Shao is an absolute favorite when it comes to pan Asian food for my family in this vicinity. Nobody comes close in taste. We have dined in and we’ve ordered in more times than I can count on my fingers. I’ve loved the dimsums from here a lot. Soups are flavorful too. I love the roasted duck and pork belly too. Most of their preparations are scrumptious and worth trying.

Pros:- One of the finest premium hotels it is. Different large to small banquet halls are present for parties. A lot of parking facilities are present here for 2/4 wheelers. Service was very good here. Cons:- No cons as of such. Overall a good experience. It is one of the premium restaurant chains in India

Went there for new year party 2024,food was awesome 👍🏻.So many varieties of snacks, veggies and non veg foods,all tasting so good. Dance floor was spacious,DJ played nice songs setting the mood for the party. It was a very good experience overall.

An upscale place with delectable gourmet food. Authentic, full of flavor and food that is high in quality (and price :-) ). Personal Recommendation - Lotus Stem Soup, Vegetarian Assorted Sushi, Crispy Tofu. Desserts need some revisiting -- but do try their Coconut Sorbet. Service is good and ambience is serene.

Malties - Whisky Bar is located in Raddison blu Marathalli. It has a very calm and comfortable ambience for those who are looking to simply enjoy their drink and the company they are with. We visited this place in the evening and were welcomed by the staffs. Bar currently holds only 7 to 8 tables. We started with some nice cocktails [mind blowing] and starters. The lady staff on duty was very polite and helpful. Overall we had a great evening, and I must say this place truly does have something that other bars don't have when it comes to mixing the best cocktails. I recommend the management to conduct a whiskey festival as this Bar truly lives up to its name. Malties is a awesome lounge bar located at Radisson Blu Marathahalli .. This lovely looking bar is in the lobby premises so perfect to catch up with friends over drinks and quick snacks. This place is dim lit and has very comfortable seating.. The staff are very courteous.. I loved the wine display area.. Few of the drinks I tried Sex on the beach, Margarita and some whisky based cocktail.. They also have wide range of drinks.. What we ate : Tri color Murg tikka .. Well the chicken was marinated in 3 different ways well cooked served on warmer with mint chutney.. Cheese bombs was also delicious My favorite was spinach and mushroom cheese tart .. Loved the stuffings.. Also the crispy baby potato were amazing.. Its was perfectly paired with Peri Peri sauce. Well being a prawn lover I did not stop me from trying Panko jumbo prawns which was yummy. Overall had great experience of food and drinks .. Loved the ambience and also great service.

We went there for dinner. We had buy 1 get 1 buffet offer for ₹2500. There were several options for all kinds of menu. Good place to spend time with your family and friends. Went on a business dinner with my client, and the team..The staff is very kind and generous, in short service is good. Infrastructure is really nice, it has different place in case you want to have booze with different ambience, for families there is a separate lounge and you can reserve the place as well if you wish to have some privacy. We went for the buffet and food is up to the mark, it has different different varieties for veg and non-veg, giving you a lot of options to explore between north and south indian food items. Desserts are very nice with different options

What a hotel! Some state of the art infrastructure, I guess it should be expected at a hotel of this calibre. Went here to attend a wedding and it had some cool gateway kinda thing. It also had an amphitheatre and a buffet with a vaste variety of food. The bathrooms were also nice. The staff was courteous and the vibe was great.

