Delicious hearty Indian dishes that is surprisingly good in a domestic Indian airport. Given the small size of most domestic terminals in India, I was very pleased to find this restaurant and I have dined here twice already. Furthermore, the staff is attentive and quick to serve. They went out of their way to remind us of the flight status and pack the food to go. Well done!

This is a only lounge available at coimbatore airport. Staff here is very unwelcoming to loujnge guests and trys to avoid entry as much as possible. They were giving us excuses to refuse entry saying only few cards and accepted and there is long wait times etc. We were able to get in since we had premium cards. Enev in longe food options they only have 2 choices - sandwich and biryani! NOTHING ELSE. I had added pics to show what they are serving in the name of lounge package. Better avoid this all togather and have meal at airport food court.

Worst place ever. Please avoid. A member of staff came to me from the kitchen and told me to sit properly and that I am exposing myself to the public. I was sitting by myself, minding my own business, and having a lemonade and I was wearing an asymmetrical maxi dress which was below my knee length. The staff member was also a woman who had the audacity to morally police me when I was dressed modestly. I called the manager and he also took her side. The only thing I could do was not pay for a bottle of water and lemonade I bought after being insulted like this. The manager and the staff member didn't apologise for this harassment. Are we in India or Saudi Arabia where women are policed on how to dress? Appalling. Please avoid this place. Worst experience ever.

It's the only lounge in the coimbatore airport. They have a limited menu. They serve tea/coffee, veg pulao and raita combo, biryani and raita combo and sandwiches. Food is good tastewise and portion wise for a moderate eater. My partner asked for another helping of biryani. The attendant refused politely but later obliged. It's unlike other lounges and the staff looks unwelcoming and unsure at first glance. The manager was rude infact. But it is a lounge nonetheless. Complementary lounge access (Rs. 2) on cards is available like other lounges.

Unwelcoming staff, the only lounge at coimbatore airport. If they don't have available seats i don't understand why do they take people in. Limited snacking options like sandwich and biryani. it's more of a bar then the lounge. Everyone there looked and was having hard drinks only. If they have such a option they should keep seperate section for the same. Not recommended to visit here.

This is an airport lounge & complementary lounge access with cards will work. At first when we enquired at the reception they said it's a restaurant only. Then after re enquiring he said they have a problem with the cards. Upon asking more details like while types of cards have issue then he checked my card whether it has access or not. Clearly they are lying initially and saying that cards have issue, so that to promote restaurant sales. With lounge access you can choose either 1 sandwich or 1 pulao, 1 tea or 1 coffee. Veg sandwich tasted average. Why to lie initially? Very unprofessional.

The list of bad reviews reflects how unprofessional, inhospitable Blackberry is. I had a terrible experience after my friends group of 15 people decided to not eat anything here after how the manager SHASHIDHARAN misbehaved by throwing his tantrums with loud disrespectful gestures. Something that I won’t let go so easy. Let alone the bad coffee and tea they served, this place doesn’t deserve any attention.

This is not a proper lounge. It is actually a restaurant which provides a la carte but if you have lounge access, you can have lunch, dinner or snacks. They do not accept majority of cards with lounge access. Only premium cards and priority pass are accepted. The ambience is great however there are no food options for lounge access people. They offer limited food. If you want to have food you will have to buy from their a la carte menu, however. With the card access, you can relax and fill you stomach with little food.

Fine atmosphere. Service little on the uninterested side. Menu very unimpressive. But still nice to have a waiting area before boarding.

This is the worst experience I ever had in a lounge. The receptionist says it is not a lounge and informed that no complimentary lounge access is there. I have said it’s visible on diners website to which they replied it’s diners fault not ours. We will give every thing on the chargeable basis. The manager and whole team don’t know how to treat the customers. A strict action shall be taken by diners as well as Coimbatore airport. Wish I could give zero star.

The incharge name Saalu is very rude and no proper behaviour. We wanted to have tea and he says with tea you need to order the food as well or else you can go down stairs and have tea from somewhere. This is not at all acceptable from the Coimbatore airport restaurant. I urge to take an immediate action of this manager and the restaurant. No proper courtesy to talk at all. Very saddend with this experience

The limited food is available. We had a pulav, raita and a gulabjamon. Atleast this lounge should have decent sabzi, roti, rice and daal on menu. No doubt this longe was spacious and food was good, but unlimited option is not available. The waiter was kind of rude but the receptionist was nice.

