Still the worst place to go. I bet you could get better service right now in downtown Portland.

Kim has been working in that store since I was a kid and she is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met, today she was checking us out and she had went to the wrong register which understandably I am aware that it is slightly a big deal (luckily we were card so it was fine) but the lady who came over was talking down to her and was honestly embarrassing her, as a customer I do not want to see and hear walmart employees talking to each other in that manner. Mistakes happen and luckily it wasnt a big one but I am highly disappointed in how Ive seen staff interacting and hope management will talk to the entire staff and everyone as employees no matter their status starts treating each other more kindly. I should not ever hear employees talk to each other that way especially as a customer who is checking out. I hope to see better attitudes from our walmart.

As anyone knows who has done any shopping here, you are generally walking through the door mainly because of the perceived cost savings, not because you're expecting high-quality products and great customer service. What I can tell you based on my experience since moving to Cody Wyoming several months ago, is that I was surprised to find all three of those attributes alive and well, along with a few others that were the result of their market segment positioning. Between the great service a received in their vision department by fixing a pair of glasses that I thought were beyond repair. Then not even charge me anything even though I hadn't bought them there. Of course, you cannot beat the prices and selections to choose from in their grocery department, which includes great produce, meats, a deli, and a bakery. I was even surprised when I realized that their outdoor camping/hunting/RV parts and supplies, were filled not only with great bargains but many high-end quality brands as well. With a selection that was sufficient to satisfy almost anyone. Another aspect of this superstore that is only because of the trends that are preserved in the town of Cody, is that if it's after 8 or 9 pm, they are your only available business where you can buy almost anything. So when you just can't wait till the next day when others might be open, try The WalMart SuperStore on the west side of town, you might just be surprised at what you might find in a store you normally wouldn't expect it.

We drove from Yellowstone to Cody(75 miles) to buy shelving for our RV. Found exactly what we needed. Went to checkout and the cashier who was wonderful scanned every label And could not find pricing. We told her the shelf said $29.99. She called over a supervisor ( older woman with hair in a bun) who grabbed the shelves off the conveyer and with a sneer stated “they are not for sale “. No offer to go to the shelf and scan the code or option of other purchases to fit our needs. This woman has zero customer service skills and is a detriment to the Walmart brand. She is on a power trip obviously.

Store opens at 6am so expect there to be a lot of stock in the aisles. Employees are very courteous and helpful. Pretty much like an other Wal-Mart Supercenter. 4 stars only because aisles are messy and the shelves aren't presentable.

It was a nice Walmart. The Walmarts in ohio don’t have rows that show the parking spots but I liked that this one had it. They had many options of stuff to pick from I liked this Walmart.

Road tripping and keeping the child from running off Is an issue. Glad that we have these. I’ve pooped at most Walmarts but this one was extra clean and tidy.

The store itself is fine but for this huge store just a simple little tiny restroom is quite confusing. Why ? Saving space or what ? Very disappointed. They could use that space to have docent restroom . Gas stations have better then that !

One of the Go to stores in the north Big Horn Basin because they have most everything you could want. One stop shopping with decent prices. They try to push people to the self check out by limiting the number of checkers. Now you have to wait in line to check your own groceries. Free employee and of their own choice. All the while a Walmart employee watching either you or their hand held device to try to catch you stealing something. Those hand held devices can lock up a check station like it’s had an error but most times it’s to get a closer look to see if you’ve put something in your bag that by mistake or on purpose not actually been checked. I will not stand in line to be a free employee and be treated as a criminal, so even if I have to wait in one of the few checkers, it is providing a job for someone and I don’t get treated like a criminal for shopping there.

Always busy. Lots of tourist in the summer - if you don't like crowds, avoid summer daytime visits ! If you want the lowest prices in town; example - groceries are 20% less than the competition; however, it's not my favorite grocery store. Blair's in Powell is.

We are Canadian, we appreciate that we could stop overnight after our Yellowstone adventure.. staff was nice at the beer store, at the cash, at the clothing department and at the food counter, we bought at least 200$ of food, clothes etc.. Thanks again 🇨🇦

Walmart is, as always, an essential part of life in modern America. This particular Walmart has very long lines to check out. Even the self serve section will have a long line, so plan for an extended visit. Aside from that, you will find your standard Walmart items here. Plus fof a Subway.

One of the best Walmarts anywhere. I shop here frequently and have gotten to know lots of the employees. Fine bunch of people that work at this place and can't remember ever having a bad experience here.
