Don't ever go here, or use this place on GrubHub. Terrible service and super argumentative! We spent almost $60 on food and they gave us 1 burrito. Had to call and try to convince them to give us the rest of our order... and they still didn't get it right. Ordered a shrimp burrito and got a beef one so I had to pick all the meat out. After a long work day (14hr day, hence using GrubHub to get some delivered) the last thing I feel like doing is going down to this restaurant and argue just to get my order right. Super disappointed and what a waste of money.

We went through the drive through and started to order a steak giant burrito then half way through changes it to 3 taquitos. We ordered a simple chicken quesadilla for our kids (which usually comes plain with no sides) and a giant chicken burrito for me. Which was all bean and rice, very little chicken. Our total seemed pricey ($29 but $32 after tip) We get to the window, I ask for a small water, they run my card hand me my food with no small water and we go home. When we get home they charged us for the steak burrito. They charged us for 5 taquitos instead of the 3 we asked for. They were chicken when we asked for beef. And they threw the quesadilla in the bag lazily so all the guacamole and sour cream that we didn’t ask for got all over our kids’ food. We called them and the lady who took our order started getting rude and wouldn’t refund our order saying it wasn’t her fault and that she read the order back to us. (She didn’t) we even offered to drive back out and give them the burrito back. She just kept saying (in broken English which is why it was so hard to understand her in true first place) that she wasn’t going to pay for the burrito that we messed up on.

We went in tonight to order food to go, simple order, Carne asada burrito no onions, a tamale, 2 chicken enchiladas a breakfast burrito and a drink, the burrito was LOADED with onions(pic number 1), the tamale , broken into at least 10 pieces covered in sauce,(didn't ask for sauce), the chicken enchiladas had soggy lettuce on top (understandable for a Togo order) but thrown together and doused in sauce, and they forgot to give us the breakfast burrito. We called to discuss the order but the language barrier was to difficult on the phone. They did offer to give us the breakfast burrito on our next visit. We thanked them for that gesture but very very unlikely we'll go back. If you do decide to visit to order Togo, check your order thoroughly before leaving. Very friendly people.

Get one!- screw the bad reviews Me n my husband have been spoiled by authentic CA burrito's which if you know, ya know- Carne asada & crispy French fry burrito's- we got the California burrito and subbed their "potato" for frys. Was a little nervous by the rating, but dude!....these didn't disappoint. Green sauce hit the spot, red sauce has a real kick Don't be scared of the rating- these burritos were fire

Go anywhere else. This place is awful. They don't even know how to make basic Mexican food. Everything is either undercooked or sopping in oil. They try to cover up the lack of meat with beans and the meat they do have is the lowest quality they can buy.

As a SoCal native on the hunt for good Mexican food in my new home state of Idaho, this place was great. Adobada, Lengua, Cabeza - things I didn't think I'd eat again. Salsas were amazing to boot! So glad they have this and so much more. Authentic to the core.

Read these reviews immediately after ordering and saw a theme of getting the order wrong. Sure enough, my girlfriend gets a steak burrito instead of a chicken burrito. But my main issue is that this place is so poorly kept. The tables haven't been wiped down for hours and the floor is filthy. It seems the place is severely under staffed and the employees are jaded. Food is... whatever. Unfortunately there's only one Mexican place open after 10pm and it's this one. Ugh.

Not only did they get my order wrong three times. This was the quality of the food they served us when they finally got it right. They are rude over the phone and are liares. I was supposed to get two chilireanos and only got one with a lot of seeds. It was not cooked. I said I understand it's the holidays and, like any place, they are busy but I do not appreciate they are trying to lie to me. Their response was they are working under the same conditions like always. But they had a line of door dashers and Uber workers waiting for their orders. Everyone including me had to wait an hour for their meal. I am not coming here anymore. I'm not giving my money to liars. I'll be disputing the charges to my account and never coming back.

The food is OK but my comment is about their customer service or the lack thereof. I've witnessed first hand the rude, arrogant way people (paying customers) are treated. Especially if it's busy. I've heard patrons waiting in line for their food say things like, "why is she being so rude" or "everyone seems to be in a bad mood." My advice? Avoid this place. There are lots of other Mexican food restaurants that will offer you better food without the rude, insulting behavior.

Authentic and yummy. Love that they're open 24 hours. Thanks for the excellent service. A cozy and artistic environment as well. Good prices. Be warned: salsa is through the SKY spicy for average American white people. Had to eat a lollipop after one taste. It was fine blended in my food in tiny drops though.

