I have come to the conclusion that these owners simply need to pay their employees more in order to be able to secure quality staff. The staffing is the issue with all of the Rogers locations because they do not pay a competitive wage at all. If they would adopt the business practices of In-n-Out and the like, they wouldn’t have such a high turnover or be chronically understaffed. In turn, they would be able to manage higher volumes of customers and provide service with much less wait times. Honestly, they serve the best fries I’ve ever had and their burgers are great as well. But even when yours is only the second order on the line and there aren’t any people in the restaurant for dine-in, it usually takes 35-45 minutes to get your food. And judging by the reviews, many many people won’t be a repeat customer after that. Hoping they come to the conclusion that simply paying your employees a few dollars more per hour, would not only fix nearly all of these employee quality/retention issues but having consistency of service will bring in more business.

Waited in line for about 30 minutes just to be served horrible food. They even got my order wrong. I asked for a cheese burger ketchup ONLY and they gave me a squashed paper thin cheeseburger that had everything on it that I DIDNT want. So I had to go through and pick everything off and even add my own ketchup since they didn't even add any. They couldn't even get that right. Seriously?? How hard is it to put JUST ketchup on a cheese burger. It's a lot more easier than adding all those ingredients and a lot faster. The fries were soggy and had no flavor and everything in the bag was squashed. The fry sauce and ketchup containers were only filled half full. The fry sauce lacks flavor, The paddy was pink on the inside as well. The bun wasn't even toasted. It literally looks like someone had stepped on it with their shoes and threw it in the bag. I've never been more disappointed in Rogers. The only good thing from this is the fountain drinks. Worst Roger's in town.

Was just driving by and saw this spot and had to try. The burger was really good for the price. Especially since they sell 4x4s and who couldnt go wrong with fresh kettle chips! The fries were really good as they were going cold also. They were both a little too salty for me but if i was having a midnight meal I would have enjoyed it, other than that everything was good! Thank you!

Great burger and ice cream, very fresh and tasty. We stay by coeur d’Alene river for 3 nights and stop by this place twice, both time was good food and service, highly recommended!!

Went through the drive through on government way, waited over 20 mins which is no problem as Rodgers is usually worth the wait. The drive through attendant was very nice & told me they were short staffed it would take longer than normal to get our food out, again no problem. Got the food made our 5 min drive home. When we arrived all of our food was ice cold, we were missing chips from the kids meal & the bun on my toddlers burger was so burnt it was rock hard which made it not only not edible but an extreme choking hazard. As someone who always tries to support local these types of experiences make it difficult

I know the sign reads made fresh to order but my wife and I sat in the drive through for 2 hours to get two burgers and two shakes. I've waited before for 45 minutes for one burger and a shake but this visit was brutal. After the wait to the window the gal said the burgers had been done but she needs to make the shakes. I don't know what else to say other than the picture speaks for itself. I'm not going back ever.

This place is dirty. You walk in and the floors are really sticky. The tables are sticky. I think they do mop and wipe down the tables but they must use a filthy mop and rag when they do. My shake was really watered down. The shakes are expensive and they must take like 1 scoop of ice cream and the rest is milk. I hope it’s milk. The fries are limp and greasy. My first time here was not a good Experience. There were plenty of kids working and it wasn’t busy.

I'm from out of town and was looking for a good burger. The burgers were good. Not outstanding but good. Same with the shakes. There were a few families eating and a couple people in line to order. The place was a bit on the messy side, the service was a bit slow, and the employees didn't seem to care much to fix any of that. Maybe that's the norm for these parts. I certainly didn't hate Roger's and I'd be fine if I found myself back here someday, but I won't make it a point to stop here next time I'm in town.

We arrived when they were opening on a Sunday. Sometimes that means your wait time will be longer while the grill is heated, etc. but not here! We had some of the best old-style hamburgers, fries, chips and even a delicious huckleberry shake. I recommend this place!

Good burger, great option of adding jalapeño to the burger. Try the spicy fry sauce, loved the idea however it didn't seem spicy to me. Online menu I found was off quite a bit in pricing. Friendly staff. Great place glad I tried it today.

The employees are going to run this business into the ground. I appreciate the fact good help is hard to fInd, but something’s got to give. Where to begin?! No customer service skills whatsoever, painfully slow, clueless humans “run” this place. If the fries were actually ever served hot, they’d be good. Burgers always tend to be a bit soggy for some reason. Watch your order carefully because they miss things and over charge. Have plenty of time to sit and wait for your food because it takes a VERY long time from start to finish. Yes, burgers are cooked to order, but this is ridiculous! Prices are about as high as pub food or a casual dining restaurant. Overall, dining here is a painful experience, which is too bad because the food is relatively good for “fast” food. Definitely not returning to the Government Way location.

There were a bunch of kids trying to hold the fort down. They honestly appeared to be doing their best, but they were in over their heads. Bathrooms were in rough shape and we ended up canceling our shake order because the food was done and shakes were still about 15 min or more out. Two adults showed up and looked like they were management, I assumed they would roll up their sleeves and help save the day, but they just talked to each employee and left...disappointing for sure.

Food was great, but so many great burger options nearby. Definitely happy we tried and would happily go back, burgers, fries and shakes were great. While great, it just wasn't my fave if nearby options.

