Beautiful hotel inside and out. Nice pool area. Service at reception was just a little under par when checking in due to room not being ready until after 2pm but sometimes these things happen apart from that I would still go back.

Well done to all staff at the hotel for making my 3 week stay such a memorable and happy one. You guys are all the best and I thank each and every one of you. I look forward to staying there again.

Just watched the front reception kick out a bloke for literally no reason, reception bloke has a real ego problem and god complex, The guy was minding his own business having a chat with a friend while sitting on the couch, he had his foot on table and before barely asking him to take it off he call security and kicked him out and further tried to cancel his room booking. Very disappointing to see and very disrespectful actions from staff.

Fantastic apartment style hotel located on Mitchell Street at the edge of the Darwin CBD. Room was well furnished and very clean/tidy, and bed was very comfortable. The room also had shared laundry facilities with another room which was very convenient. Hotel is located close to plenty of local restaurants and cafes, and about a 15-20min walk to Mindil Beach and the Waterfront Precinct, there is also an escooter parking bay right out the front of the hotel so can use those to get around nice and quickly. Staff were all very friendly and the onsite restaurant is also nice. The pool is lovely and clean. Overall a fantastic stay here and will definitely stay here again if I come up to Darwin again.

Jimmy at the reception was the most kind and helpful human alive! He made us feel incredibly welcome. By far the best hospitality that we have experienced :)

1 bedroom apartment with a good view of the city. The apartment was spacious and with quality finishes (Smeg appliances, stone bench top etc) Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was also modern and tidy. A few minor issues but nothing Living Room bulkhead AC was very noisy and not efficient. A few stains on the couches, pillows and carpet made the lounge room feel grubby. No batteries in the TV remotes. Passageway had an overpowering curry smell for 2 days straight in our 5 day stay.

Staff at reception very helpful and professional. Great location is handy but not too close to the noisier bars in the CBD

Just spent a week at H on Mitchell, 1 bedroom apartment, it was clean and tidy, very comfortable and roomy...the staff where amazing, could not do enough for us, always friendly and eager to help, and the location was great close to everything.

our stay at h on mitchell was okay. as we walked into our 1 bedroom apartment style hotel, i noticed stains all over the carpet, the towels we got given had stains and holes in them, there are barley any utensils eg: spatchula, pancake filpper ect. the floors were sticky and our balcony had stains/dirt all over it and the chairs had glitter hand prints all over.but over all the location is great as it’s close to basically everything. i don’t know if the apartment is with the price they are asking for, as you could definitely find something way more worth the price

The 2 bedroom apartment was huge with great views. Staff were super friendly and the lizard bar in the foyer was great!

We stayed at this apartment style hotel. The rooms are wonderfully large, clean and modern. Definitely recommended if you are staying a few days in Darwin with family or a group.

Lovely stay, friendly staff, good room service and great casual restaurant/bar area. Close to everything,esplanade, shops, other restaurants etc.

Quick check in with very friendly staff. I stayed in an Executive One Bedroom apartment on the 13th floor which was well appointed, clean and spacious with a nice view over the ocean. Bed was a zip up King bed which was comfortable. Location was good and only a short walk to the waterfront and entertainment centre.

We have a studio apartment that is comfortable, clean, spacious and well serviced. This area is very quiet and so close to shops and restaurants. Debbie in reception has been most welcoming and able to assist with any enquiry.

Good location. Room was a bit small but facilities in the room were good: washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, sink and microwave.

As an older couple escaping the winter in the south we took our holidays for 12 years in Darwin. For at least 1/2 that time we stayed in Halucos Hotels, the last 2 years at the H on Mitchell for over 7 months. The first time we stayed in an Executive suite looking across the Boulevard to the sea. The second year we were in a smaller suite and faced Mindel beach. The accommodation was good, as was the view, however the westerly aspect the second year meant we had to used fans and air conditioners the entire time. Staff at the H give outstanding service from John the Barista to Maria, head of Housekeeping and her entire crew of workers. John kept the pool area and gym spotless. The Hotel is in a great location within east walking to the centre of Darwin. Over the years both Hitel Managers - Pawan and Binita, made our stay very enjoyable.

2 work stays in 2 weeks. Couldn’t fault the service, apartment, food and atmosphere. Think it will be my preferred place to stay now. Apartments are huge. 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. Special mention to Alison, friendly service who goes above and beyond. What an asset to h on Mitchell apartments. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very comfortable accommodation, my 1 bedroom apartment had full cooking and washing facilities, great air conditioning and the pool, bar / restaurant and bottle-o downstairs was very handy. My room was serviced every day and the staff were super friendly. I think I’ve found my new go-tp in Darwin. Thanks team, see you again soon.

Nice stay good service would stay again. Lost my glasses somewhere in vicinity of bar or hotel room room my own stupid fault. Rang and the Irish lady at reception tried hard to search for them and said she would ask around , super helpful.

Great place to stay would be even better of the restaurant was open from 6am for breakfast so you can start the day abit sooner when on business

Must have patience for others parking lots don't make it a problem have a open door policy for great service from cleaning crews.

Great hotel. Clean and best shower. Kick back with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Located close to restaurants and bars. Restaurant and bar on ground floor. Live music and pokies on weekends. Beautiful views.

The first apartment they put us in was very smelly and dirty. After discussing this with the cleaning staff I found out that there had been a long term tenant staying in this apartment for 12 mths and on his exit the apartment had to be deep cleaned. Cleaning staff also stated to me that the guests who was put in this unit before me did not stay due to the smell and state of the apartment We were very disappointed that they did not follow up with additional deep clean before allotting the apartment to new guest This was not satisfactory and put a real damper on our stay in Darwin

Clean and tidy but relatively small. Alright for 1, right for a couple. My room doesn’t have a balcony which I specifically asked for when booking. One street back from the waterfront but a good spot at the end of Mitchell St and walking distance to the Mall and supermarket.

Loving our stay here. Every morning while collecting my breakfast vouchers I am greeted by name at the service desk. The gentleman who is on is fantastic and fun. We are staying a studio apartment. It's small but serves our needs well. Pool is adequate. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Even the breakfast staff are happy.

Lovely little room on the 10th floor, bed was nice and comfy, staff were pleasant, I'd definitely stay here again

We spent 4 nights at H on Mitchell. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The cleaners are super efficient and they came and cleaned our room every day, providing new laundry powder and dish washing liquid as requested. The balcony is a plus and perfect to enjoy a drink watching the sunset. The kitchen is functional, however it could be better equipped.

One stop place, spacious apartment ,cold beer ,great meals ,tab , pool tables, pokies and walking distance to most places, the wife and I love it.

Had a great stay in a two bedroom apartment, the rooms are tidy and clean with a decent view. The service ( thanks Dee ) was awesome . Highly recommend, and it has a bar and restaurant downstairs which was very handy