Malties, one of the brands part of Radisson blu's culinary space, is a resto-bar that serves its patrons a vivid range of liquor accompanied with lip smacking bar bites from the global cuisine. They have a fine variety of malts, spirits, wines and brews from all across the globe and have curated some unique signature cocktails where apart from the premium liquors, a good innovative mix of ingredients go in. Malties is one of the rare brands that has a PREMIUM HAPPY HOUR daily from 5pm to 8pm on all the premium brands as well as regular ones. AMBIENCE This is a fine dining space with a limited seating and a small bar counter. Next to the counter is placed their high end malt - LOUIS XIII from Rèmy Martin in a concealed lit glass cabinet. A decent central chandelier provied some glow in the otherwise dark ambience. The seating is all couch based and very comfortable. There is a wine cellar on the wall opposite to the bar counter featuring all high end wines. Cozy music is played and the place is very apt to hop in, sip exotic malts and relish on delicious bar bites for comfortable durations. FOOD and DRINKS °Campbeltown drawn° This beautiful drink was served in a martini glass and was a blend of gentleman jack with sweet and sour and orange marmalade. The real essence lies in sipping it later by layer which renders the sober fruity taste at the beginning slowly transitioning to the alcohol flavor. °Lowland river° Served in a hurricane glass with pineapple garnish, this drink had crushed ice in a mix of pineapple sour, blue Curacao and scotch. It tasted absolutely great and furnished apt pineapple touch. °Scottish sour° Served in a old fashioned glass with orange garnish, this was the more spiked and on the bitter side drink made from campari and bowmore single malt whisky. A good try. °Royal jewel° Favorite from the lot, thanks to the litchi touch, this drink has cherry Brandy, vodka, lime and litchi juice mixed to perfection. °Tri color chicken tikka° Three variants, namely chicken tikka, Malai tikka and hariyali tikka were served all together, two from each type over a kindle flame and with homely coriander mint chutney. The marinating was done well with spices furnishing the apt flavors. The chicken pieces were tender and grilled well. °Spinach and mushroom cheese tart° This beautiful preparation had sweet tarts topped with well cooked spinach and mushroom mix with hint of spices and further laden with cheese. Absolutely delicious. °Exotic Charcuterie platter° Pepperoni, chorizo and Parma ham, all variants spiced up well and beautifully presented in three glasses, this dish is the fast running variety here and a must try for bacon lovers. SERVICE and COSTING Being a part of a high end hotel, serving premium drinks and finely curated dishes, the costing is towards the higher side. Service is commendable. The staff greeted us with joined hands at the entrance and ensured us a comfortable dining experience. The knowledge about drinks and dishes was intact with the servers and any small requests were well addressed to by them.

The bar is closed before you reach @10:30 PM, they will not severe you any unlimited liquior. Even if you talk to manager too, they will just not possible, u have to drink in regular price.

Hotel is awesome but the charges are quite high. Rooms are good with super cooling AC, automated blinds etc. We got both Executive and business rooms. Both are almost the same except for the privileges like happy hours free on business rooms. We got free drop at office and Morning breakfast as complimentary. Breakfast spread is simple awesome. They had South Indian, North Indian and Continental. Service was good too. Did not use pool or gym but that seem to be good too. Shantanu at reception did a good job.

Good place to stay. Staff was very friendly and they were ready to help. The only issue I had was with their breakfast buffet menu. 90% of the menu remained same in my 15 days stay only 10% of it was changed that too on rotation basis. Every alternate day you’ll find the same stuff. Gave them a strong feedback. Hope they’ll look into this and will try to change this.

Entrance is slightly narrow and is on the service road. Unless you are quite watchful, you are likely to miss it. Reception desk is at first floor. Only the Concierge is available in the ground floor. There is a lift which takes you to the ground floor without passing through the Reception. But Do not take it in the night, since the exit is locked in between. I enjoyed the breakfast. Whenever you order something in the live station, don't wait for it to be delivered to your table. Sometimes it may come when it becomes cold

I stay for business and the staff took extra care to ensure I had everything I needed. The complimentary office cab was easy to arrange, in room dining was convenient at all hours (thank you, Sachin!), and laundry service helped make the long stay more comfortable.

Rooms were a little cramped for 3 adults, but the overall ambience, food at the restaurants and courtesy of the staff are all commendable. Had dinner at the Chinese and Indian restaurants. Both were good. The breakfast had a good spread. Amble parking and valet, and easily accessible outing spots in the vicinity.

Radisson blu offers you a decent stay experience, with reasonable gourmet dinning options. The staff is polite and cooperative. Outside food is also not prohibited. It has a very nice swimming pool and we'll equipped gym. The rooms are modern and well lit. The washroom however felt below standards in terms of size and equipment. It's a good hotel for business stays, not so much for holidays. Outside the hotel lies the crowded outer ring road and its not pleasant to walk around outside the hotel with loads of traffic, crowds, pollution and noise. A cab is the best option to go around from here.

