They are unable to provide medical records on site. Instead it takes 10-14 days to get the records. You can pay a $10 fee to expedite it but they say it will still take a week. Pretty incredible you have to wait this length of time to get your own records... Very disappointed in this process.

I missed ONE appointment here that I forgot I had. (I changed my phone number so I didn't get their confirmation text) and the doctor personally called my mom and threatened to call cps on me for missing the appointment and for not responding to their texts. This is absolutely ridiculous! BEWARE! and be sure not to miss any appointments or cps will be knocking on your door. We have been going to CDA pediatrics for SEVEN years and now we will not be going back.

Our family loves Coeur d’Alene Pediatrics! We have never had a bad visit. When the boys are sick, they get them in and yearly physicals with Dr. Jerkins are always thorough and he has an amazing ability to get kids to feel relaxed during their visit.

I would recommend CDA pediatrics 10000%! They not only have incredible service all from the beginning interaction with the reception desk to the physicians (specifically Dr. Jenkins) themselves! I felt heard from and support for both my son and I, from everyone! Hours (options for appointments) are incredible as well. Best experience ever and can't begin to say how much I truly appreciate everything!

Wonderful people, professional, kind, always good and effective treatments. We love CDA pediatrics and so do our two kids. We’ve seen many provides at all 3 locations, all were great!

Dr. Jerkins is an amazing pediatrician. His ability to connect with my son on a variety of topics means everything. We’ve received great care from all CDA Peds staff at all locations. Really appreciate the extended hours and staff working with your schedule.

I take all five of my children to this pediatrics office. Occasionally I have to go to the Post Falls location on the weekends and my children all see Sandy unless I cannot get an appointment made with her then we see someone else but I have had a positive experience with every doctor. I would highly recommend CDA Pediatrics!

My son had gotten so sick he was having trouble breathing. Heidi Cooper spent careful time with us and I felt included in finding a solution that would work for us. She made smart decisions that was considerate of our finances and what I felt comfortable doing. We have also had a wonderful experience with Doctor Weeda. I had foster kids who needed immediate attention. She fit them into her busy schedule, was amazing with them and went above and beyond to give them care both physically and emotionally.
