I am writing as a long time KFC costumer but in the last few years I had multiple issues with my orders. I think tonight was the worst for customer service and food. Not only the food did not taste right, the staff argued about the items they gave. Not only once but 3 times I went back and forth but still when I get home, still they did not give me all my specific order. The chicken tasted like it had charcoal in it. The mash potato tasted like there was vinegar in it. With this, I will not recommend KFC to others. As a paying customer, I should not have to check to make sure my order is correct because that is there job.

The young people working here are a bit rude. I asked for an extra tomato sauce, then asked if she put it in the box, She lied and said yes. She was brand new and I know it’s not much money but I will charge it back to my credit card. Chicken was good though.

I love the kfc atmosphere makes me so comfortable reminds me when i lived in macdonalds. Went to buy my daily chocolate mousse and my boy kapeholic gave me the thumbs up 👍 thanks so muchs sincerely, sioph

Maybe the time of night but staff seemed confused behind the counter.( 6.30 Sunday evening. ) Unfortunately the chicken was overcooked, colour was quite dark and two of my pieces in my 3 piece box were too dry to eat, one of the pieces in husband's box was throw away too. This experience has put me off KFC, not wasting money on food that needs to be thrown away anymore. The potato and gravy was very watery too it was all the same consistency as gravy. It is your job to provide food, you should be shown how to cook that food and it should be cooked to a standard......simple, not rocket science. Customers should not have to pay for your mistakes and inadequacy.

Nice place. More friendly staff thus tine. My son started to eat the coating of chicken, and today I saw him nibble some part of chicken. Yeah, no nuggets since we are here.so nice to see the chicken coating not burnt. Thanks guys for the meal and making the visit fun. We try and find out which kfc is better in Darwin. Avoid this business like the plaque, the chicken is Never consistent, always dry, overcooked or old. This business will make you never want to eat KFC again. Tasteless chicken After 10 + years of copious returned meals mistakes and refunds I finally boycott this business and refuse to waste money spent there. Try it yourself and leave a comment if you agree after your purchase.

I received a regular-sized pack instead of the large one, and the burger buns appear to be less than fresh.

This is my fourth promos and reward order and I’m done with KFC because of nasty Burger which we got 10 th of October at 15:48 hours and order no. Was 1200. I liked KFC when we had without promos in store and they were good. But whenever you buy with promos it’s just disappointing. I like to suggest them to close all promos and do not offer in future if you can’t serve same Quality of meal without promos. From 1st - 4th time all proms meal are garbage except cold drink . My order were 10th oct,10 th July,5th July and 3rd July 2023 from KFC BAGOT road,NT.

I have learnt over time that if you don't ask for salt on the chips you don't get salt. I even asked for salt at this KFC and still didn't get salt and told the person there that it's gotta be the easiest thing ever to do shake a salt shaker but they can't even do that. So guess what next time I went NO SALT AGAIN. I can't believe it I blame management for this cause it happens at every KFC but this one they can't even do it when you remind them they must do it on purpose or the just hire real real dumb people.

The service is top notch here since the upgrade. All staff extremely nice.

Used the drive-thru on friday. The employee taking orders was very rude. It was around 4pm

I order 3 original tender, 10 wicked wings, 2 Pepsi, chips and 2 aioli but they didn’t give 3 original tender even the restaurant is quit and they just talking each other and they didn’t focus on this work and I don’t like their customer service.😡😡

Had the worst burger special ever last night from kfc Bagot Road. Really guys a kfc burger with a bun some lettuce and a fillet an a bun. Worst ever.

Would appreciate if whoever is making the burgers to not take their frustration out them, I prefer to eat non squashed food

Always good food. Didn't have what we wanted today and they apologised which was a refreshing change.

To start with the management, manager herself was so rude and was not ready to listen anything. Rest the food served was cold, greesy despite asking for fresh preparation. The whole team is slow. I would like to cater the attention of the store owners here, if they want to get good outcomes please consider to check on the management as well.

Sign up saying out of items in drive through, ask what their out of and staff member says nothing. Explain there is a sign up stating they are, then a female comes on mic and reads out half the menu of items there out of. Terrible service, drove away.

Kapeholic the up and coming Youtube streamer was a great sport and gave me extra napkins. Will come back for sure with the missus and kids

It is what it is. KFC, not the Ritz Carlton. Service is miss and hit, depends on roster I guess. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh, mostly not. Staff really do need to pay attention to the dirty tables and overflowing rubbish bins.

Ordered "The One" box to take away. The kid did not look at me the whole order and mumbled his way through the whole order, so had to ask for everything twice. This is where I usually walk away, but foolishly completed the order from the monosyllabic server. Of course, got home and only half the order was in the box, and no serviettes etc. Dry, rubbery chicken and cold, soggy chips upended in the bottom of the box. Embarrassing

Having been out bush for 3 months and without KFC my hopes were high coming to this establishment. Too my suprise, IT WAS THE BEST KFC IVE EVER HAD. The chips were just right, my wicked wings were made fresh and even the toilet was perfectly cleaned. #1 KFC

Good place, good staff, always found parking outside. The toilets are clean and the area is accessible for people with special needs.

I love take away food especially KFC, I have been to many of their stores around the country and never written a review. i don't normally write reviews for fast food stores but this one I had to. i was served by two ladies, Kat and Jasmine i think their names were.... best customer service i have had in any KFC anywhere! In fact some of the best customer service ever!

When we finally got food. It was nice. Just didn't expect to wait for a pre ordered meal.

Always get my order perfect as long as it's early enough for them to have stock of what I order. Top marks.

I don’t know what kind of chicken you put in my chicken fillet burger last night but it was NOT original KFC it tasted so bad so I had to spit it out. I looked at it and saw some kind of chicken with black grilled type lines on it. Have you changed your product? If you have I won’t be back. If you run out of product just say you haven’t got any.

Hopeless and unorganised. Ordered online, and triggered the "start cooking now" marker online. When I arrived 25 minutes later to collect the meal, missed the drive-in so went the counter to be told "No we don't start cooking until you arrive - and spicy chicken will take longer, maybe 20 minutes." At least that was an overestimate, the meal was ready after a 10 minute wait. As pre-warned I checked the bag for correctness and completeness at the counter and found it ok. It was a good thing I hadn't been parked in the drive through blocking traffic!
