Friendly employees

The welcome by this lady was awesome. She had darker hair, and helped us out and was very kind to us. And there’s the blond older woman by the counter and also shortens the watches. There was no issue of shorten the watch by the woman that welcomed us and was a service that the store had. So we wanted to shorten a watch so we could buy it, because if it does not fit properly, I don’t want to buy it (I think nobody does). The lady at the counter didn’t even listen what we said: “You want to buy a watch? Then go to the other side!” No hesitation, no customer service and the arrogance! Also other people were shocked they heard it too! So this did not lead to buying a new watch. We were not the only one leaving the store after this. I can understand if you’re busy etc. But the behavior was to bad, we won’t come back to this store

Big prices, watches are old and ugly models. I like very much FOSSIL, but this Shop, is maximum at meduim level.
