Ramesh mess Found it after searching for the local South Indian eateries in Google maps is just 500m from the Mettupalayam main road in Sai Baba colony.😎 The location of the mess is very nice and they had chairs before the hotel to accommodate for the delivery guys like swiggy Zomato👌 Menu is written down in the entrance in a very long board, takes 5 minutes to see what they have for today.🤗 Upon entering it seems very crowdy and makes a lot of time to eat. Found a seat and ordered podi dosa and utappam, both good😎❤️

The food was above average. Felt like it was made for bp and sugar patients. Ofcourse it was homely. Service was fast and food is priced on lower side.

A vegetarian restaurant providing mostly traditional menu for a long time. Heavy rush is experienced in the evening. Place is also a bit congested. Food is moderate quantity and taste. Parcel service available. Give order and get token, and wait outside and they will deliver. No service after 10 pm.

Spouse and I had veg meals today afternoon in Ramesh meas. This is a veg restaurant/mess which also serves egg varieties. Very reasonably priced. Half meals comes with limited rice and full meals comes with unlimited rice. We found the rice quantity in half meals priced at Rs.70, sufficient. Highly recommend and appreciate their service.

Worst service when crowded.Abruptly they will say not available without checking. Service was very worst,they didn't even clean the table when the order arrived. Rates if you are expecting to be nominal definitely it won't be for the ambience and taste. The person named Saravanan who served our table was very rude , literally he was waiting for us to leave. Never will visit again as my previous experience was take away.

Though the menu is less, the taste is good and their garlic masala dosa is signature dish and all in affordable rates.

Moderate Dining ambience provides to eat without much interferences from co-eaters. Delicious South Indian dishes like idli sevai and vazhaipoo masala dosa gave the healthy stomach acceptance feeling. Best place to have a natural aromatic food without colorings, preservative chemicals, etc. We were five paxes ate with delightfeeling and the bill was 40% of the cost of popular restaurants like Annapoorna, Apoorvas, Ananthas, etc...

Excellent food joint. Omlette, egg dosa/appam and a long list of Breakfast/lunch/dinner menus to satiate your taste buds. Simple, clean and welcoming staff serve food in plantain leaf. Best place for those who prefer homely, hygienic, tasty food. 😋

Ramesh Mess is a gem present in Saibaba Colony. We have been coming here for 4-5 years now and they maintain the same quality and taste here. I have never EVER got a stomach problem from eating here considering I have been here like 100 times. The Dosas and Kothu Parotta is just amazing! I was enjoying the food so much that I forgot to take the photos for the review. The ambiance has a mixture of old and modern with friendly waiters and prompt service. Overall, if you are in Saibaba Colony and are looking to find a place that has great food and is affordable I would definitely recommend this place.

Taste is okay. But the staffs inside the restaurant doesn't treat the customers well. Always rude. They have to know how to treat a customer because we are paying for the food. Most probably the food displayed outside the restaurant wont be available.So, I strongly not recommend this restaurant eventhough the food is good.

Food & Ambiance is good. I had a take away order. Suggesting management to look into the entrance for cleanliness. Mosquitos are present at the entrance to stand for placing the orders.

If any item you taken parcel means, they given very low quantity of gravy items. So please change your gravy quantity.

1. Sambar for dinner is just a mix of some random masalas in water. Zero taste. 2. Again Sambar is nothing but a masala water. 3. You will be served chilled Water sambar 4. Try Krishna mess if you want to eat local food. 5. Not hygienic. Foods are served with bare hands without gloves.

When I went to coimbatore , I had food at this homely restaurant. I had sevai, kothu parotta. They were awesome in taste. could see large number of people waiting outside to get the parcel and they were delivering them based on token system and it was great !!!

never try if you expect tasty food, the sambar and 2 chutney taste same with no spice no salt nothing, i literally wasted the food, felt very bad for those who gave 4+ ratings, for elder people who like no masala and no taste food can eat from this hotel. totally disappointed :( even home food will have some better taste.

Appam is very special in this hotel. Lot of variety available and neer dosa is distinct taste. During afternoon, variety rice available - malli rice is special. You can also order omlet here.
