This KFC is inside Brookefields Mall Coimbatorein the food court on the 4th floor. Food is tasty but choice of combos and buckets are very few. Waiting time is bit high so it's better to reach the counter and place the order before you are so much hungry. The food court seating, area and ambience is great. This is not like other KFC outlets as some of the options mentioned in the menu is not available while ordering.. Not much crowded. Smokey chicken is not good and crispy chicken is just ok as the pieces we received are not fully cooked.

We have utilised the restaurant three times. They have to grow and learn to manage the orders. If there is crowd, they are taking too much time to deliver the orders. Not all payment options (UPI/GPay) were available when I went there. Dont know now, whether they have fixed it. There was no mention of it when we enter the establishment, about this. We stood in queue and later found it out. The other time, we visited the big bums were not available for zinger burgers and the cashier charged the same amount for using the smaller bum for zinger burgers. Once I ordered mingle bucket through Zomato, one of the hot crispy wings was missing. I am not saying that they are cheating. All I am saying is they are new in town and they have to take care of all these lapses. Taste wise, I don't have any complaint.

KFC is one of my favourite place but in this place i could not get fresh food as it was my first time. Lettuce was brown fried chicken was chewy Even burger chewy too and found hair in burger. 3🌟 for service only.

Not gonna lie, the service here was really good. From the person taking orders very politely it was overall a really good experience. Almost all items on the menu were available and the ambience was quite good too. There is huge food court for seating facilities and you won't have to worry about getting a seat. The only nag for me is how there is no available drinking water unless you pay like ₹30 for a bottle. Other than that, it's what you would want in a KFC.

Chickens in KFC are good as always. Cost wise it is average. No too low. And you have to wait atleast 15 min to get your order. Atmosphere is good. But it may be crowded. Scanners UPI payments accepted.

It's neat and clean, the price may little bit higher I think so. but the waiting time is so long. if your so hungry it gets angrier. I was waiting more than half an hour standing and after that, I got my food.

The order processing takes long time especially on weekends. With Lulu mall opening, the rush in Brookfield has reduced, yet the order processing time is still high. The food is served fresh and is tasty. The staff are courteous. I read a notice that the store is managed by special needs staff which is a noble cause However I did not see any special needs staff when I visited on the weekend. Maybe they work on weekdays.

Excellent. The staffs are really nice here. Food was hot. Very filling to have after a day hunger. Accidentally my coke fell out of my tray while recieving the order... The staff made an effort to finde and gave me another one for free. Really nice gesture.

What a delicious place to meet up with friends for a breakfast. Being from the East coast, this is a refreshing and mildly overwhelming place to get good or great food. Overwhelming because you just don’t want to choose wrong. Go and check it out next time you drive by, and there are some other cute shops to visit while you are there! I know I will be visiting again soon!!

I have tried KFC multiple times in Chennai but the one at Brookfields was disappointing. They do not provide any lids for drinks nor straws (not even the paper straws), no extra tissues provided. They missed to add Popcorn chicken in my rice bowl and had to go ask them again about it. The most surprising thing to me was that they do not provide a bill to your order rather juz give a slip with number(basically the token number). I have been to alot of KFC outlets and haven't seen this kind of service or issue happening. Not sure why a bill wasn't provided🙄 I was very disappointed and I do not recommend this outlet for anyone who wants to try KFC.

KFC always advertise one thing and supply another. Had a fight with that in charge last time as they always refuse availability of ₹99/- chicken wrap. One can see lots of TV advertisement for this ₹ 99/+ but if u go to any KFC outlet they say " it just got finished". In fact this item was not supplied to the out let that day but they simply fool the customers by telling lies. I don't relish this attitude from a reputed foody like KFC ! I got nothing.

Order and delivery takes a lot of time. In the queue we have to stand min 15 to 20mins to place orders and then have to wait 10 to 15mins to deliver. Overall the food tastes good. At least you can open additional counters during peak days and time to avoid order delays.
