Spent so much money on my first implant and the colour is totally different to the rest of my teeth. Can't believe it was apparently my fault because on the day he put it in I wondered how he matched the colour as I hadn't seen him do it and I asked him. He put the tooth in my mouth and said is that all right. Couldn't really see it so I said okay, believing he was the expert and he wouldn't make such a crucial mistake. Well he did. Never matched the colour at all.

Good Afternoon dear family and friends! Just a post to let you know I survived close to 6 hours in the chair yesterday and Dr Anand Patel got everything done by about 1830 last night. He and his dental nurses did an awesome job and Karen Doyle you are right, it was as pain free as he could make it and his pain control regime ongoing has me a bit dopey ( or maybe that’s my normal state) and dozey, but feeling OK. He made a huge effort to use the bridge and 3 teeth, 1 as a mega saving for me and 2 because they were so well made and a perfect match to the others that were added over the last 10/20 years. Thanks to you all for your prayers love and healing thoughts. Great admiration and thanks to Dr Patel and his team

Expert, cutting edge, and superlative dentistry. I needed urgent and careful repair of a broken tooth that I suspect was from a 40 year old baseball injury, and emailed a half dozen dental clinics in Darwin during the summer holidays—hoping somebody might be open. Dr Anand wrote be back first, and provided thorough advice on options (pending a full consultation) and suggested a treatment that would involve using the broken (but intact) tooth, combining it with an implant and graft, and (if all went well) not requiring a long, drawn out process to be completed. I now write with my original front tooth, anchored and alive, and surrounded by healthy gums. His team were always friendly, and their small clinic is comfortable and welcoming (and off the beaten path). My procedure took the better part of an afternoon, and a 3-month follow-up visit confirmed that everything was in wonderful shape—and my smile remains unimpeded. I really am am all smiles about Extreme Dentistry, and the response and care I received there. I hope I never need them again, but they would be the first place that me and my teeth call.

The dentist fixed my root canal and at half the price! I kid you not. I’ve had three teeth that required root canals all with multiple appointments all failed costing thousands. He fixed my latest one on one visit plus one consult. Could’ve saved thousands if I’d just gone there first. I would even fly back to Darwin from Brisbane next time (as I’m only here on contract). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It can take years to find a competent AND honest dentist, this is your guy

I can't thank you enough for your kindness, professionalism and perfectionism today. Your staff are professional, approachable and courteous. I've had dental work done here, other clinics in the NT and on other continents. I have even worked in dental clinics over the years and nothing I've seen for others, or had done to my teeth, matches your quality and attention to detail. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I noticed as I scrolled through your reviews that at least 99% or more of us, who have sat in your chair, think the same as I do.

Dr Anand and his team are amazing. Very professional and helpful. I had a complicated issue with my teeth, which demanded a lot of visits and time. The end result is astonishing. Dr Anand is a perfectionist, as I am, and he exceeded my expectations. The office is a state of the art, high end, well equipped place that added confidence to the whole experience. Thank you again for bringing my smile back!

I have never in my entire life been to a dentist where I have not been absolutely petrified or in agony. I was originally terrified of going to the dentist which resulted in me not going for years and despising my smile. Thank god I found Dr Anand & his team as not only does he take extreme care of his patients in making sure they are comfortable, he is also a perfectionist! (What more could you want) The beautiful set of veneers he created me are incredibly natural & flawless there is no possible way to tell they are not my original set. The precision he puts towards creating the perfect smile for his patients is next to none and I would not suggest to go anywhere else.

My reason for a 5 star rating - Dr Anand Patel is a perfectionist .Highly skilled . Implants , veneers crowns to fillings all perfect and lasting.The surgery is like stepping into a resort. I have been attending as a patient for years . I’m so happy with all the work done and would highly recommended Dr Anand as my dentist to all .

By far the worst dentist experience I have ever had! I booked in to see Dr Anand as I was referred by a friend. The first appointment I waited half an hour before being seen. After this they did an over priced by a long shot dental plan because I needed all of this work apparently. 13k worth to be exact and a total of 6 visits. I then proceeded to book in for a tooth extraction on a Friday took the day off work just to be called and told it would be cancelled as Dr Anand was sick (fair enough). I re booked the appointment for the following Monday and took the day off work also. To be called 2 hours before the appointment to be moved forward 15mins I accepted this then to be called an hour before saying it’s cancelled again as he was sick…(If you’re sick you’re sick not a lot you can do) But I also told them when I first booked in that I was in a lot of pain as I had two wisdom teeth in one spot. I was on heavy antibiotics and pain relief but yet they still cancelled my appointments. The cost to have the teeth removed was $850 however I went to another dentist in Palmerston and they charged me $250 both prices not including private health. What an absolute rip off. I was happy to pay both prices as I was in a lot of pain but that is a big difference. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion after going here if you do. Do not recommend.