The people are very nice! The beans are delicious and authentic. I ordered the fish tacos. The pieces of fish were very small and the taco itself was dry. It needed some guac and sour cream. I dont know if you can purchase that, this was our first time and we were rushing. The portions were small. I did love how much cilantro was in my taco. I'd say my meal was more worth $7. My husband ordered a taco and burrito. He said his taco meat wasn't as flavorful as the meat in the burrito. But the burrito was big. His plate seemed adequately priced at $8.75. Thats all we tried this time but we will be back. They are taking Christmas orders for tamales. 12 for $28. I would like to try those.

The ambiance is loud, the service is... Odd. But the food is authentic Mexican at its best. Update: Still one of my favorite places to get Tacos! I came in at 7:30 am today to get 22-Tacos for a work party. 🎉🎉🎉

We probably wouldn’t have come here but we had a gift card. The food tasted okay, not really worth the wait though, dead empty, we were the only patrons inside, after we watched about six cars go through the drive through I finally decided to check on our order, they must have completely forgotten about the only people sitting inside, so about an hour after ordering we finally got to eat, they did give us some free churros though, we won’t be eating here again.

San Diego has better Mexican food than Mexico, imho. This place claims to be San Diego's best burrito (in CdA, Idaho). ☝🏼 It's very good for up here but San Diego still holds the title of Best Burrito!

The shredded beef in the taco was burnt and hard but I was mostly lettuce anyway. The cheese in the enchilada wasn't even melted. The rice was mushy and beans are dry and obviously days old. Gave up trying to eat it. Nope.

This was the most authentic Mexican food I have had in a while. From what my significant other has said, it is the best place for Mexican food and the most authentic in the area that even comes close to the Mexican food in California. Which from him is a huge compliment. I honestly love the food and the lady that works the cash register each time we go is so sweet.

Ordered nachos and a carne asada burrito and this is the nachos that I got, absolutely pathetic only cilantro and dry cheese on it I will not be going back unless they make it right

Terrible service.. the drive threw is slow very slow. They ask for a tip? Why do they ask for a tip threw the drive threw? Terrible paste. The dinning in is supposed to be enjoyable but the employees r un relate able and terrible communication they r very flirtatious that make us uncomfortable. They have all kinds of flies and bugs around the dinning area very dirty inside doesn't look like the clean everyday like they should. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like??? 🤔

Wait, time took extremely long, not to mention they don't understand English. It took almost 45 minutes to get our order for taco Tuesday. Everyone had a long wait time... The atmosphere was extremely quiet and awkward. Even the kitchen in the back, you couldn't hear much communication at all. I really don't recommend this place nor do I plan on going to it again.

This place has done nothing but get better through time. The staff is very friendly, the wait times minimal and the food is very good. Love the salsa bar and their pickled carrots and jalapeños. The burritos are MONSTER huge. Literally enough for two people.

Um if you have then your missing out on amazing... Great vibes from customer and staffing... Food is beyond perfect.. really feels like a movie set..yet same time right at home, the best around... And it's 24 hours and offer online delivery ordering.. an all around neat place.. great parking lot don't have to worry about tight spots yet don't have to park elsewhere and walk... Clean.. affordable and reasonable price and menu.. each dish wonder amount of servings

Been going here since it opened, always a good choice. Everything is excellent here although the tacos and rolled tacos are my go to. Avoid the busy times though, the wait can be gnarly. We use the 3 car rule. 3 cars in line and we skip it and go elsewhere.

We had an assortment of hard tacos, shells were fried in house. They were great. Chili Relenos were good but next time I will ask for the sauce on the side. It made the coating soggy but they still had great flavor. We paid only 36 dollars for the whole meal and it was well worth it. Also they are open 24 hours!

I've gotten food from here three times via doordash, and it's always been fantastic. I get the fish tacos and they're the best ones I've ever had. Definitely I will be going in person as soon as I can.

Tastes just like taco shops in the San Diego area. Same atmosphere and everything. The tortillas aren't the same but they're better than most wanna-be Mexican food places. You people in Coeur d'Alene are lucky to have this place...I wish I had one where I live. 🌯

so many people wanting to order since silverwood had just closed and this restaurant was one of the few still open. orders from drive, lobby, and phone calls which made the crew and customers just as confused as to what was who’s and what. the rice was undercooked or something it taste like masa. my tacos 😋

Pretty darn good little Mexican place! The chicken Burrito was good and my husband got the #24. Both were good on our brief stop through town on our road trip.
