    One of the staff are really rude in the counter where is selling cigarette, the last counter is a man. Around 9.50pm.He ask how many items we have, we say we don’t know and we also don’t know how to scan by ourselves. He was racist as he says people from your community knows everything and pretend like they don’t know anything. We don’t know why it needs to come our culture and appearance. It was very unethical and racist and no one should be treated like this.

    Well set-up area and was able to be served in few minutes I like going to human register rather than machine.

    Wasted 40 minutes trying to get items marked as specials correctly charged after I noticed I'd been overcharged. Eventually, after requesting a manager the problem was solved but what a drama. Check your receipts as they don't pass on specials as advertised. I had 2 separate items charged incorrectly on one receipt. Not impressed and I wonder how many people over paid due to their error.

    Woman on the service desk this morning was absolutely horrible. She shot me such a vile look that I had to pull her up for it??? I went there to get a refund because the silver beet I’d bought the day before was infested with bugs??? I know this is no one’s fault and I wasn’t there to blame anyone BUT the woman at the service desk acted like SHE personally had to refund me??? Not today Satan 😡

    Store person, Debbie was great! Friendly and helpful. A Front Service Team Member not so friendly. A large variety of fresh foods and household items. Store was well presented and quite busy. The produce area was clean and well maintained. There is also a BWS Liquor Store which also has an entrance to the supermarket. Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is available.

    Price tags placed on the wrong products alluding to a cheaper price. In several products, when in some products no price tag at all. Poor selection of products and low stock in essential items like eggs.

    Wow morning quick circle of nightcliff shops, coffee shop next to library relaxing computer friendly staff excellent helpful inviting Walk to Woolworth nicely open, shops friendly cake shop yummy Woolworth uplifting items well placed clean inviting. Security helpful pleasing present. Enjoying

    4:55pm Saturday 6 may. Check the cameras. 10 trolleys lining up and only one checkout open. Store manager and checkout supervisors should be monitoring the situation but was poor performance. When a team member showed up. He pulled ppl from half way down the line leaving 5 ppl with trolleys who were before them. Shelf’s half empty and no water on show with rubbish and stock scattered throughout the store. Working in retail I would of had my arse ripped a new one. Appalling.

    So it’s open until 10pm but you can’t get a piece of fish from the deli after 7.15pm. Really bad service, only one staff member in the deli and all he wants to do is get out of there. At other Woolworths they will offer to get you one out of the fridge if they have closed off the deli. But really, a company that makes as much profit as they do should have more staff and keep the deli open at least until 9.30. Pathetic. Coles is much better