The food is amazing of this hotel. The location is perfect near to the office. The staff is so humble and helpful you just ask them and they will go beyond to help you out. It was a thrilling experience during our wedding anniversary. Ambience is very nice and the food and variety was awesome. Staff are ver kind and helpful. Especially Subroto and Goukul who were serving us. Despite the place a very near to our house it was first time experience and I would highly recommended for dining.

I took my parents out for dinner. Excellent ambience, curtious staff and delicious food. We had ordered the set menu as it was Chinese New year and was very glad with everything. Thank you Pawan thappa who made our night extra special. Will be back soon.

Shao offers a fine-dine experience. Authentic pan -asian cuisine and great service make it a must try. Soft, soothing music adds to the vibe. I liked Wonton and Kaffir Like Soup. Crunchy, chunky vegetables in zesty flavour and flavorful wontons proved to be a great start to the meal. Crispy Toragashi spinach tempura drizzled with soy sauce is a refreshing combination. The presentation is the sushi platter is unique. Maki, Uramaki and Nigiri are well-prepared. I would recommend schezwan spicy chicken for the main course. Hot basil wok tossed chicken tastes well with chilly garlic noodles. We opted for hot chocolate rolls with vanilla sauce. It is a classic dessert baked to perfection. The preparation of wasabi cheesecake is perfect. The staff at Shao ensures a great experience.

We went there primarily for Sushi but they were out of it. But the host went extra mile to make a few with Chicken. Appreciate it. He also offered us discount. Food tasted good but options are limited. Prices are on higher end. Place is warm, host is friendly.

About the cocktails, tried,Concoction between lowland whisky and pernod [4/5], Islay core which is Laphroaig with fresh pineapple and blue curacao [5/5], Campbelltown dawn which is a mixture of malt, kiwi and rose infused gin [4/5] and royal julep which is bourbon whisky, vodka, litchi juice and grenadine [4/5].Also tried some uncommon bottled beer, which happened to be really good.About the food, Loved the panko fried jumbo prawns, the prawns were huge in size and was crispy [5/5], exotic charcuterie platter which had pepperoni, chorizo and parma ham [3/4], Tricolor murgh tikka was amazing [5/5], panko fried mushrooms tasted nice, the mushrooms were juicy and the outer covering was crisp [4/5], Turkish chicken shawarma was served with some classic mayonnaise, onions and bell peppers and olives [4/5] and the fat chicken burger which was served with fries [5/5]. It’s nice luxury property ambience is really good what i liked about this hotel was service absolutely very very good. Entire kitchen staff was extra careful about my food since I am pregnant food never felt like hotel food and everyday they made sure to keep some dry fruits and fresh fruits for me in the room. So it’s was a good stay. Buffet breakfast and dinners were amazing with wide spread. My experience was really good will be back soon.

I only visited for a corporate lunch meet here. Not aware of the rooms/services. They have a great buffet with amazing spread, at quite affordable prices. Location is also perfect for corporate meets as it's very near to Eco World and Eco Space IT parks. From outside, it looks like a small set up, but, once you enter, you will see the hotel with massive open spaces and the ambience is super pleasing.

I had been there for lunch with colleagues. We tried their buffet, the variety was good though they could've changed few dishes. The taste of starters and main course was good, the desserts tasted very average. They should definitely consider improving the quality and taste of their desserts. Rest, the ambience and service was great.

I visited the melange restaurant with my family on my sister's birthday which was on 6th April, 2022. This is one of the best 5 star ⭐ restaurants I have ever visited so far. We had opted for dinner buffet which about 1100 per person inclusive of all taxes with no additional charges and the food was extremely delicious and fresh. From starters to desserts, everything was freshly made and even the naan was served piping hot to us. Extremely pleased by the food quality and of course their top notch service. Ok morning buffet. Tidy rooms. Nothing standing out. Good pool(could have been big), sauna and gym. Guy managing the pool was very friendly to me and my friends. Complimentary office shuttle for business bookings I guess. I don't mind staying here again.

