This would be a 0/5 if possible. Went in at 6:30am this morning to no acknowledgement whatsoever from the Staff member on the front counter who was bagging bread. Ordered what I was after for the day, not knowing what it would cost me due to NO price tag in front of any items. Walked away eating a half stale quiche that tasted like it was from a packet (for $2.30 ea and it not even being full light out yet you’d expect better right?). So dam disappointing to see what was once a great local bakery turn into something that you could find in the Woolworths frozen baked goods section. I genuinely hope this feedback helps.

Staff handle food with the same gloved hands they use to handle cash. Isn’t this extremely unhygienic? Did they do food safety training?

The food is an absolute rip off. The pies are no better than Homebrand yet costs way more. Yatala Pies are home made and 1000 times better and same price for example!

I would've given this shop a zero to negative if possible. The staff members are condescending and rude particularly this one man with long hair. I would've filed a complaint if I can. Coffee is horrible and their bread is average at best. Tip: give your staff customer service training. They act like they have found cure for cancer when, in fact, they are working in an effing bakery. Very unhappy customer here.

Nightcliff Bakery. Won't be going there ever again. When it was Brumby's the pies were great. Now are terrible. The Asian lady serving was so rude to us. For most of the day my 6 year old daughter was asking "why was that lady rude to us"

Formerly Brumby's, now Nightcliff Bakery. They have a lot of the same tasty baked goods and coffee on offer. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a tomato and cheese toastie and got a ham and cheese toastie. The lady at the counter says, "Oh sorry, we don't have tomato." I said, "Why didn't you tell me that when I ordered?" She shrugged her shoulders and turned away. Okay then!

not worth 1 star, food in the pie warmer could be a week old! I returned a pastie as it was cracked open and I could see the insides were dried out, was assured they were fresh - swapped for another.... SO OVERCOOKED the pastry on the bottom needed a chainsaw to get through it, I started putting it in the bin then thought I should show them. ABSOLUTELY NO CARE the rude boy behind the counter just chucked it in the bin without showing the baker or shop manager. disgusting customer service as well as food.

Every item is unique tastes in pies beautiful, only upset was being charged 8 cent on a $5 card transaction (coffee)

I am regular customer buying pies and sausage rolls. Today I brought my daughter some macaroons and mini cheese cake.. OMG....totally to die for...the bakery is no longer Brumbies it is Nightcliff Bakery . I don't understand why Brumbies corporation is commenting. If I could give my praise on Nightcliff Bakery Page I would but was unsure which page it was. Love your work keep it up!

Very poor service, the service lady is rude every time. Food is fine but I won't being going back
