Often go through the drive through and usually don't have a problem but most recently it was a disaster (hence the 2 stars). The teens working the drive through gave my order to the guy in the car in front of me erroneously. I saw the whole event. He rifled through the bag and food then handed it back. They looked through it themselves and handed him a different bag. I pull up, they give the first, now manhandled, bag to me. I said to them it is a health code violation to give it to me, they didn't understand and began to argue. The bag was wet, torn and crumpled at this point and food falling out of the wrappers. They kept arguing. I ended up taking the food, driving off and throwing it away. It wasn't worth any of our time to discuss the health violations of their actions especially since they weren't willing to listen and learn. I would avoid Saturday morning. Weekdays seem alright.

I went to get breakfast at the Drive Thru- only 2 other people ahead of me. Took the order quick enough but then came a screeching halt and wait in the Drive Thru for about 20 mins! The others in front had small bags..small orders. Horrible Drive Thru. One of the worst wait times. When I got to the window seemed like NO ONE works here. Tjen finallywhen I got to the wi dow they had my order wrong, which was only 2 items!!!! Coffee qas cold! .horrible..I would avoid this McDonald's 👎👎👎👎👎

the staff are extremely rude and it's not courtesy. Don't allow Macdonald coupons or promotions. The waiting time was 25 minutes for our food and at the end was served wrong. Also, the manager don't have her name tag and refused give her name. The service en general was extremely bad..

Arrogant black woman handling window. Some manager or assistant in red shirt. I tell her politely it was difficult to hear her at the drive thru. Snaps back "I don't think so" . Them as I thought the ratings low on this McDonald's. As my food was not warm and had to wait extensive time with Virtually no business there. Very slow. This is a poorly run McDonald's

Pulled up 2 the drive thru at 11:50pm on 8/1/23 for the 25% off daily deal and the guy working the drive thru was calling me a bro and said how I'm I going to get the 25% if I don't have the code amd being a wise guy for no reason. I simply asked how can I get the deal and he just started saying all kind of smart remarks. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional.

This location is so slow I ordered 2 large fries from the app. Went in to pick up my order there was no one at the front counter, everyone in the back making orders, one guy was moving so SLOW would keep looking at me and turn his head like really he NEVER asked or acknowledged the customers standing at the front counter. I waited about 7 min then I blurted out EXCUSE ME I ordered 2 large fries can I get them PLZ. I have never waited so long for a mobile order before. Nevertheless the fries were good hot and packed correctly.

The lady who took my order today was SUPER rude & gave me attitude for no reason. I told her i wanted a meal & a separate sandwich and she proceeded to give me an order I didn’t ask for & started being impolite when I corrected her.

I want to thank the staff of this store! I was even more sure that Hillsboro’s BURGER KING is better than this garbage of store. It was 11pm at the drive thru, I was the unique person waiting for someone show up at the window to take my order. Everyone looking to me and nobody still shows up. I started honking the car for about 10 minutes so 1 employee put her face on the window saying that they were closed because the store was under remodeling. I said that it saying that the dining room was closed, but the drive thru was still working and closes at 1am as it shows on their website and on the window, she insist saying that they were closed. And as you can see the picture attached, I dont need to tell anything else. Go to BURGER KING is better!!

McDonald's is known for its pervasive order inaccuracy, incompetent staff, interminable wait times, horrific customer service, and more. This particular location consistently delivers all of the above. I've regularly had to have orders remade, retaken, take up to thirty minutes, and served with the vilest attitudes, all over things as simple as a milkshake. The McDonald's meme could come from this location alone.

This is one of the fastest drive-thrus I've been through. Being as fast as it is the service is always good. Visit today and see it for yourself. It's always good to know a place you can go even if it's out of the way. Trust me I've been thru McDonalds across the state and this is one of my favorite.

I get the drive thru takes priority but after prepaying at the kiosk I waited 10 minutes for my mcflurry to not be mixed :\

I ordered Big Mac extra sauce with chicken nuggets and fries no salt. I got a dry burger. Cold fries. Nasty Nasty cold burger.Cold nuggets. Horrible. Worst food!! I may never go back.

They need to treat food better. Stop throwing food in the bag like it’s a trash can.

2 stars because they are consistently the slowest McDonald's I've experienced. Have to go here all the time because it's my local, but even McDonlad's corporate states that the slower the service at one of their locations, the worse the management is of that restaurant. So I'd say they need to step it up.

Not the same quality as before. Burgers are smaller and we would not be aware of slight changes.

Line in the drive thru was too long. Walked in and manager was talking to 2 guys who were hanging out. Used the restroom and watched as employee didn’t wash their hands. Absolutely disgusting. Will NOT RETURN!!!

One of the best fast food places around. They're usually good about managing drive thru flow and RARELY get my order wrong. Definitely my go to when I'm in a rush.

It's okay for a quick pick me up snack. I like the Caramel iced coffee and the frappes.

Drive thru is supposed to be open til 12. Pulled up after a show at around 11:30. Waited a full 10 or so minutes with no recognition before we left. Fix your hours.

It would be pretty nice to the costumers to update in the app when they dont have something from the menu because i spent the whole time in the line and when i got to the window to pick up the things they told the machine is broken. Its a regular excuse when a McDonald's have few crew to work or have too many orders, they just say thar so they dont spend time serving some foods and is faster for them 🙄🙄, not coming around here any more, then McDonald's to the south don't have this problem.

The cashier in the morning has a stank attitude. Everytime I go there I just order from the kiosk but when I ask for grape jelly she rolls her eyes and just gives me 1 when I have 2 sandwiches. If this wasn't the McDonald's closest to my job I would go to a different one

Good as as good as any other McDonald’s. Service is horrible. They act like they don’t care, and constantly get the order wrong. If you ask for no onions, you get extra. You ask for unsweetened tea with no ice. You get sweet tea. Never ends with the errors. Very few times they’ve gotten my order correct. Need to hire new management to whip this location into shape. Drive further south to 441/wiles to get good service and correct orders

Most dirty McDonald that I have ever seen. Drinks out of service. Poor quality of service.

My order was completely wrong. This is not the first time at this location. The hamburger meat apparently looked like it was reheated and burnt to a crisp. It was disgusting and it was the first time I could not finish my meal.

Absolutely F****** horrendous service. I’d say literally any time I go there and order my food they continue to do it wrong each and EVERYTIME, hire some better workers.
