A very decent party hall with good ambience and well maintained. Food is okay but good for small parties and gatherings. Service is good and cool. At the dining area, when there is excess crowd, people will be standing right behind the ones having food to get seats and some alternative for this would be better.

Not very happy with the Sadya. The food could have been a lot better and the pickup staff’s behaviour was extremely rude. They went as far as saying the food they’re providing is charity. How is it charity if we’re paying you for it? Extremely disappointed because we LOVE the Palakkad branch and their food. Kindly work on it. Thanks.

Nice hotel

I guess there are two party halls. Each one in each floor. You have lift and stairs as well. The hall which I went was with AC and they where neat and clean. The restrooms are worst, and please don't even try it. Overall okay experience

Nice Place.. Good Food... Spacious for small functions... Parking facility is something they need to workout.. Only stair access..

We visited the place for Sisters reception. They have a small hall that is used for both for the function and food. Impressed with the buffet they served for the occasion ☺️

Please do not book Onam Sadhya from them. They take money in advance and will not respond to tour calls/ questions. Long waiting time to deliver your pre booking and no staffs to attend to you on a function day. Pathetic!!!!

The onam sadya was of utmost poor quality. The rice was not boiled properly . None of the items had adequate salt The curd was sour All items were not in adequate quantity We had to.wait in the queue from 12.30.to 2 It's not top in town it is worst in town . Top in town spoled our onam., pls.avoid ordering from top in town

Food served was below average, sound system was not good.

We ordered food for 250+ people for a wedding. The food was so delicious and the quality was extremely good. Guests were happy with the catering. Very friendly and responsive staffs. Palada payasam was so yummy but outstanding was their parippu payasam. Thanks for your service.

Good birthday party halls i

As the name says, "it is" Top in Town. The only thing which annoys is, the never ending stair case. It goes and goes and goes till u reach the food court

We were served with excellent Kerala Sadhya for our griha pravesh... The food was just too too good, all our guests were full of praises for the lovely food. The Ada Pradhaman was the icing in the cake....The gentlemen who had come to serve too were very good. Continue to give us all good food ...All the very best Top in Town....

Really disappointed for selecting the ‘Top in Town catering’ Coimbatore for my daughter’s birthday celebration. I had selected buffet (non -veg). 1. Poor service by catering team. 2. Food was served spicy so that people don’t eat much. 3. Biriyani rice was made common for vegetable biryani and Chicken biryani. They separated that by adding few chicken pieces to make chicken biriyani. 4. When they see the food is about to end, the catering team quickly takes out and retains some food to take to their houses. 6. Very less quantity of chicken piece with gravy in the counters. 7. Very few pieces of Paneer in the Paneer Tikka Masala. Instead they added much of cheap vegetables. 8. No mic system for announcement. Bad music player. 9. Parking is very limited. Please don’t select this place if you want to make your celebration a memorable one.
