Usually
I
don't
spend
time
writing
review
but...
I'm
very
upset.
please
find
to
the
time
to
read
it
all!
I
am
already
bad
mood
that
my
new
Chevy
Bolt
has
a
such
bad
recall
for
the
batteries
and
that
is
taking
so
long
to
find
a
solution.
I
payed
this
car
with
good
working
money...
However,
last
week
I
scheduled
the
appointment
for
the
Software
Update,
which
should
avoid
my
car
to
get
fire
during
recharge,
until
the
new
batteries
will
be
available.
The
appointment
has
been
scheduled
for
today
in
the
morning,
07:30.
Because
is
Monday
I
had
to
took
a
well
earned
PTO
from
my
office;
Because
is
also
President
Day,
the
schools
are
closed
and
I
had
to
bring
with
me
my
3
years
old
daughter.
Once
arrived,
at
07:30
sharp,
a
service
manager
welcomed
me
and
informed
that
the
software
update
will
take
up
to
4
hours!
No
one
told
me
before,
how
can
someone
imagine
that
a
software
upgrade
could
take
so
long!!
I
ask
if
is
possible
to
have
a
courtesy
car,
answer,
guess....
NO!
I
decide
to
wait,
and
with
my
daughter,
we
sit
in
the
waiting
room...
30
minutes
and
my
car
is
still
outside
(I
start
to
understand
the
reason
why
will
take
so
long,
if
they
don't
touch
your
car
for
good
30
minutes),
around
8:10
finally
someone
drives
away
my
car...
many
other
cars
arrived
after
me
were
already
drove
in
the
service
area...
maybe
those
were
paying
services
and
not
recalls....
My
little
girl
is
getting
very
bored
and
I
am
unable
to
follow
my
work
using
only
the
mobile
phone,
if
a
good
soul
would
have
told
me
about
the
4
hours
of
service
I
could
bring
my
laptop!
at
09:10
the
service
manager
approaches
me
and
inform
that
the
technicians
were
not
able
to
perform
my
software
update
because
my
battery
was
charged,
I
should
bring
my
car
with
less
than
50%
of
charge.
NO
ONE
TOLD
ME
TO
DO
AT
THE
PHONE
WHEN
I
TOOK
THE
APPOINTMENT,
OR
EVEN
LATER!
OR
EVEN
AT
7:30
WHEN
I
ARRIVED!!
HOW
CAN
SOMEONE
IMAGINE

the
story
i
used
a
PTO
for
NOTHING,
my
time
most
probably
has
not
value
for
LOU
BACHRODT
CHEVROLET.
They
don't
understand
the
frustration
of
people
which
bough
a
new
LEMON
from
their
brand
and
instead
to
mitigate
with
a
decent
service,
they
waste
your
time
as
it's
value
is
zero.

disappointed.
