😠 Worst service I have ever experienced. No responsible management. I bought 2 scooter together Ntorq and Jupiter 125 Dec 2022.     Worst service I have ever experienced. No responsible management. I bought 2 scooter together Ntorq and Jupiter 125 Dec 2022. When ever we give the scooter to service they will note down the issues but none will be resolved. ( this is second service) This is what they do in their so called FREE SERVICE. Evey time we have to visit more than twice to get the issue resolved by wasting time and petrol. We have experiences from various brands and LOTUS TVS SERVICE IS THE WORST.

    Ultimate one is when i compaint their GM , they did some crashes on my bike - proof also attached. Worst Service - Since my 7th service of my apachi i do support TVS because we need to support indian brand. But TVS lotus branch - Coimbatore Mettupalayam Rd , Near NewBusStand proved not worth of Quality service . Very Upset - I am Plan to move Consumer Court for MY issue . My time My Salary all waste due to this idiots .. Lets see Legal Progress - Without Oil Change they do full service The hell follow up since going 4 or 5 Times already visited show room - no use no proper responding Labor charged 830 something charged but they not check properly anything ultimate one is when i compaint their GM , they did some crashes on my bike - proof also attached . Still those idiot not understand customer point of view - As a customer took office leave , 2 days took permission, again and again .. this is why all are move for other country product -

    Their vehicles are good but the service ? Very poor. They have no interest in doing service. All their service advisors are very lethargic in even answering the customer. TVS must make sure to have a service supervisor in field to monitor the Service advisors. Else they will not engage the customer. During service one of the front panel was broken. Upon enquiry, they are simply saying " yes it's broken what to do?" If this is the level of service and customer satisfaction, TVS will soon fall because of their service advisors.

    Lotus mettupalayam road service is very worst. After service is pathetic. The staffs try to escape by giving reasons and disconnecting the calls. Management should take actions. Main front desk staff is not picking the call continously. People don't prefer Lotus tvs mettupalayam road unless Management take actions

    Regarding the sales, it is good that we are getting information about the vehicle. I appreciate the information we receive about the vehicle and the self-service option where we can approach on our own. However, I also had a positive experience when an executive approached me and asked how they could help me in my last visit. I suggesting should adopt this practice to welcome the customers who come inside, inquire about their vehicle preferences, and assign them a suitable person. This will enhance the customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is a necessary step to improve sales and market position. In fact, should strive to improve every aspect of services.

    Got my TVS Ntorq month back. They are too good at explaining things. I never got the same in Honda showrooms. In fact this is the first vehicle from TVS family. So you can know ho i got convinced :p. Services will also be good. Mostly a day for service.

    Sine zero star non available I rate it as 1 star... Worst customer service right from purchase, sales, service to parts.. As our lunch hour is from 1 to 2 we use this time to enquire the parts details... When I went at 1.30pm no one gave me proper response.. Finally they said go to parts but no one there.. Even two female Receptionist gave irregular response.. No one bother what part I need... So in lunch hour make sure atleast one responsible person in service and parts... Only in sales almost every one were there.. So TVS aim is to sell the bike not to satisfy their customer after sales... If good Mangement in the sense should take action....

    Poor customer service starts with delivering the new vehicle. Nobody here cares about the customer satisfaction. Delivering the vehicles with poor quality spares. If the customer didn't have knowledge about vehicle this people will screw up their happiness

    Worst service everseen.. Speedometer was working when I gave to service..when I taking delivery it didn't work .Asked them to rectify the issue ..they are asking 800 Rs to make it ready.

    I bought a TVS Jupiter 125cc. Within 5 months i got petrol leakage, carburetor issue, Air filter issue. The service team response is far worse. They charged you even if it is in warranty or free service. They once did black coating without cleaning (removing the stains) the silencer. Don't waste your money and time with TVS. They are not upto the quality anymore

    Response to the Customer is below expected level. No Proper communication within the team members. None of them cared about taking responsibility for customer vehicle delivery. One and only person I found responsible was Mr. Vivekanandan . His quick response was really appreciated 👍 With a team size of approx 30 people ,which I had a chance to watch their morning huddle. I suggest a good training session on professional approach to the customers and clear communication skills to be developed.

    Respected sir I Am P.THIRUKUMARAN Last one month before (21/07/2023) My Father was taken a service TVS XL in LOTUS AUTO PRIVATE LIMITED.(224 A , METTUPALAYAM ROAD, COIMBATORE 641043)Complient is XL front Tyre not good please change while services but services done XL Tyre not changed so my Father contacted to service Manager .My father asked why not changed Tyre .Service Manager told simply not having stock. TVS FRONT TYRE available in service showroom told stock incharge person. my father asked to service Manager why you give wrong comment. service Manager told don't ask any thing for me and spoke badly and don't respect of his age also. please don't unrespect to speak anyone please give proper solution Sir.

    Guys i have 125cc vehicle tvs juipter.. Guys all here are not experience person.. All r new They don't know about vehicle anything.. Gave vehicle to repair break sound, engine sound, vibration in vehicle.. But at last they tuk 3 days to take my vehicle and did only self start work other than tht didn't even touch.. When raised compliant they said it is normal only in this vehicle this sound will come and vibration will be there.. Than raised complaint online to grivence department they put on conference with manager to mr Sudhakar he is like we checked and all done properly.. I said still complaint there. He told to take vehicle and come vl check. I asked for expenses for 2 times when u tuk vehicle they said they can't give.. and direct from head office also told same.. So her comes if u r buying Vehicle wht ever repair comes in warntee customer only have to bear it.. So buying tvs vehicle for 1lakh wht ever prblm comes customer have to suffer.. Thanks tvs fraud company idiot showroom and mental manager... Lotus tvs showroom sai baba colony

    I went show room, there is no response for the sales team, some one told me to wait sales person will come. I am waiting long period no one come. I am leave from there. When I call website contact number more than 10 times , no bodies attend phone.

    Post sales and availability of spares is very dismal. I have been requesting for a right side rear mirror for over two weeks the only response i get from team is that they have no spares. what is the point of having a dealership when spares are not available, pathetic. Please rework your after sales strategy to reduce complaints from customers

    Very bad customer service. No proper communication. Till they get the money from you they will tell like will deliver bike next day. Once they get the money they wont even do proper communication. Wont deliver the bike as promised. I bought Ronin from here and worrying now. Dont buy from here if possible. After buying bike i booked accessories they asked to come to showroom for two times by saying my order came. But nothing came. They wasted my time. There are lot of other choises in Coimbatore for TVS showroom.

    Extremely good customer service by Mr. Vivekanandan sir and Selva Kumar. Fresh from a miserable experience from Sakthi Saradha TVS Avinashi road, who never even bothered to call me back for my test drive requirement, called Mr. Vivekanandan through Justdial and my goodness what an amazing service right from the call to my personal experience of a test drive the very next morning. Selva Kumar was also very helpful in clearing our doubts and understanding our requirements. This vehicle Ronin top model Orange triple tone was an anniversary gift from my wife to me and Selva Kumar arranged everything on time for delivery and was very supportive whenever I called him for any doubt. Thank God for Lotus TVS Mettupalayam road, otherwise my TVS Ronin dream would have ended due to my earlier pathetic experience from Sakthi Saradha TVS Avinashi road and I'd have gone for RE or Honda. Thank you for the pleasant experience Mr.Vivekanandan and Selva Kumar from Lotus TVS Mettupalayam road.
