking and not looking at the menu! The food game out quickly and was delicious. Denise is an asset to your establishment. I own quite a few restaurants myself. Look out! I may come back and try to poach her!

Bartender/server Rachel was phenomenal. Friendly, cute, and attentive. We did not sit at the bar, so she had to make an effort to take care of our needs, and she did. Triple Threat Wings are a MUST! Great experience and love sitting by the water outside when it's cool out. Lots of TVs and just all around great atmosphere. This location has never failed to meet my needs or standards!

I stopped by Bru's Room for a few drinks and some wings after work, and it was really great night! I sat outside at the patio bar. The bartender Christina was really incredible. All the drinks came out perfect! The wings there are really good. I'd give Bru's Room 5 stars. I got excellent service at the bar. Shout out to Christina, definitely a great night. Definitely be back again.

It's a nice place with great appetizers- we had pretzel bites and Mahi bites and both were excellent! But I guess it's the hiring problems because only one bartender was in the back patio and she was great but could have used help. Not many folks there but it still took a while to get drinks each round. It was my first time there as it was recommended by a local. Would go again!

Me and a couple friends stopped at Bru's Room Coconut Creek on the way home from the Seminole Creek Casino for a quick bite and some drinks. I had no idea they had a pool table. We ordered corona after corona and played pool all night! Our bartender Christina was really amazing! She got us everything we needed and went above and beyond to give us great service. Our drinks were great and we ended up having a really great night. Thank you Christina! We'll be back again.

The service was on point and the waiter gave us recommendations on wings that were great. The prices are very reasonable and the place is very clean. Like most places now there looks like an employee shortage but are food came out fast and service was above average. Definitely a place I'll tell a friend to try. The place operates very well.

What a horrible experience. I waited almost an hour for my food. They messed up the first time, waited for them to correct it.. and once again.. WRONG ORDER! I really don't understand. Waitress wasn't apologetic, nothing! She actually gave us bit of an attitude. There are other factors as to why I won't be returning to this establishment, but I'll end it right here. 0/10 do not recommend.

Three of us went for dinner, there wasn't that many people dining out that day. I would say about 5 or 6 tables outside....inside seemed busier. I like the atmosphere here...it's very spacious and welcoming. We were served by Kim, she really was great....her happy attitude really pumped us up! We noticed she was the ONLY server out there....and she tried her best to keep up with all of us. We overheard the table next to us complaining to the manager about their order... what a shame.

I tried them twice this week because the food is good but be aware each time they managed to not serve something I paid for or charging me something I did not ask for and wanted me to pay double for it…all after you leave them a good tip… Not fair !!! Check orders fort before you pay!!! Update: I should put the review after tasting the food this last time… it is not as it used to be not to say it was bad😢… I see response from management that gives me hope that is a way back to their regular great good service and food (one added star for that… ) in response to management I would say training of team and management is needed as well as quality of product

I have never eaten here & may not again. I ordered the best seller which is the TRIPLE Threat flavored wings, there was NOTHING THREATENING about them. They were dry, some were hard, & very little flavor (I pray that I was not given old wings because I ordered take out). If so, bad business. It's bad when the waffle fries were better than the wings.

The food was amazing, but I want to express how great the customer service was. We had the server Denise who was one of the best servers I've ever had. In a world where customer service seems to be dieing, Denise showed us that excellent service still exists. The manager Albert was also very friendly in assisting us. I will come back here again simply for this level of service.

I came to have dinner with my parents. It was the most convenient restaurant because all of us were close to this location (5min away), it was like 10pm and none of us had enough gas that night to drive farther than that. It was really weird my experience. I arrived to the main entrance to see the hostess and she was over the phone. Two people more were waiting for her. She hanged out and she left and she never came back. I decided to go inside and two employees apologize for that and they gave me a table. They were really nice. The restaurant is huge and was empty! Just me and two people drinking and playing pool. We received our food in a different times. The waitress apologized for my father’s order delayed. She explained to us that the computer was not working properly and because of that she brought him some nachos. We ordered a Cuban sandwich and my mom said it was good. I ordered a mahi with seasonal veggies and a Caesar salad which was really good. The portion of my fish was small (maybe between 3 and 4oz) and the corn. The taste of the fish was ok and my corn was like “fermented” not in good condition and they changed it. My father got a spinach pasta was good and the portion was good. Ingrid our waitress was very nice and friendly.

