There is no option to mark zero but one star . We had a horrible experience . Rude nurses and reception desk staff. Very careless and irresponsible team of management. Wonder why people crowd in there for treatment. Poorest management. I won't recommend this KMCH, Coimbatore to anyone. Hospital means hospitality which is missing here.

Very poor Appointment systems are very poor the way they attend your call and replies aren't polite its the rude way just giving 30 minutes for the whole day for whole of appointment patients

Reception is heavily crowded. They should have atleast three or four attendant to guide the persons properly. There is a huge crowd which awaits near medical shop. The lift is another big headache. The buttons inside the lifts are worn out. The lifts are seldom enough to ferry the patients and passengers. The hospital management should consider these factors to regulate the crowd.

Earlier days in year 2000 and all the treatment & hospitality was very kind... Nowadays behaviour of staffs in entaire hospital are very bad experiences..

Only good for Gynaecology treatments. Parking facility very worst. Not recommended.

Had very bad experience, registered for covid vaccination which is opened for 50 slots. But management refused providing vaccines on arrival. No proper response on enquiry also.

Very worst service,patient have to wait for 8 hours to see the doctor in OP, and we have to wait maximum 6 hours to get the room till that patient have to sit in Admission Office, after this 14 hours process we will get General ward to admit, If a patient wait for 14 hours just think how they are running hospital without proper planning and Administration, Completely worst... Doctors team also telling us to admit without proper arrangements and not checking about availability of rooms.. Completely worst administration...

I am extremely disappointed.. actually don't want to give any stars here but there is no option for that.. the doctors are good because i consulted almost 3 or 4 doctors here.. they are good and their treatment is good..but their nurses and their receptionist are very rude.. i don't know why they behave like this and at all.. they are treating us like "dogs".. may be because of my appearance!! If u are rich they may treat u good and if u are poor they treat u like dogs... better u hang a notice infront of the hospital "poor people restricted here"..