This restaurant at Coimbatore International Airport offers wide variety of alcoholic beverages and snacks. Located on First Floor post security check, it's opposite to the Departure Gate No. 9. It has a smoking chamber, which is otherwise absent in the Coimbatore Airport, along with sufficient dining area. The restaurant has restrooms too. The service here is quick. The area is kept neat and tidy. Must go in case you have sufficient time prior to your departure flight.

The lounge doesn't open on time, it says open . However, no staff available and they just add a chair to block entrance. Nobody is present to cater.

IS THIS AN AIRPORT LOUNGE OR A PAID RESTUARANT. THEY SEEM TO BE CLOSED IN THE MORNING AND do not accept any cards which are authorised for lounge services............ when you call them on their phone it always says that " not available".......will those managing it use a precious location for airport passengers looking for card services with a good ambience and hearty good food ???

This is not a launge, this is a restaurant. Although rupay has mentioned in their website that we can avail free access using platinum debit card, the owner denied it and asked us to pay. It's just ridiculous.

This is not open 24X7. When I visited around 9:00 AM, I was told to come back by 10:00 AM

The food is good. But story, begins here: First thing is , The card users are not welcome here. There is a clear discrimination in food menu for credit card users and non credit card users. The services of the lounge vary to the fore-mentioned categories of guests. You can not expect an additional cup of coffee if taken once. In a nutshell if you want to eat anything other than what they given you means you must be ready to pay the heavy charges.

This is not an official lounge. It is a Resto bar which operates as a lounge by their convenience. They do not accept an additional guest whatsoever. So only one card one member, the other member should have la Carte. The lounge time is only 1.5 Hours The lounge serves limited for lounge. So you either get a veg / sandwich + cookies + coffee/tea + Water bottle Or Veg pulao / biryani + raitha + 1 pc small gulab jamun + water bottle. Not worth lounge access. They are very friendly in service but have a very substandard taste.

This is the worst LOUNGE I have experienced in my life so far.!!!! The rice in Biryani was not properly cooked. It was half cooked and when complained, the staff acted in a way this is the 1st time they are have come across customer escalations. Glad I used Priority Pass to use the lounge and not paid paid actual money for the food here. They do not know anything about customer delight or service!

Visited Lounge as part of Visa...It's a pay and use lounge,so full service not extended to visa patrons.Leave alone beverages,u get decent roti,Butter chicken gravy,Rice,Dhall.Visa holders are treated second class and not accorded priority.

Paid lounge, they say some unknown cards and try to get you into some overpriced food. Not sure why they are allowing these guys into airport's. overpriced food. Best avoid it.

Got food poisoned after eating Veg Pulavu from there. This is unlike any lounge where you will only get 2 items with limited quantity (biriyani or pulav and 1 sweet) as complimentary with lounge access. This is also small with less sitting area. Avoid if possible

Food is very good, but service / respect is very poor. They will treat only said VIP, others they think they are doing free service. Pls change your attitude,that in Coimbatore (name for the respect and hospitality)

It is a quieter restaurant, as compared to the food joints downstairs near the waiting area, so that was a plus point for me. Secondly, the dishes were superb and tasted very well. The seating area (in particular, the sofa adjacent to the cashier) was a little uncomfortable, so I'd recommend sitting on the chairs instead. Also, the service was a tad bit slow. I didn't really use the lounge facilities, so I can't speak for that, but overall, I enjoyed my lunch here.

This place is a total scam. They will give you only one item from tea, coffee and pulao. The worst thing is that they don't inform you about it before swipping your card. When you try to enquire about it they will start talking rudely. The manager as well as the other staff don't know how to talk with customers. The sofas kept there are very dirty and looks like they have not been cleaned since a long time.

Avaachi fine dine is an airport lounge restaurant inside Coimbatore international airport. Well maintained interiors and good customer service. I have been here once and liked it. Recommended!

Worst experience. Not seems to be working genuinely. They informed in complementary access only tea coffee will be provided, which im hearing for first time in complementary access snacks or food won't be provided. Also denied access to rupay plantinum even though site has listed same Not even allowing to swipe card and check accessibility.

Reasonable place to wait for your plane. Overpriced menu as usual in airports, but cheaper than Bangalore. They accept priority pass and give you a set menu of tea, snacks. 650ml beer is 900, nonveg snacks 400+gst

The place itself nice and calm atmosphere. The food for complementory access are limited to 2 options either rice combo or sandwiches with water. If you want to have more, need to pay for it.

Pathetic experience. All staffs are there to mock you as most of your credit cards which are generally accpepted in all other airports are not accepted here. They will enjoy the show. The waiter named Vijay will laugh cheekily. The reception guy also. Their moto is to provide you menu so that you order something. Pathetic experience. Please refrain from going there.
