I was in need of a lash infill before heading back home and stumbled across this place online. Amazing service from the moment I called to make a booking compared to everywhere else in Coffs! I then had my appointment with Yasmine (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who was beyond accomodating and so friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I give two stars cause the girl was super chatty, made me comfortable and was super sweet and lovely; however that was all gone in a matter of seconds after I'd left and had a better look at my eyebrows. I spent years trying to grow them, she's completely thinned them out and plucked them away, my arches are gone and i paid $55. What a waste. I'm really sad as I had heard good reviews of Elle Bache...

The BEST Brazilian Wax I have ever had with Naomi! I have had a few from the Gold Coast to Sydney. Can't beat it! Google asked me to add an image but I won't do that... lol

I was booked in to have a facial & a shellac manicure with Monique & I could not fault her one bit.. She was amazing! She made me feel comfortable & at ease. Would highly recommend booking in with her! All of their products are well worth it as well. I've defiantly noticed a big difference in my skin ever since I've used it. Do yourself a favour & pamper yourself for the day!

I have spent years and years using all different facial products from all different beauticians but I have to say Ella Bache products are a gift from the Gods!!! AMAZING, AMAZING and AMAZING! The Revealing Fruit Enzyme Exfoliant is on another level! it is.. there are no words. Staff are extremely friendly and are educated on all the products in store. Highly recommend.

Rude - I was on time for my appointment, 25 mins later I am still sitting waiting, with two different beauty therapists having walked past me twice during this time, with no apologies, I tried to smile at the one - I was blanked... I walked out, after the therapist who I was booked in with, started serving a customer on the floor, again without acknowledging me or even apologising. I completely understand that people run late, but if you know this before hand, let them know so they can reschedule or change other appointments they might have....and try smiling, it goes a long way.

I have been seeing Dani regularly for a few months now and the experience is amazing every time. Very well educated and happy to help with everything, she has recommended a skin care routine that I’ve been using consistently and have noticed a massive change in my skin- clearing acne, glowing, elasticity and pore reduction. She also does all my waxing and has improved my eyebrow shape and growth. Thank you Dani for all your services 😊 very happy customer

Had some vouchers to use at Ella Baché that I got for my birthday. Treated myself to an eyebrow wax and tint and an eye lash lift and tint. Was very impressed with the finishing look. During the appointment I asked some question about my complexion as I have sensitivity dry skin and the lady was very informative and direct me to the products that I should be using. I booked in for a facial that was suited for my skin type. When I went back for my next appointment the lady did a complementary face examination where she took special photos of my face and I was able to see my skin in a way I haven’t seen it before, I could see sun damage, pigmentation, redness and a lot of other things that surprised me. Again she was very informative and helpful in guiding me on the right path to taking better care of my skin. The facial was amazing! The products used felt and smelt wonderful. I left feeling so relaxed. I had never had a facial before and I didn’t realise how much I needed one until today. I have also started using some of their products and can see a big change in my skin already. The staff there at Coffs are super lovely and helpful. Looking forward to next time!

I did half leg and bikini waxing. Incompetent person and really bad work. I think the worst waxing of my Life, I have still hairs everywhere. Thank you, I' ve spent 60 $ for Nothing.

I had a wonderful expereince at Ella Bache Coffs Harbour recently. The facial treatment was to die for and at the end my skin was glowing. The therapist was knowledgable and the customer service 5-star all the way. Highly recommend.
