Alicia is the most amazing piercer. She pierced my son's septum and ears this morning. Her personality was warm, fun, caring and firm. She took a huge amount of care and really connected with my son to make him and his mother's feel very comfortable and at ease. Whilst simultaneously performing the piercings with incredible skill and talent.

Shout out to Alicia!! What an amazing job piercing my daughter, she kept her calm talked her through the piercing process for a industrial piercing. Explaining in detail how to best care for it made the experience one we will never forget we definitely will be back.

Alicia is amazing. She has fixed my nose piercing as well as pierced my two siblings. As well as piercing multiple of our ears. She is incredible and would highly recommend her. I went with my son for his first piercings (ear lobes and nostril) and was really impressed by the professionalism and service. Nathan took the time to put my son at ease and also make sure everything was positioned carefully, and all questions answered thoroughly. Doing the piercings he was quick and as gentle as possible, plus the staff in the store were super helpful and friendly. A great experience - thank you.

Pushkar is the only spot I ever get my piercings. After a bout of fails at all different shops, I stumbled upon Alicia and Mikki at Pushkar! They are both absolutely AMAZING! So kind, funny, respectful and patient. They talk you through the whole process, and are so gentle yet quick. I have brought many friends and family members here from Armidale because of how good they are. Over the last year and a half, I have received 2 upper helixes, a septum, a conch, my daith fixed after a dodgy piercing by someone else, and a lobe fixed. My husband has received his nostril, 3 helixes, and a lobe. Alicia and Mikki are both superb, and I will always go to them into the future, highly HIGHLY recommend.

Gorgeous jewellery but unfortunate experience:( I don’t ever really leave bad reviews or reviews at all but I had a bit of an upsetting experience today…. I love this store and haven’t visited it for about a year since moving to Brisbane, and I was have a great time looking around until the end, I had given one of the staff the jewellery I wanted to purchase and a different staff member (who had asked if I wanted help earlier) asked to see where the necklace I was looking at that time was put. I lead her and showed her to the necklace I was looking at when she first approached (put back in the right spot) and she said “that’s not the one you were looking at, it was a *insert different crystal* donut necklace, where’s that one?” I tell her I wasn’t ever looking at that necklace and I didn’t know. They proceed to get me to empty my bag on the counter including my bra and underwear from changing at the beach, there wasn’t anything from the store in my bag because I didn’t take anything, and the store employee asks the person I assume to be the manager is she was satisfied and she mumbles “not really” and walks away, I step back to show I don’t have any pockets on my dress to further prove I didn’t take anything. I quickly paid for my $80 worth of products and leave crying out of embarrassment for something I didn’t do and feeling as if I wasn’t even believed innocent despite my effort to show I was. I wasn’t apologised to and the employee instead said “you can understand our anxieties when people bounce around the store like you” would you rather I don’t look around? I’d rather give the benefit of the doubt but the fact that I’m brown and the white customers in the store at the same time and as long as me weren’t searched or questioned which can’t help but feel relevant. It just felt gross and ironic to be told I was lying and stealing in a white ran store called pushkar selling items from my culture for profit. I really do think the store has beautiful jewellery and I’ve loved it every other time I’ve been in, I’ve had all my piercings here and purchased most of them jewellery I own. I just wanted to express my discomfort and I understand that some people do shoplift, but tag your items or put it all in cabinets if you don’t trust your customers to this extent, don’t put them through this, it’s humiliating and upsetting.

Had an amazing experience getting my nose pierced! The team on the front desk were super helpful and answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous about having my nose re-pierced through scar tissue (done at another place many years ago) but Alicia was very reassuring and made me feel really comfortable. She is a true pro at what she does and I couldn’t be happier!

Nathan was amazing. He did 4 piercings for me and explained everything super well. His experience was evident in his efficiency and thoroughness. Would highly recommend!

Got my ears and septum pierced here yesterday and it was a nice professional experience. Overall it was a really neat store with lots of nice stuff, friendly staff and all together a pleasant vibe.

Piercing experience: I got my helix done here and it was a great experience, but when the lady stuck the needle through and put the earring in the earring fell out so she had to re pierce the hole. And my piercer was very nice about it and she said that she felt so bad because it rarely happens, so she gave me a $10 voucher to spend at the shop on whatever I like. Shopping experience: I was looking for a certain crystal to add to my never ending collection but I couldn’t find one so, I asked a lady if she could find one for me and she couldn’t find one at first and I just told her to not worry about it but she persisted and eventually found it and it was the last one! I am glad that she did keep on looking because if that was me I’d stop after a minute. But overall a great shopping experience and I hope to go back in there soon!!

So much care and professionalism! Alicia is very accommodating, honest, kind and gentle! Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else since experiencing this service. I personally highly recommend.

Alicia! Lady you are amazing! My partner and I wondered into Pushkar with absolutely no intention of getting another piercing especially getting one redone over scar tissue but somehow I did. Our whole experience with Alicia was amazing, instant comfort from the moment we interacted with her she made us feel right at home. Amazing Amazing Amazing !!! Went there a few months ago to get some piercings by Alicia. Got welcomed in by Alicia made me feel so comfortable and when deciding on a spot she took so much time and effort into letting me pick the perfect spot. Piercing went so smoothly and healed up nicely. She did an amazing job and made the experience a really positive one. Hands down the best place in Coffs Harbour to get any piercing done. All of my daughters have had piercings done at Pushkar. A special shout out to Alicia who is an absolute professional when it comes to all things piercing. She has a beautiful persona and she has such vast experience and knowledge on piercings. She made all my daughters feel very comfortable and relaxed when they got their piercings done and she was so lovely to them.
