I went there with my mother looking for a healthier option. When I entered, I saw a subway representative inspecting the store. He had a temperature sensor and was measuring the temperature of the cold meats, and salad bar. He also checked the cleanliness of the soft drink nozzles. He did more quality and safety checks but I was too busy enjoying my subway sandwich with my mother. Seeing this, I have good confidence that subway cares about their food safety, especially by visiting a store in Darwin, which is far away from corporate office. I love that because mother is immunocompromised. My friend is a food inspector and when we went to Vietnam in 2015, he was always looking for subway as it was a safer option. Now I know why.

Mia who works at this Subway was extremely rude to us when we walked in 1minute before closing. We were standing in line while other customers were ordering when she came out and rudely and abrubtly told us that she would not serve us and would only serve the gentleman in front of us and he would be the last customer of the day. Luckily the other staff member who had great customer service did quickly serve us, she was a short lady with a brown bob very friendly and apologetic. Other customers that were being served were quite shocked and also shaking their heads in disbelief. Mia was also extremely rude towards the other staff member that wanted to serve us. So unprofessional and has turned us off returning.

Nightcliff subway I had the worst experience today at around 12.20 today when I went for footlong.The lady staff was very rude . She try to overcharged me, she didn't give me the carry bag upon request to put my takeaway in. I will never suggest nightcluff subway and have no plans to even step in. Ill better wait and drive longer to get full. I no more have craving for subway anymore.

Did a pick up order for 4 subs and 2 of them were completely wrong with the other 2 getting old avocado. They apologised by writing sorry on a napkin rather than tell us in store and gave us 1 free cookie. Not too happy with this experience.

I pulled up at 8pm, 30 mins before close, the staff saw me and pulled down the security roller door. Very rude and unprofessional.

Food is great, standard subway fare. Staff are fine. But inane napkin policy v annoying. Napkins hidden behind register, when you request them they will initially resist as if you have asked for a bar of gold lol. Bizarre management decision not seen at other restaurants (including subways). Happy to increase prices by 2 cents to cover the costs!

My partner and I came in late on Saturday 13/8 and we were so happy with our server Kandi she made our orders with a smile and made them absolutely perfect, not to much sauce or anything it was 10/10 happy with our experience, I am very excited to go there again

Great customer service by the staff at subway. The small girl named kriti was very friendly and swept me away with her bubbly personality. Overall I was very happy today with kriti especially as she helped me make the subway as I was unfamiliar with it. Best subway I've ever had Thanks to her. 👍