I ordered a milkshake and a hamburger. I was served my milkshake and tasted like flavored milk. I returned it and got another with the same outcome. When I finally got my hamburger after 45 minutes wait, it was totally cold. My meal was the worst I’ve ever had from Rogers. They lost a good customer. I will not go back.

PLEASE either stop hiring young kids or teach them customer service. Absolutely slowest service I’ve ever received in my life. The food should be ready when we hit drive thru window. I understand it being busy but each person waiting at the window for food for 10 min is ridiculous!

Went here to get a good burger. Way to greasy! The fries were dripping grease and me and my boyfriend had instant heartburn. Very nice service and wasn’t a long wait. Just make sure you have some tums or something for afterwards.

Grilled cheese is always burnt! I always have to ask to be golden brown or it’s this way. Today they decided to make it burnt even though I asked. I love rodgers burgers but they always mess up on grilled cheese

Worst customer service I've ever received. My first time I've ever been to a Roger's. Waited in the drive thru for 30 min for 2 burgers and girl at window waited til my food was up to start making my milkshake. First she asks if I would like sauces, I ask for ranch and tarter, she is short in saying we don't have tarter, followed by a blank stare. Not offering anything else. When I asked if it was pretty standard for it to take 30 min, she replies, "yeah there is only 2 people working." To which I reply, well this is my first time, great experience so far. She responds, "I don't know what you want us to do, there is only 2 people working in the kitchen." And shuts the window in my face.. Had I known this was not a fast food restaurant, I would have come a different night, maybe into the lobby, without my screaming child in the back seat. But the fact that I was met with unkind service, the food was not worth what I paid for in cash or in insults. Fries were cold and burger was cover in Mayo with 2 pieces of Shredded Lettuce. Would give 0 stars if I could

I've been standing in line for over 20 minutes. Haven't been acknowledged or anything. But have locked eyes with all the employees. People standing behind me in line have come and go. You're losing money and customers. They always have amazing food. So willing to wait. But this is ridiculous

Burgers are great shakes are repeatedly to liquid, I don't know if it's warm milk or warm ice cream but it makes for a liquid drink instead of a milkshake. Has happened three times.

Make sure you take a bite of your burger before you leave, thus place constantly undercooks their burgers. I bought a few and they were completely pink almost like they never touched the grill, and when I brought them back I got new burgers that were also uncooked. This place is gonna make people sick.

When they first open, there food was amazing, now that's there a Roger burger on every corner, the food and service sucks the picture on the menu looks so good, you should see what I just got for 32 bucks, while waiting in drive thru line for 25 minutes

I ordered 2 meals totaling $23 before tax and asked the “child” why was I paying over $27. He did not know so I asked him to grab a manager and he scoffed and rolled his eyes as he stomped away. I left. I have better places to spend my money than with a company that only seems to hire teenagers with attitudes. I don’t deserve that. Also, there was not a single car behind me so they were not busy.

I love this place! I love the burgers and fries!! I have eaten here many times now and I don't think I can ever go back to chain burgers because this place is just that darn good!! Start with the cheese that is perfectly melted, the hamburger is delicious and seasoned well, the bun is a little toasty, so it gives just a hint of that crunch and with just the right amount of condiments, these burgers cant be beat! It is so darn good! My kids love the milk shakes! Prices are a little high but the burgers are perfection, so well worth it!!

For how new this building is I'm shocked on the quality of cleanliness this place is. The chairs are disgusting 😑 and the rudeness of the kid that was putting chairs up. I'm sorry I spent over 40 bucks to have dinner with my husband. And this kid flipping chairs up around us or behind was rude. Hopefully who ever see this does something about the quality of cleaning. Our food was good and they did a wonderful job on our food.

The burgers and shake were good. Service fast and courteous. However, the number of staff, not all needed for burger prep... some should clean! Concrete floor outside kitchen, on way to restrooms, slick with grease. I told the staff, they made an announcement, and no one did anything. I then witnessed a disabled gentleman's cane slip, still nothing done. The restrooms have not been cleaned in quite sometime. Toilets and and sinks are both in need of scrubbing!

The staff were not changing gloves after talking on phone. Fries were some old and hard. We waited in drive thru for 30 min. When we complained one of the crew members laughed at us They were rude. I will NEVER go back. I will be contacting the owner. So I unprofessional. This one is the new one on government way. It sucks!!!!!!

Best Hamburger in town! Period! I've tried 10 other places and Roger's is still #1! Would have been 5 Stars but, getting slower not faster on getting your food. Times are tough for having enough employees, but come on!!!

Not good. My fries were over cooked, cold and hard. My burger was terrible. It had gobs of plain mayonnaise. I asked for no lettuce. I'm allergic. It was piled high with lettuce. This isn't the first time my order was wrong. In fact it's the 5th.

My boyfriend and I came on 1/24/2022 at 5:24 .It took 25 min for 2 milkshakes that tasted absolutely terrible they were way to milky and disgusting. I have had Rogers sprite strawberry milkshakes before and loved them! Tonight was a terrible experience the workers were arguing and flipping each other off the lady at the window was rude. If I could give zero stars I would this has made me not ever want to come back to Rogers! If my friends and family ask me where to eat in cda this place will be my last reference. Awful business!
