Best coffee in the area with excellent customer service. I grab a coffee every morning before taking my dog for a walk and a swim nearby. Staff remember my name, order and are always friendly. Highly recommended!

I go running most mornings nice and early and usually end up here for a post run coffee. The team know my order, my name, have great customer service and make one hell of a coffee.

Netty. Was. Here. Putting Hub2.0 on the map! This is the 🤫 coffee hot spot. On a return visit to the OG location in Sawtell (owner operated for 15yrs) is where I got the hot tip. This selfie spot has an exclusive view point of the Jetty; making it a perfect location for a takeaway before hitting up the walk out to the end or to check out nearby weekend markets & break-wall. Coffee as usual but extra delightful because of the relaxed surroundings.

What scenery. I bring the kids here regularly. Grab a coffee, an ice-cream and kick back for a few moments of chill before finding the kids and cleaning the sand off them :) I like the variety of different food options and quality is always very consistent. My only feedback would be the service. Lovely people but on occasion you get the 'I don't want to be here vibe with short cold answers. Take a look around at where you work, it's beautiful. Find joy in getting to know your customers thats the secret and build a local vibe.

Stopped at Coffs Harbour on our holiday and found Hub Cafe open so grabbed 2 coffees. They were okay but wouldnt really go back. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

Went and grabbed some coffee on Boxing Day, and after waiting in a huge line the staff was incredibly rude and borderline racist to my uncle. The server was unaware that I was with him, as I had been waiting to the side, and I had heard her serve multiple people in a friendly manner before my uncle was served, in which she was short and incredibly rude. He ordered three sandwiches (and happily paid a 16.5% surcharge). However, when his name was called and he went to pick up the sandwiches the server yelled at him that he was taking the wrong ones, which he apologised for. She then went on to insist that he only ordered two despite his proof of purchase via credit card history. He then had to wait again in the line and ordered another overpriced sandwich and had to wait for that as well. Blatant disregard and a lack of care. He was most definitely treated differently and the entire experience was very upsetting.

The staff are great and friendly to deal with . Even when you there extremely early in the morning.there greet you with a smile 😊. It’s a great venue for a coffee

Once in a lifetime experience! Coming back for more! Fantastic staff, happy, bubbly and definitely brighten up my mornings. Coffee, chia, and milkshakes are great quality and priced well. Fresh muffin cakes and the kids favourite smarty cookies! The view! It’s the best place for a coffee and sunrise watching the beautiful Coffs jetty.
