I can give 0 score for this inn , because the hotel manager refused to check-in if guests are booking from OYO. I have booked a room recently from OYO and I have paid full amount but while check in they are not ready to give the room reason is rooms not available i didn't understand why these guys do like this. I am getting very disappointed and OYO also not given the refund after cancellation (their policy) but i explained this suitatuin to OYO customer care. I lost my money and peace of mind in that day. Don't trust this hotel worst management.

Room was spacious ,but not cleaned properly.I found cigarette stubs near bed during my stay over here. A/c is not working properly.

Very dirty rooms, the bed sheets were not changed. There were spider webs and found a cockroach inside bathroom. The bathroom was yuck, horrible experience with oyo. There was no hot water and we ran late for 2 hours because of this.

It was a horrible experience. We checked into the hotel at 11 PM only to find out we have to wait 2 hours to get our rooms. And once we finally got our rooms we were asked to shift to a Different room at around 2 am in the morning. Worst experience!!! We won't be coming back here ever. P.S this was apart from the lift not working and my old parents and grandma having to walk up 3 floors!! Oh and did I forget to mention that the building looked to be still under construction. Please do yourself a favour and never come here.

If there is 0 star I would have given that. The service was the worst. The room was already with another guests - Mosquitoes. There is no heater in bathroom. The water smelled like rotten egg. Lights were not working properly. The bed spread looked like it was used by other guests before an hour. TV connection is not there. Overall the room is not at all stayable. Worst ever room I have stayed.

Book this hotel if u want to experience rude and impolite conversation with receptionists, check in issues. Never ever faced this much trouble what i faced here.

Don't book through any online app. They will deny book in once you arrive. Very unprofessional and rude behavior.

Very bad service, dirty rooms and toilets. They have no respect for guests. I had to spend a night here with my family because there were no other options. The host there was not very welcoming so thought he was an employee. But it was a thunderclap for me to later realize that the very person is the owner too!!!

Clean and hygienic rooms. Staff were helpful to us and available most of the time. AC works perfectly. Clean nice bathrooms. Would definitely recommend, great pricing

The room was good but for early check in they took extra amount and also they didn't gave any soaps and all which is like basic necessity in a hotel.

Very very bad hotel rooms When I paid online and confirmed the booking there, without waterbottel, hot water, TV cable connection like intercom service, not so good.

On service provide Morning brakefast also not provide and air conditioner also not there I get worst experience in one ni8.

Never go for this option... Very dirty bedsheets and room... Full of noise till 1am in the night, after informing in the reception also no peace...whole night no sleep due to mosquitos .. never go for this option. Waste of money

Average place. AC was not efficient! The front office staffs were very helpful. The hot water in the room was working so they arranged for a bucket of hot water. Wifi wasn’t working!! I guess they are still constructing it.

Restroom and towel were not that much clean. Otherwise it's good

I got bad services from there.. When i called there they informed only 900 for a room..but finaly i reached there i payed 1200 for one day.. Even i didn't get any bill or anything from this hotel..i asked many times to the receptionist they informed me you will get bill on your mail id and they have no responsiblity Oyo will send the bill payment receipt..they know i am from another state so i am not much aware about places and anything that's why they treated like this and asked to payed this much of money

An average place to stay with, its near Coimbatore Bus stand, the checkin time is 12noon, and they basically entertain checkin as per the scheduled time, but you can check with them for early checkins, and you will be allowed early checkin strictly on an extra payment of ₹400/-.

It's very good and comfortable stay...Good for couples... Rates may vary according to oyo...

Cleanliness is excellent, service is superfast, rate is also ok. Located in Khosbagan market/bazar area. They dont have own restaurant but arrange food from near by restaurants or shops. Service persons are very charming, they work with smile. Wish to stay here again

The rooms were big and spacious. Great for a budget hotel.

A very good OYO. But the difficulty lies between to reach it from gandhipuram stand as flyover works are progress and straight raid has deviation. But the rooms are spacious. And I think it's flagship one, they provide Hand wash, Bosy Wash & Bosy lotion. When I were there there was some renovation work going on so in corridor some holes were seen in ceiling. Recommended ception is also good. Good stay if the distance not a matter.

Not a proper acknowledgement message after paying for booking the rooms. They are asking id proof for each individual on time of arrival to check in without prior information. To cancel the room they are just saying irrelavent reasons for not providing the refund. Such an irritating experience. Not a proper information from staffs. Staffs too are not polite and hospitality is worst from them. Totally an awful experience

Room's were not clean, on the ceiling of the room and in bathroom you'll find spider webs all over. Bed is not comfortable. Over that no other channels on TV except few free Tamil channels. Tap's were leaking and the hand jet was leaking too, after complaining the staff, no action was taken to resolve problem. Staff don't pick up the call when you call reception. You'll have to be lucky enough to get you call answered. Overall a bad and not recommend Experience. OYO flagship is the lowest categorie that hotels offer i came to know about it today by the hotel staff when i made a complaint.

Location is prime factor as it's very close to Gandhipuram bus stop(which is very active and accessible to almost all important parts of the city) and Railway Station. The rooms are clean and the service is prompt. Hygiene level is good. Could be an issue with the food and restaurant there because it was either closed or served very late to every try there.
