😠 Still in line 2.5hours later. Extremely slow and completely backed up! Hopefully results return quickly. Would recommend coming early or late at night. This is crazy! Bring water and snack and be sure to have a full tank of fuel! I’d say another hour until we make it it to a test. People often mention hours, staff, cars, people, wait, line, tested,

We were in queue by 4:00 am. When we asked at around 12:00 PM if it comes to closing time will we still get a chance to get tested and we were told that we wont be turned back but after almost 10 hours at 2:20 PM they informed us that they are closed for the day. All remaining cars were turned back. No one is held accountable and they are just getting away with it. I wonder how this continues to be allowed and that they get away without any repercussions. I strongly recommend to not spoil your and the families sleep. They deserve better!

Arrived at 8.30am Boxing day to be told they had enough cars waiting in line for testing and the clinic is closed. We are all there for the same reason, but mine is pointless. I am double Vax and have bought my own rapid antigen tests to take before seeing my 90 yr old mum. Instead we camped overnight, constantly listening for other cars moving. When we finally made it to the front of the queue, I was greeted by friendly staff trying to work under sub standard conditions. No police presents, a lack of security, administrative, and nursing staff, but mainly disorganisation. I apologise to the people that genuinely needed testing, and to all the staff working tirelessly to accommodate the very large numbers of nessessary and unnecessary people. Keep up the great work and hopefully the QLD government will follow the NSW Health Ministers recommendations. Stay safe.

The Coffs Harbour COVID Testing facility is the most incompetent process I’ve ever witnessed. I am absolutely gob smacked…7 hours down and still waiting. No sense of urgency at all by staff.

So we waited here for around 4hrs to get tested. I will stress - its not the staff that are the problem, they are awesome and doing a brilliant job as best they can. It's people that are the issue ! Getting out of their cars and screaming is not helpful to the time you have to wait. We watched a young lady literally have a temper tantrum just like a 3 yr old. Others just sat in their car yelling at the attendants, again lengthening the wait. Take food and water and chargers and you'll be fine

Got here at 10am yesterday and told they were at maximum capacity and to come back the next day at 7am to guarantee a spot - fair enough I thought. Next day I get here at 6:30am, 2nd in line and have seen literally 0 movement in 5hrs. No correspondence from any staff, no indication on remaining time or what's going on. An absolute balls-up of the highest degree...

Where is my result you dogs?! 50 days later and you still can't get me my result. I arrived to the testing centre at 2.45am and got through at 11.10am. The only reason we made it was that we had a baby with us and they let us skip the line. But they actually let alot of people skip and we were further back than we should have been given our 2.45am arrival. They were testing about 15 cars per hour which didn't correlate to the plentiful staff available. 2 out of 10 staff carrying the burden of the other 8. How they were treating people, I do not know how there were not riots. They would have sent hundreds away at closing time despite allowing them to wait in line for 10 + hours. More than one person should lose their job over this one. Why Palachook sent us here when we are healthy is a whole seperate topic of sheer disappointment. 19 days later now and still no test results. Still waiting. What the hell? This place is P poor, just burning tax payers money.

11th January 2022 - Arrived at 7.30am and about 50 cars were ahead of us. Parking attendants were great! At 8am, nurses started speaking with people in their cars. We were told that if we got tested, we would need to isolate and wait 9 days for our results!!!!!!!!!!! If we went home without being tested, we would need to isolate 7 days from the onset of symptoms. The choice was ours. Weird. The two main questions were: are you double vaxxed and are you a close contact of someone with known covid? After speaking with the nurse, 99% of people drove off without being tested. The staff were all doing a fantastic job!!

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST. Got to the stadium at 4:00am and have been waiting for 10 hours. Still in line. All up the wait will most likely be 11+ hours. One traffic lady said we should be “grateful” that we are getting tested at all. Not really what you want to hear after waiting in a car for 10 hours by someone that is getting paid to be there.

Arrived at 7.15 am and were told we would have about a 2 hour wait, we waited 6 hours. There were regular stretches where there was no movement in the queue for 30 - 40 minutes, why was this? 6 hours is an incredible wait time in a very hot carpark, maybe they should review their set up? Staff were lovely.
