    Bought a 2021 used car. Financial deal OK. Within 10 days, one of the tires blew out while driving on the highway. Went to the dealer, and they refused to replace the tire. Their response was that you didn't buy a warranty. Which I was never offered unless they buried a9mewhere on their pages of rushed, not explained paperwork. I went to Tires Plus and was told the tires were from 2019 and had dry rot on them, showing me the DOT date. Not only was the tires switched to older tires, but they also sold me tires that were life threatening to me and my wife. BEWARE: I don't trust them at all and will never return and have warned my friends and family about them. Now you are warned.

    Recently went to this dealership to try and purchase a vehicle, and the staff was nice and friendly. I think one improvement that could be made is letting us customers know beforehand about the trade-in and finance discounts that are already included in the prices, also an enormous dealer fee with something called reconstruction fee or something thatโ€™s also pretty high in price. Obviously I ended up not getting the car, but I just think itโ€™s a good thing to let your customers aware of these things prior to test driving the car, people are coming to dealerships with high hopes of buying a car donโ€™t bring their hopes down. But besides that everything was cool.

    Absolutely BEST SERVICE (parts department) Robert and Stephen hands down take customer to another level they could have sold me a car and I would have bought it Robert made sure I had the right part due to it was redesign thank them very much please make sure to pass the survey with them

    This review is about the Service Team: Usually I don't spend time writing review but... I'm very upset. please find to the time to read it all! I am already bad mood that my new Chevy Bolt has a such bad recall for the batteries and that is taking so long to find a solution. I payed this car with good working money... However, last week I scheduled the appointment for the Software Update, which should avoid my car to get fire during recharge, until the new batteries will be available. The appointment has been scheduled for today in the morning, 07:30. Because is Monday I had to took a well earned PTO from my office; Because is also President Day, the schools are closed and I had to bring with me my 3 years old daughter. Once arrived, at 07:30 sharp, a service manager welcomed me and informed that the software update will take up to 4 hours! No one told me before, how can someone imagine that a software upgrade could take so long!! I ask if is possible to have a courtesy car, answer, guess.... NO! I decide to wait, and with my daughter, we sit in the waiting room... 30 minutes and my car is still outside (I start to understand the reason why will take so long, if they don't touch your car for good 30 minutes), around 8:10 finally someone drives away my car... many other cars arrived after me were already drove in the service area... maybe those were paying services and not recalls.... My little girl is getting very bored and I am unable to follow my work using only the mobile phone, if a good soul would have told me about the 4 hours of service I could bring my laptop! at 09:10 the service manager approaches me and inform that the technicians were not able to perform my software update because my battery was charged, I should bring my car with less than 50% of charge. NO ONE TOLD ME TO DO AT THE PHONE WHEN I TOOK THE APPOINTMENT, OR EVEN LATER! OR EVEN AT 7:30 WHEN I ARRIVED!! HOW CAN SOMEONE IMAGINE (also ) THIS???? End of the story i used a PTO for NOTHING, my time most probably has not value for LOU BACHRODT CHEVROLET. They don't understand the frustration of people which bough a new LEMON from their brand and instead to mitigate with a decent service, they waste your time as it's value is zero. Very disappointed.

    I have to be super honest about this although I did end up buying my Chevy from this place it was an absolute nightmare. I went in on a Thursday night and attempted to buy the vehicle. I was told that I would be able to get a really good rate with Chevy to finance the vehicle. After four hours I was given a 7.7% rate and told that this was a great rate. I was told my payment would be 900. I had to go back the next day with my own bank to change it to 4% and thatโ€™s how I was able to buy the vehicle. I was told by the finance person that the best rate out there was 6.5% obviously I knew better than this. I did end up getting the car of my dreams after they managed to takeoff the $4000 they tried to tack on in demand fees. I got my payment down to 600 after arguing for 2 days: I feel so badly that I had to go through all of this to get my dream car. I would never shop here again

    In July of this year I was at this store 3 times trying to buy a car, if it fit my needs and was financially viable. On occasions I was attended by the seller Rodrigo who even for a period was giving me the necessary attention. But unfortunately we did not reach an agreement regarding the financing part where I was not satisfied with the amount of fees and commissions that were included in my financing. I came home to bring my daughter who is only 2 years old, and was extremely exhausted from all the time we spent in the store and during this period I thought better of it and decided not to buy the car. I called the seller Rodrigo to tell him this and at that moment my nightmare began. He treated me extremely badly, he spoke very rudely, spoke absurdities to me, accused me of disrespecting his work, and when I tried to justify myself he told me to shut up and just listen. And he told me never to go in front of the store again, or go in there to buy a car again. I've never been treated like this in my life anywhere. I didn't sleep for many nights due to the trauma and sadness I was feeling at being treated this way. I'm only writing this review now because only now can I talk about it without feeling depressed and emotionally tortured. I sincerely don't recommend that simple people like me visit this store to buy a car, because I don't wish anyone the terrible experience lived in this store. It was the worst experience in my entire life.

    I leased a new vehicle in August of 2021. Before leaving, i noticed the vehicle had some scratches on it that would need to be buffed out. I mentioned the scratches to the salesman, & he told me it wasnโ€™t a problem, just come in later that week & they would get it taken care of. Long story short, it is now 4 months later and the car has still not been painted. It keeps getting pushed back due to no loaner vehicles, which i understand. However, a rental should have been set up. I have been speaking with the salesman & he keeps telling me they will contact me as soon as possible. Today, i just spoke with someone named โ€œJayโ€ there who was extremely rude, & spoke to me as if I was incompetent & looking for them to fix something I had caused & he basically told me he couldnโ€™t help meโ€ฆ On to the next issue with the same purchase, the finance department messed up the address on my registration when transferring the titles, which i did not notice until last week because i am due for a renewal. When i called today to get it rectified, it was the same thing, I was made to feel incompetent & was spoken to like a child. After about 20 minutes of explaining my situation about 4 times they understood the mistake & called the DMV to get it fixed.