This is nice and premium hotel. Food was not so tasty but quality was good. I liked desert as they have lot of options. I had visited Melange restaurant. They do not provide much options for starters in buffet specially for vegetarian.

The small facade on the main road is easy to miss but opens up to a vast space. Melange restaurant is a great place to savour Indian and continental food and drinks. The wide buffet spread does not compromise on the taste or quality and is fairly priced.

Had been here for corporate buffet. Good food for veg and non veg. Few gourmet food options as well. Chat options were not good. Stale pooris, low quality ice cream. However other items were good.

Visited with my husband - ambience was very peaceful. Great service. best part is the kitchen is open and you can see the chefs doing their magic. It is a warm cozy fine dine Asian place with extremely warm and sweet staff. Sunega had assisted us all along, and she was so sweet throughout. They have great options, both for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.we had majorly non-vegetarian options. The Chicken sui mai was warm and juicy with green chilli oil. The gyozi was good. Prawn tempura okayish but would taste good with the complimentary sauces with it. Fish options was good. The sliced lamp was little chewy. They good variety in terms of items available and their frequency. Food: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5 Service: 4.5/5,with really fast services. And their dessert options are also very different, and they had all available. We had Wasabi Cheesecake, which was one of a kind with slight sourish touch to the sweet Cheesecake.. It was beautiful on th inside and outside. All and all, a good Asian place to try.. Overall: 4/5

Shao never disappoints as the food is consistently good. Authentic Chinese dishes coupled with attentive service. The menu has not evolved as much over time hence they miss a 5* rating but for folks who have not been here before, definitely worth a visit!

Post covid the place has been restored and is a very nice cozy bar with an extensive single malt and other whisky menu. As such one of the few places in town where there is focus on it being a whisky bar. Prices for pours are reasonable considering it's 3/5 star hotel, and if they can keep some flights at lower net price, it would be perfect addition to their great value proposition. Hopefully it will happen in time.

I have only visited for a corporate lunch here. They have a great buffet with amazing spread, for all kinds of palletes. Location is also perfect for corporate meets. Once you enter, the vibe is super pleasing and has a very open architecture.

This hotel is located on the Outer Ring Road and has fair connectivity. Has good, spacious rooms with all amenities. It has total three restaurants, a pool, a conference hall and a bar. Breakfast spread was good with variety of food. The service at the restaurant can be improved and seating can be made better. They have a reception area on the first floor therefore, everytime you have to take two elevators if you are stepping out of the hotel. Overall fair experience and I will recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to have a comfortable stay.

I went for dinner out, worst part is your order comes very late. And the taste is not that great. It took ages for them to deliver food to our table,we had to call the staffs to give the menu. There were no crowd also, they took ages to take our order ( that too we had to call them again and again for order)

Food is too poor. No quality, no proper cooking and also not properly cooked. We had office event and completely disappointed. Most of us got stomach problems after this. Very pathetic. Even they don't refill the food at all. Very poor service as well. Their managers who were looking after the situation, only just looking at the situation, no action been taken by them. Overall, I must say that my experience was exceptional and exceeded my expectations in many ways.The facilities and amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch. The well-appointed business center, comfortable and spacious rooms, and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity were essential for my work-related needs. I also appreciated the convenience of having a dedicated meeting room available for my business meetings, which made my stay even more productive.

Impeccable service by the hotel. The pay attention to detail and are very flexible with the services they offer, Pankaj and his team at the hotel's restaurant Melange helped make our small event a success and were were warm and helpful throughout.

The Radisson Blu Bengaluru exceeded my expectations. The hotel is stunning with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The dining options were exceptional, and the staff provided exceptional service. The facilities, including the fitness center and rooftop pool, were top-notch. Overall, a memorable stay with friendly staff and a great location.

