One of the worst properties I have visited in the city. They have a big facade but the rooms are dusty. Badly maintained rooms. Water clogging in the bathrooms. So if you have allergies please avoid this property. My brother got a bad allergy after staying here for one night. The staff has no knowledge of whats happening in the property giving incorrect information. The items in the order missing for from the dinner I ordered. When called at the reception at night no response. Had to give up and order from zomato at mid night. When informed during billing the hotel manager spoke so damn rudely like I am asking for petty money to be removed. They did not accept their mistake. There is this old man who I believe is there manager worst person I have met in hospitality. There is hardly anyone available in nights if you need anything. You would need to call multiple times to get hold of someone. Never again is what I have decided and if you are looking for a good stay and create good memories this property is not it.

I have visited for food but the way they treat the walkin guests are not good. Only service area of people guided but there also lack of menu for food. While other group of people staying. So if you are foodie and looking for fun this hotel is not for you.....

The worst and stingy people at PLANT BARBEQUE. Me and my team went for lunch yesterday(16/01/2024) as planned for buffet. The starter was not repeated, chicken was not good and fish was smelling bad,the service was the worst ever. They just reached us as if he is giving the food for free and when we ask some more they feel stingy to provide or they say they are preparing and just do not come back to the table. The AC was not fine as it goes low all time. I was there from. 12.30 to 3 pm yesterday and the worst food I have ever had. The biryani was the worst, full of oil and unable to taste it one spoon. As you people are in the main space near main road, try to improve service and treat a customer atleast 1 percent from the behaviour of serving. Virundhombal is a legendary word ,try not to spoil it as we pay and eat your useless food. Never choose them until they behave to treat customer in the right way. Even not worth to provide one star. By the way no welcome drink provided and the sofa and chair was really worst feeling to sit comfortable with plates to have food.

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The room size was impressive, providing ample space for comfort. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a variety of continental and local options to start the day. The hotel is within a one minute walkable distance to the Ganga Hospital. For those wanting to visit the hospital, this hotel would be an excellent choice given its close proximity. However, the internet speed was just average, causing a minor inconvenience during my stay. The TV size in the room seemed inadequate for a 4-star hotel, and the limited channel selection, consisting mainly of free channels, left something to be desired. On the positive side, the hotel offers plenty of parking outside, which is convenient for guests with vehicles. Overall, a stay with both pros and cons.

We stayed here for a night on 15th February . Had a Pathetic Experience. At night 12 o clock as I was sleeping a couple opened the door and came in . On seeing me they apologized and walked out. Then from the reception they called me and apologized for it. Wondering if they were into some illegal activities else there is no way this could have happened . The breakfast was also bad with coffee tasting very bad . Very badly run place .

Looks great from outside..but you will feel the actual reality while you stay there. Old property and rooms are not up to the mark for the kind of charges. Air conditioner was not upto the mark. Morning complimentary Breakfast spread is so good. If you're bothered only about breakfast and not bothered in a convenient stay you can opt it.

Went for dinner at their restaurant. Unhappy about the food quality for 1000 per head. Prawns in barbecue were very chewy and most of meat appears not to be fresh. Pastries were very dried. Regret making a bulk booking. Kindly focus on quality of food. Staffs were pretty friendly.

Haven't stayed in the hotel but it's decent enough. Service is little bitter. Parking space is available on the stilt but still they send you to the basement where there is no space to even turn the car properly , very much compromised to save space for other purposes. And about Func bar it's totally pathetic and not worth the spend . Get some good brand of liquor and have a wider menu for food. A 6*6 dance floor is not what party people want . Even though the entire place was empty they insisted us to sit only where they wanted which is a big negative . Even smaller lounges have bigger variety of liquor than the so called Func bar. Intially while new it's all great and then eventually it all fades away service quality and the glow.

Good property, service is even better than the property. Will recommend this hotel to anybody look for a good service experience in coimbatore. A word of appreciation for Ms.Litty in the restaurant and Sudarshan bell boy for always smiling and taking care of customers to give them a pleasant experience.

I visit for business meet. I'm using this hotel as regular because of good service, accommodation and food. Staff all are so good especially Mr. Babu banquet helping lot.. It's very good for friends and families..

We did a family function at Delight Hall. The Food was really great and loved the service. The management accommodated all our needs. Special mention to Ms. Litty who was absolutely amazing throughout. She was very courteous, took full responsibility and ensured the event went very well to the end of it.. The chef team understood our taste preferences and catered to it exactly. All our guests loved it.
