I am from Kerala, and I Have to say this is one of the best malls I have visited, I am not comparing it to Lulu mall, but the aesthetics and functionality of the mall is unparallel, the zoning is done very properly and easily ( because designed by architects ). There are plenty of shops and outlets for purchase actually you would be tired of seeing the never ending store's 😂 It even has Swedish brands such as H&M inside. The aesthetics have been carefully designed with great and spacious lobbys, proper connectivity and simple yet beautiful hanging lights. The parking is an another positive, proper and we'll planned, well connected to the parking using proper channels. Although I would suggest that the lighting and visibility of the parking could be improved. It has a OnePlus store and service centre, Apple authorised reseller croma and many electronic stores. Proper social distancing and awareness has been followed. All the workers and people are continuously wearing mask etc. Even the exteriors have been carefully designed with proper waiting areas landscaping and recreational spaces. A go karting arena has been created for further activities. The parking fares are also very cheap. There are a few malls in Coimbatore, and ProZone will be my favorite for now. I had the chance to visit this mall a few times while living near it. The mall layout is extensive and features many stores, most of which are good brands. The parking fee is nominal, and the parking lot is spacious. Many spots outside the mall would serve as a nice background for a photo. From apparel to electronics, you can shop everything here. There are sufficient dining options at the food court as well. Apart from shopping and dining, the mall features INOX Multiplex to watch the latest movies. If you are in the vicinity and need a spot to hang out, ProZone is the place to go to!

A good place to chill with your friends. Also has a theatre which is also very good. But the traffic parking by the weekend is too high they should have implemented some kind of fast tag thing to collect the parking fee. The lighting should have been improved, some places look dull.

Brand item showrooms inside . Ground floor & Ist Floor available , with escalators. Grocery & kitchen items can be purchased from ground floor shopping. sufficient Parking facilities are available. Food court is also available. INOX, Multi cinema halls are here. Overall good place to spend with family and friends.

Avoid weekends. Too crowded. Food court was jam packed. No place to sit and eat. We happen to stand and eat our order. Though Toc bell has private dinner, hence if you like Mexican food then you can opt for Tac bell. Too many cars we have wait to come out of the mall. Toilet r not maintained properly. No staff to guide in parking lot, thought there is staff to collect parking fees. My suggestion is avoid weekend.

It was easy to get the cab after the night show. Just a request not to close the store so soon, it becomes hard for people to shop. Good theater and good sound effects. This mall is Classic. All the other malls I'm Coimbatore are comparably similar to other malls throughout India but this one is something different. What I loved is the architecture and design. Other than that the crowd is just adequate and people don't seem rushing. The speciality of this place is the ceiling Fans. The ceiling Fans hung in the food court are worth watching and woowwing about. These fans are so huge that would probably circumvate a 3bhk home. Would suggest to have a look at it when u go there

Disgusting in terms of maintenance and sanitation. Government-based public restrooms are far better. Yuckkkkk! Families stay away, unless you need something specific from here.

Nice place to enjoy and we can forget our regular life style from the entrance of the mall. A huge car parking is there. We can park our car always without doubt in any rush. After comeback they make parking charge for our car parking. 🚗 So many brand shops are there. We can buy all kind of branded things in one place. I think four theater 🎥 are there inside of this mall. Infront of the theater snacks station is there. Cost wise too high. Pls check price list before you buy. Nice and very fashionable place to see. We can compare with Brookfield. Lots of shopping. Much Much Better than one new shopping center being advertised near Lakshmi Mills. Genuine discount here. Spar supermarket inside has real good product for gifting. Also one multi-brand discount store has good collection. They collect old used clothes and based on their value, we get additional discount. Food court is costly. Usually go to mall because its very close to my house and they have most shops but my first choice is always brooks tho To my surprise yesterday (22 November 2023) The maintenance of the toilet was worse omg can’t even imagine how bad it was I felt sick just by entering into it, not sure what was the problem but it really disappointing and not good since the toilet is located inside the food court itself Hopefully they fix soon and maintain the hygiene

Parking lot can accommodate plenty of two-wheelers and cars. If shoppers spend enough amount, mall can give discount for parking. At present mall has only flat rate payment system. Mall is close to IT companies and Avinashi Road. Usually less crowd during weekdays, so it's wonderful way to explore and fully enjoy the mall. Lot of kids activity areas. I am sure little ones definitely enjoy this place. Most of the popular outlets have plenty of collections. Women section provides lot of offer, however little overpriced. Quality of restroom areas not fully satisfied, in order to maintain crowd and name quality standards need to improved. Baby rooms don't have enough maintenance. So improving this will definitely attract more families and encourage them to stay long time.

Probably this is the best mall in Coimbatore with huge open space, lot of stores, good parking facilities and a movie complex not to mention the cleanliness. It's better place than Brooke field mall in Coimbatore and almost all the major brands and food courts are available for choice. The Mall is not very impressive as compared to their other counterparts in Coimbatore but has been designed nicely with lot of parking space, free from traffic congestion. Few branded shops but I doubt whether they will be making money even to pay the rentals. The food court and 9 movie screens are doing good business.

OnePlus experience store. Good. But, I asked help to update OS (Oxygen 11beta). Since there were only a few staff they didn't have patience and time to guide me. May be due to festive holiday. However there need be adequate staff to guide people like us coming from far away. Needs to be improved.

Good aspect is very spacious car parking, both covered and open. Even though relatively it's a small mall, has most of the top brand shops, and Inox is good. The areas of improvement is to maintain more wheel chairs, for such a mall now they have only 2 wheel chairs and by the probability you will not get it. Need more sign boards, like for wash rooms, cafeteria, food court etc.,

This mall has the best theatre in the city making this mall a best hangout place for a movie or a coffee. The restrooms too in this mall are poorly maintained. The COVID 19 norms are not that properly maintained as they only checked one persons temperature instead of checking the entire group’s. However a must visit place for an awesome movie in INOX

Exit time from the mall is more than half an hour and very worst planning by the mall management. The exit counter for vehicles are very less for the number of vehicles parked. Such a posh mall with absolutely filthy toilets. They believe people come only to the shops in the mall and never use their rest rooms. So much income. Why can't they a good house keeping team to keep the toilets clean and in good condition??. The latches were broken. Most toilets were totally unusable. Please give some importance to clean toilets. It will make a huge difference to your reputation. Also they can definitely improve the exit for cars. I almost stood for an hour to get out of the mall. Other shops and options are good. Although they have multi level parking, that gets filled up quickly. The worst is to get out of the mall as the exit leads to narrow main road which is anyway busy. Visited this mall thrice and Spent few hours with my friend here at Prozone Mall in Coimbatore... Purchased Beverages and Kitchen products @ SPAR supermarket and the cost also considerably affordable with offers and discounts....still I'm getting offer updates from SPAR...Prozone Mall has so many branded clothing showrooms and many restaurants as well including 8 movie screens of Inox. Roamed everywhere inside the mall. Good place for purchase (for those who can afford the cost) and entertainment. Children games and playing centre available. Mall has couple of entrances. Not much hotels found outside the mall however a bakery is located exactly infront of it. Visitors are allowed inside the mall post 11 am however the employees of showrooms inside and janitors are allowed as and when they come. Not sure about the parking facilities however the cab and other transport facilities available outside the mall.