So here goes. This is the lowest I have rated a hotel anywhere in the world I have traveled. It is second only to the Vivanta in Trivandrum. The food is okay and the rooms are cookie cutter fine. Pretty much what you would expect from a business hotel. The big problem here is the staff. They are the most spaced out crew I have ever come across and completely lacking in empathy and customer focus. I don't know whether this is the Radisson culture/feel but, barring very few exceptions, they don't know what it means to work in the hospitality industry. Oh, they are polite enough but completely reactive and indifferent. Our key card wasn't working at 2345 and I trudged to the house phone and the very nice lad at the front desk tells me that he's the only one there and I will have to wait 5 minutes. Now that makes complete sense but that's now how you say it. Customer Sevice 101 demands that you first empathize and then say you will send someone right away. It's these little things that make a difference. The GM and the chain would do well to learn from their industry peers on what CX is all about. I'm never staying in a Radisson again. There are a few bright spots like the lovely young ladies in housekeeping, the AC technician and Satbir the doorman. The rest of them have a long way to go and the restaurant staff still think they are space camp.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Radisson Blu 5-star hotel with truly luxurious facilities. From the moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was captivated by the opulent atmosphere. Stayed at this 5-star hotel a year ago for 3 days during our company Town hall. The amenities were impressive, and the rooms were spacious enough for a comfortable stay with a roommate. However, we noticed that there was no cable or connection for the TV, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and dinner, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the per day cost as it was part of the company event. One downside was that some of the washroom shades in the rooms were damaged, which forced us to use neighboring rooms' facilities for showering. We tried reporting the issue to the reception, but it was not fixed during our stay. Located in one of the busiest places. Dropping off and picking up is a bit congested here

Overall a good experience. The hotel staffs, security and management is really polite, professional and courteous. Washroom drainage could have been more better but it didn’t created a huge chaos. Special thanks to Aditi who helped us extending our stay for an hour. She was really helpful and courteous whereas I didn’t felt the behaviour of the lady Rachita who escorted us to our rooms that much professional and sounded like oversmart. Otherwise would have given 5 star rating for sure. Hotel location is not that much great but that is but obvious in mid of city so it’s fine and manageable. We had a wonderful staycation in radissson, it was a perfect weekend in radisson. we were first checked in very easily and the room is very big with fully equiped mini bar and a lot of ammenities. We really loved the bedroom which was very well done. There are a bunch of options to choose hwere you want to eat. They also have a world class spa which was one of the most relaxing spa i have evr had. They make you feel at home, really . The next day we had a wonderful breakfast on our bed and we also tried their very famous brunch in melange. Before that the staff kindly gave us a property tour and we learnt soo much . The staff was very attendtive and good. I definately recommend radisson and would love to go back again.

I had organised a birthday party at Marquis, Radisson Blu. Extremely happy with the quality of service and courteous staff. The food was yum and served hot even until end of the party. Sanjay, Glen and their young DJ Prince did an excellent job of executing my plan to the T. Would highly recommend the place.

Went to attend company annual day event. We had pre planned events by colleagues including snacks and dinner. In dinner both veg and non veg buffet options were available. So I will Skip all other arrangements and will discuss about food quality. I must say that food preparation was average, for the per plate cost it was charged, the taste and preparation didn't justified the price and branding of hotel. Could easily get the same in any average restuarant.

Just want to comment on tapan and kalpana in the business lounge they are highly professional and just so welcoming I am lost for words. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing after a hard day's work and they made the pressure of the day bearable with their outstanding service.

We booked a table at shao We have taken a celebration for our anniversary at shao restaurant it was a great experience. The effort was great, the service was the best with Avijit and helping us all the way and finally the food was a perfect balance I haven't had for a while.

We had come to Melange for lunch. Mr. Soumya Ghosh, F&B Manager had reserved a table for us and his team which includes Mr. Prabath were very efficient. Our guest from UK much appreciated the ambience and food. Food was excellent and the spread was great. We would love to come again.

Good was tasty but I felt the price was high for the buffet lunch. Location is the extremely crowded Marathahalli. Better take a taxi so that you can just get down and walk somewhere nearby.

Place is very well maintained. LUNCH IS OK facilities are good except reaching location .staff is very well managed. Lounge need some attractive things and good lighting. Over all good experience
