Jazmyn was the lady that helped me and she had a genuine kindness and was incredibly friendly. She recommended me a sandwich that was genuinely fantastic. Every time I come here I know for a fact I'm going to get good food and good service.

The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly and enjoyable to talk to. We have never had a bad experience at this location. Will continue to go there

They dont honor Subway coupons so you pay full price so they are not actually a Subway and put a negative vibe on Subway for that factor.. 🤔

Lil cute typed out note saying they don't accept coupons. Food price increases. Guess what also increased? The cost of a Subway sandwich. Forget this location, what a joke

Don’t go to this location if you want to use the coupons you receive in the mail. This franchise owner has decided to to participate they have a sign on the door listing the reasons they don’t take coupons one such reason is “ protein shortage “ really ???? Not seeing that any any other store or restaurant this started summer 2022 Just don’t go !!!!!!

My experience at Subway was perfect. In spite of that, the lines behind us we're so long it was taking a long time for those customers to get their food. You had three very capable young people working. They were just overwhelmed. I realize it is hard to staff, maybe that staff should have someone on call to come and help. I have no problem with those young people who were working there. They were doing a great job, under the circumstances.

It was probably the absolute best Subway experience I have ever had in my life the service was incredible it was fast and very courteous the sandwich was absolutely delectable probably some of the freshest ingredients I've seen at a subway in a very long time I will definitely be going back

Staff need better training on Customers Then being on cellphone rather talk on her phone then walk away.. Instead helping us.

Options on sandwiches have gotten better over the years, the service was excellent and they were quick! Good seating options inside as well.

Was doing door dash got there to pick up an order they hadn't even started it I had to wait for them to wait on 4 customers before they even started the order. I waited at least 15 minutes and that's not good for my business of delivering. Takes away from me. Thumbs down.

Ordered an hour before they closed and half an hour before they stopped taking orders via delivery. They accepted the order then canceled it 45 minutes later saying the order was past when they stop taking orders.

The staff last night were amazing and good food. The young man that made my sandwich helped me figure out what I wanted with there new menu. We will be coming back for sure

This location doesn't want to take coupons anymore. Thats the only reason I'd go there is to use the coupons cause its too expensive otherwise. If corporate is going to give out coupons, each store should have to accept them.

Fast, open omw into work early but still got a lunch meal, love!! Plus they have awesome spicy italians and put my sauces in little cups so it dosnt soggify my sandwich!

Tried to find a Subway open in Spokane that was open.could not but found one in Idaho Post falls that was closed even though it said it wasn't closed. then came to this one and it was open ready for business we got our subwaysThegirl was kind and made our food quick we were on our way

There is a guy there named James with a scar, he is a rude person I won't be going there anymore, I will be going to Walmart Subway from now on.

Last two times I went the bread wasn't fresh. When I spoke to the manager all he could say was "I'm sorry". Will not go back again. Doesn't deserve one star

Worst service they did not take our coupons that were valid until August after they made our sandwichs. Soo im not going to this subway again.

Just picked up an online order and I just want to thank the staff for reading my order notes about changing the chips and drink!!! You have no idea how often they don't even put the chips or drink in the online orders (at other locations) thank you for going above and beyond and having my order ready on time! Editing to add that the sandwiches were also amazing, generous portions on the veggies and sauces 🤤 my new go to subway location for sure

Nothing can beat a cold cut combo, only issues are they need more staff. Also i purchased a tea and they had none brewed. Staff didn't even know they weren't selling it any more. Not sure what is going on with that one but figured id toss it in this review. Other than that food is great as well as the service.

Finished tournament and kids wanted subway. Wait in line behind 5 people. Finally get to counter and have no meats no turkey and only wheat bread. No signs or anything let us know out of just about anything. Will make sure to never go to that one again.

Devin and Ashton were awesome! Had a great experience at this Subway. Good employees. They made making sandwiches look fun and they were professional! I approve them getting a raise! $$$
