I
called
their
business
by
accident
today
thinking
it
was
the
usal
one
my
mum
has
been
to
for
ages.
But
Yvette
who
was
super
friendly
and
non-judgemental
on
my
query/dilemna
to
fix
the
rust
spots
I've
noticed
appearing
in
the
deep
end
of
the
pool
after
realising
there
was
a
screw
that
was
in
there
this
whole
time,
she
recommended
me
a
user-friendly
eraser
block
to
use
for
the
fibreglass
surface
I
had.
I
did
try
to
contact
the
normal
business
but
the
tone
from
them
made
me
think
twice
about
going
back.
So,
I
decided
to
go
in
as
planned
with
the
product
she
offered
and
was
available
to
show
me
what
I
can
do
to
use
it.
After
speaking
to
the
owner
as
well,
who
provided
sound
advice
after
trying
to
explain
the
previous
experiences
I've
had
putting
more
product
(salt
bags)
then
we
needed
into
our
pool
with
a
new
chlorinator,
filter,
sand
etc
after
pool
was
renovated...
she
tells
me
that
we
definitely
didn't
need
so
much
salt
or
chemicals
advised
to
us
as
it
could
ruin
the
system.
I
knew
I
should
have
gone
with
my
gut
instinct
when
12
bags
of
salt
was
advised
to
us
at
the
start.
The
chorinator
had
been
on
a
red
light
"high
salt"
this
whole
time
and
I
couldn't
figure
out
why.
When
I
asked
the
usual
business
about
the
rust
spots,
they
advised
me
to
literally
counteract
the
ph
balance
of
the
pool
to
put
chemical
solution
in
the
entire
surface
of
the
pool
(when
it's
only
in
specific
areas)
to
then
put
the
pool
back
with
more
chemical
products
to
bring
the
ph
balance
back.
Now,
I
had
recently
gone
in
to
get
the
pool
water
tested
to
bring
it
back
to
clear
and
normal
ph
levels..
so,
why
all
the
unneccessary
chemicals
added?
Anyways,
this
has
resulted
in
me
trusting
in
the
family
owned
and
operated
business,
Friendly
Pool
&
Spa
Care
to
now
take
care
of
our
future
pool
needs
and
advice
too
in
which
I
will
convert
my
mother
to
go
to
in
future.
If
you
are
a
customer
who
has
been
longterm
with
another
business
but
haven't
ventured
out
to
try
other
local
businesses
out
there
to
help
with
your
pool
care
needs,
you
might
never
know
what
you
are
missing
out
on
or
whether
your
system
is
going
to
be
destroyed
with
misinformation
of
products
to
get
(is
how
I
am
feeling
about
it
now).
So,
shop
around
until
you
find
the
business
which
provides
quality
service
to
suit
your
pool
care
needs
and
budget.

just
buy
products
unwillingly
or
neccesary
unless
we
need
