Food was good but I don't like the new policy of putting everything in one big bag. You get home and have to try sort out and remember what was in everyone's individual combo's. It's a disaster. Beware using the app to order. The app isn't to hard to navigate but I've pulled up for my order and they asked me for my order number. They couldn't find my order and when they did I still had to wait for them to prepare it. It's not a time saver but it is aggravating. I'm deleting the app from my phone.

The best Taco Bell I've ever eaten at. They're fast, the food is always correct and they even mark the wrappers to indicate what's inside.

In the past they served alright food, now they don't anymore. What you'll get is hastily, sloppily put together food with barely any meat in it, watery drinks and no napkins or forks or anything in any to go meal. These guys clearly have stopped trying, that's why we barely go there anymore. And when we do we aren't happy about it. Yesterday I had the worst chaluppa of my life and a sad taco with a watery drink (i extra ordered the drink without ice). Not worth any money.

I do not stop by here often. We were surprised to find out they were out of ice.

🌮 Taco bell always rocks! No complaints at all!! The cashier lady gave my wife and I a free drink because we had to wait a bit longer. I love kind people like that. Great job picking the staff !!

Love this place, the food is always hot and good I am allergic to avocados told them not to put them in anything.

I really love eating at Taco Bell it is my favorite place to eat. I always get those 5 to 7 dollar boxes there great. I always have leftovers for my supper that night. Taco Bell is great I enjoy going there every two weeks.

Nothing like ordering a large drink... oh, the large doesn't come in a large cup it comes in a medium cup because of what's in it so even though you ordered a large you get a medium sized cup and we call it a large and charge you more because it's not the regular which comes in a small cup...

So I only stopped here because they brought back the Mexican Pizza. It's not as good as it was and it was the only item I really liked from here.

Food was very good, it did take 22 minutes to get but hey on a good note it wasn't wrong. Once the crew gets the hang of it I believe it will be good

We stopped by here while passing through and it was one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve had! Robert took my order and he was so kind! He was training a young man and he spoke really clearly and kindly to both of us and still made it so quick and easy! I always love seeing a manager step in and take care of his/her employees and treat them right as well as the customer. I had barely filled my drink and my food was already good to go, hot, and the order was correct. The Baja Blast was cold and had the right ratio of soda water to syrup. Everything looked sparkling clean and you can tell they really put effort into their work. 10/10 and corporate should absolutely pay attention to this store for promotions, paid vacations, and pay raises!!!

The manager Robert garrity and all his employees we're very nice and polite the service was excellent

Service was terrible and the food had an off flavor. When the lady at the counter tried to find out what was going on with my order she shushed by the cook because he was on a cell phone and couldn't bother to make my meal. Even though I was on my lunch break

As I haven't been to one in a while I was surprised to see so much focus on the drive-thru and online orders. It was about 4PM on a Saturday afternoon so there wasn't anyone dining in at the time. A sign on the register for pick up orders I wasn't sure how to place my take out order. The people working were GREAT about taking my order AFTER I got past the fact of there not being a taco salad on the menu and having to call my people that wanted one. I got the desired order figured out and placed. The order came quickly and the young man waiting on me was great about getting me what I was needing BEFORE I HAD TO ASK FOR ANYTHING, such as a drink carrier and sauce. As far as the food goes everything was good EXCEPT for the liquid in the taco meat soaked through my crunchy taco shells by the time I got to my destination and tried to eat my crunchy tacos. It was a bit messy eating them with a beard but they were good anyway. I LIKE THEIR TACOS.

Order was messed up and missing several items and I ordered the 2 dollar spicy burrito and did not get any jalapenos, or cinnamon twist that we paid for very bad service will not be going back

Every single thing we ordered was incredibly stale, tasted and smelled stale. We took a few bites, then threw it all away and went somewhere else to eat. Not impressed.

I've been there twice now, once for lunch & once for dinner & both times the food was so fresh, hot, so good honestly it's the best Taco Bell 🌮 I've ever had & by far the freshest they've got great staff to hard workers And they were friendly which I really appreciate being around a happy person that loves what they do(no matter the job) Bc let me tell you that's some serious Multitasking that's not easy to do ***I tried at jack in the box in Texas &it was not something that came natural Just saying.... The one in Coffeyville KS sucked there was hardly any meat or cheese on my soft tacos and they tasted nasty

I am vegan. I ordered on the app. When they handed me my receipt. I told them something got messed up on the app. Because I had ordered it "vegetarian style" and "Fresco". I was told they couldn't make any modifications to the order because it was a mobile order. I told them to just keep that portion of the order because I wouldn't be able to eat it. They put the wrong stuff in the bag AND they added meat to a spicy potato burrito. Unbelievable. I was sitting there telling them what I ordered. I feel like they did it out of pure meaness!