    My representative was great this is not on him but everything I needed done was not done. I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and to get replacement tire locks since my other lock key was lost and couldn't get the new tire locks put on after 2 hours. The representative I had gave me the new locks and said to come back as they weren't able to get to my car. That is great he gave me the new locks but to not be able to put them on after 2 plus hours is crazy.

    Avoid at all costs unless you wanna be taken for a ride. Saw the online price went in and found that added $4,000 + of dealer add on stuff that is all about getting them more profit. I was at that point already ready to walk out the door but they said they would work on that with me. Completely tried to low ball my trade in. Managed to get them closer to what it is worth then they tried to tax $ 1,000 the trade in. Florida doesn't tax on trade ins. They were doing everything in their power to scam me out of my money.

    I had a wonderful experience here ! Marcus Z helped us to find the perfect vehicle within our budget. There was no games or gimmicks we told him what our out the door price would be and he made that happen! He even helped us to get an insurance policy during an incoming hurricane! Highly recommend!

    The day of the purchase was the first time at the dealership. Got a pleasant vibe right away. Everyone was friendly and or salesman Guillermo was the best! He was friendly throughout the purchasing process and even arranged for a test drive, even though it was Sunday evening, not far from closing time. We finished up well after closing time but everyone involved in the process remained friendly and helpful without any sign of being annoyed having to work late on a Sunday. Days after the purchase Guillermo was always available and very fast to answer questions and concerns via text or phone, much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I've purchased many cars over the years. Scotty was by far the most easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. He was extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional who knows the car business inside and out. I felt he had my best interests in mind.     I scheduled an appointment for an Oil change and to have my tires rotated. The Service Rep. JOFFEE I think that is how you spell it seemed like he was in a bad mood from the start and advised me that I no longer had any FREE Oil changes available to which I let him know that I paid the extended warranty which included the oil changes. Once he saw that I was correct, he never said a thing, just handed me paperwork and told me to sign and that he will call me once complete. I waited almost 2 hours with an appointment. After I left, I noticed that they never rotated the tires as I had asked them to do and was shown as COMPLETED on the paperwork. My wife marked the tires prior and that's how I noticed that they never rotated the tires. I had to drive all the way back to the Dealership Service Dept. and requested to speak directly to the Service Manager. (I believe his name was Mike). He apologized and said that he will take care of it right away as I had other appointments scheduled. He looked at the invoice paperwork and advised that the he will send reprimand the service tech and send him home for the day as they don't conduct business that way. He was able to get the tires rotated in under 20 minutes so I would be on my way. I also advised him that the 1-888 number on the invoice that was supposed to direct me to Coconut Creek Support for any issues in fact connected me with LIFE ALERT.? He advised that he will immediately look into this to have it corrected as he was not aware that the number needed to be updated to avoid future issues. Mike was able to make me leave satisfied so although I initially had a bad experience, Service Manager Mike was able to rectify the situation. So, hats off to him. Thanks

    Had a great experience with Peter yesterday who helped me close the deal on my new X1. He was very knowledgeable of the BMW brand and extremely personable. Would definitely work with him again in the future. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I explicitly asked that my credit not be ran through a certain bank when the financing process began, and that request was not honored and was ran through said bank anyways. So that was the only downside in this process but other than that, would recommend. Very happy with my new ride!

    The sales team member Braxton was great. Said hello as I walked up. He was attentive, very nice to work with, and got me in and out without any issues. I was buying my lease out and accepted that and continued right away without any pressure to look at something new etc. I wish every time I had to buy a new car or go through this process it was this nice.

    The process of purchasing a car is usually stressful and long. The experience we had purchasing our car from Lou Bachrodt Mazda was one of the best experiences Iโ€™ve had in the past 30 years. Marcus and Diego were helpful, personable and made the process quick (for purchasing a car) and easy. Marcus displayed a genuine interest in what WE were looking for and what WE needed.     Unbelievably accommodating and service-oriented! Shout out to Jason Levy, sales manager. MD, finance Dept manager, and Renee Smith, the most patient salesperson on the planet. I've purchased several cars from these three people over the years, and always have been treated with integrity. I'm talking about over and above integrity!..... And yes, I bought myself another company car!

    My Service Advisor Chris Potter was great. By far the best experience I have ever had with any representative from a dealer service department in the last 20 years. I felt so comfortable and he was informative of what I needed without pushing it on me like most reps do. They make you feel like you abuse your vehicle and pass judgement on you to raise the ticket. Chris was patient and listened. He is an exception and much appreciated from my perspective.

    What a great experience visiting Lou Bachrodt for the second time. Braxton our sales gentleman was outstanding, informative, patient, competent and a joy to do business with. Miss Ni the finance rep was wonderful as well. She worked hard for us n answered my zillion questions, what a pleasure.     I went and entered The Terminator C7 ZO6 Corvette in the Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet car show. There was over 300 cars of all years and models that were there. It was a very fun and a successful show. I was very pleased and blessed to win a trophy for my car which made it an amazing day. Looking forward to the next one.
