The taste was acceptable and the ambiance was the best thing about this place. Most of the dishes were excellent but the deserts.

Wonderful ambience and must try place in CBE. Hospitality is good and they have a huge parking space. Taste of food is fabulous 😍. You can ask for their favourite items to get the best experience. Cool spot to spend quality time with friends and loved ones .

Food is good and you have all varieties for veg and non veg Nd it tastes good.. we went as a team and enjoyed the ambiance and the food.. the services is good however it took a bit long.. may be because of the crowd..

The taste was moderate, but it’s too costly! The quantity was very very less for the price. Not worthy at all. Moreover, they took a lot of time to bring the food. Very poor service, we waited for a long time & got frustrated. Ambience was ok, nothing else is good. Not recommended💯

I visited Afghan grill for the first time on Valentine’s Day and had a great experience. The organizers prepared a special menu for the occasion, I got a table by the pool side and there was live music too. The lighting was just perfect and the food tasted great. My host was Aravind and he ensured that we were treated well. Overall, I would say one of the best dining experiences that I’ve had!

Went after Dewali Very good taste , Eat pather ka ghost and Lucknowi mutton Biriyani. Both are tasty

The best plane to tryout Indian Tandoor, grills and seafood. The place is a delight for the vegetarians too, if one is bored of the paneer and potatoes, the grilled broccoli is a saviour. The ambience is amazing and it's open till late.

A large group of us went for dinner to Afghan Grill. The service, ambiance and food made it a memorable evening. Food was near perfect. We had a meat platter for starters which was cooked perfectly. This was followed by a corriander chicken curry, mutton briyani and an egg and mutton curry. All very good but the latter was definitely the favourite. Unfortunately two aspects of the food let the side down and has led to a 4.5 star rating. The first was that the mutton in one of the pots needed a bit more time on the fire and the second were the deserts. A few of the party were disappointed that their old favourite - ice cream cake had disappeared of the menu. Would suggest keeping the desert menu simple. As mentioned service was excellent- polite, attentive but unobtrusive. Defenitely worth a visit.

Worst Ambiance and food menu-Disaster experience. Afghan GRILL... Horrible selection of food with overcooked procedure.- stinky fish tikka and overcooked chicken. I do not know what special these food in the menu has in it, so called ELITE group- Corporate people , Young people with their girl friends drink beer, Celerity Eat food with liquor here. Nothing aromatic and presentable food with proper lighting in that water moisture I do not know what food they serve Not like before the Ambiance. Residency food not like 90s and early 2000s Will not visit again. Highly disappointing

Simply put everything was delicious. The grilled meats and the curries were freshly prepared and perfectly spiced. Their signature dish the Raan Alishaan is a must try for sure! Well done to the team at this restaurant.

Not a good place to eat if there is even the slightest possibility of rain. Food is also not that great compared to the other restaurants in the residency. It's been a long time since I have gone to the Afghan grill so hopefully it might be better now

This poolside place is quite and peaceful place to dine. I would recommend to go for dinner. To enjoy the most it's better if it's only 2 of you or many be 3-4. Don't think it a nice idea to go for a bunch of friends

The best place in town...the pool side restaurant of Residency is a world in itself. Ambience is the top seller here..private spaces for a cozy dinner , or open spaces ...quick service . Taste is unparalleled anyway so nothing to add...but if it rains...u better run....

That was a nice ambiance. The foods served are tasty and it attracts you to visit next time. The place is maintained in such a way that you can visit with your family. Variety of foods available in Barbeque and also in the buffet. Must visit place with family.

Weekend dinner. Very nice and calm ambiance. Service was excellent.. non veg starters were very good. Though the place is expensive it is still fine to visit once in a while for the ambiance and quality of food.

Food here is good. The service was also very nice. My only complaint is that the tables do not have enough light, you can hardly see what you are eating. We had to take a closer look at the dishes to confirm our order.

Yesterday had the unfortunate time spending my wife b'day w few close friends at AG- most hyped place not worth the high prices they charge-no ambience-hot n humid-very poor lighting--no music-stray cat roaming around the dining area- poor service- some food undercooked n had to inform the chef who brought in replacement-no VFM -avoid

Ambience is good but food is not so great for the price, have to pre order is preferred. Most dishes we ordered we plain in taste couldn't feel any better taste

5 stars for the ambience and 2 stars for the food. They take eternity to serve and the food is not at all up to the mark.

Bad restaurant..Very less options to eat.. u have to choose between 4 main courses and 5 starters, food taste is average and bland, service and ambience is also average very dim lights. Won't recommend this place to anyone

Staff are polite and friendly. The ambience is as always good too. Check the menu carefully before ordering randomly though since some of the dishes are a hit or miss these days and you might end up feeling shortchanged for what you get vs what you pay.