The food is always delicious. Especially the wings and spinach dip/queso. Parmesan Garlic mixed with the Sweet & Tangy on the wings is an awesome combo. Wings may be a little pricy to some, but they are fully worth it in my book!

Service was nice and attentive and even preformed faster when ready to order. It can get hectic but it’s understandable and we appreciate everyone who comes to work and preforms as best as they can. We witnessed some inpatient customers and it’s Just not called for, the server apologized and tried her best and I commend her for keeping her professionalism and respect towards the mother with her daughter but you never know how hard someone is really pushing and what negative impact it can cause Because you want faster service or become impatient to understand your not the only guest in the restaurant. When we first arrived the manager was very welcoming he opened the door and greeted our family with a welcoming smile. We were immediately seated at our table and given menus. Our waitress was very pleasant and took our orders quickly. Our food came out quickly and was nice and hot upon arrival. I willbdefinitely be returning back.

There were 10 other people in the restaurant. Took 25 minutes to get fried pickels. Arrived stuck all together. Took 45 minutes to get fried fish and tripple threat chicken nuggets. Both over cooked. Large burnt breading on nuggets. Fryer definitely needed to be cleaned.. Had to hunt waitress down to pay the bill. She was very nice but 3 waitress had no clue. Behind area labeled employees only. U can hear employees laughing and talking very loud. Not one employee was in dinning area and bar for 20 minutes or through the time we were waiting for the other foods. Thought it would be great place because it just reopened. Thinking new management, etc. Extremely disappointed. Its another that won't be open long.

How we pay for food that doesn’t even look appetizing or taste good is just beyond me. One side of the bread burnt and the other was just SOGGY. Barely any shrimp in the pasta. Just not good at all.

The bartender was wonderful to start. Poor management is the issue. They were out of a few things. Ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese. It was disgusting. The only thing good about it was the chicken. The description is: Creamy Cheese Sauce, Buffalo Sauce, Chopped Chicken Tenders, Bacon, Bread Crumbs, Green Onion, Cavatappi Pasta. There was no cheese, in this Mac and cheese I received. No bacon, no bread crumbs. And it was elbow pasta instead of cavatappi… just soaked in hot sauce and butter? Just disappointed I paid $20 for a seltzer and a chicken tender. Wont be returning.

We've been eating at this Brus Room location for years. I like to pick food up on my way home from work. They have since gone to a online order policy & refuse to take phone orders. Well, here's the problem, their website is always broken. Tonight marks the 4th(!) consecutive time. I asked to place the order & the girl who answered snapped "NO". I asked for the manager & I was left on hold for 10 minutes before I got annoyed, hung up & called BWW for my dinner. Again, we've been eating here for a long time, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times. That ship has now sailed, they have lost our business

The ambiance is just fantastic. You can dine on the outside overlooking the lake with blue sky as a fabulous back drop for a picture in the afternoon. The food is good too and server A....y was wonderful at her job.👌

I've always enjoyed coming to this Bru's Room location after a long work day. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, and the outdoor patio seating is very spacious with plenty of seating. They have a menu that offers plenty of variety, and the kitchen is super accommodating if you need to make any changes due to any diet or health restrictions. Good drinks, good food, great service!

Brus has always had bad service and expensive food but you pay for the atmosphere... Well we will not be coming back the general manager Ken is the nastiest person. He is rude and I have never seen a manager roll his eyes and give attitude to so many patrons and employees. On top of that look at the size of this wing!!! Are they serving frog legs 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good casual place to have a drink, wings & watch sports. We like the $5 doubles :) Their wings are very good. Also love the pretzel. My only issue with this location is parking! :( The lot is very small which forces you to always valet park and wait in line if busy.

I have a soft spot in my broken heart for Bru's Room. Even though I feel the food is over priced and they don't have great drink specials I keep on coming back. Why you may ask? Well because the are consistent. I know exactly what I will get when I go and there is comfort in that.

We ordered curbside pick up but they dont do curbside. You have to walk in and pick up your food which defeats the purpose of even offering it. I also ordered mild wings and received bbq. We had to wait for our food since it "wasn't ready" and our food was cold when we got it. Disappointed as I was looking forward to it.

Never had a bad meal. The name is exactly what it is. A plus is the huge deck outback. It is actually two bars and two restaurants in one. Very well thought out. Been there twice and will continue to stop there. Stopped there once and they had a bunch of Jeep people there.
