We completed the test and got final result within 2 hours. Process time is less. and staffs are really kind and smart. Senior most doctors also good. Hi This is Bharathi Deepak, last month I had a minor accident and my hand was broke, so I was admitted in kg hospital and went under a surgery!!The doctors and nurses supported me a lot, they were friendly and took good care of me!! I would like to thank Gayathri mam physio for bringing back confidence in me and big thanks to my physio therapist Mr.Somaiah venkatachalam..for over a month he gave me physio treatment at my place, now I can functional my hand normally!! One of the best multi-specialty hospitals of COIMBATORE City. It is seen that almost all departments are having state of the art infrastructure facilities for giving best health care to the inpatients as well as to outpatients. Doctors and service personnel are highly experienced with top class specialisation and are very courteous. Charges can be considered as justifiable for the quality of treatment meted I would have given 5 stars but for the space limitations to handle the surge of out patients pouring in. Also to navigate inside is a bit complex with multiple name boards, many display details with scores of small notices pasted everywhere (as a sample I am attaching a photo herewith )

Experienced and professional service. We are happy with their service.Before 10 years there was good coordination and communication. But now feeling that there is some coordination problem. Today in 3rd floor nearly 50 persons are waiting for a single delivery patient.I can't understand why they are allowing so many visitors outside the operation theater

I admitted my mom for valve replacement operation in KG . Dr Arun Kumar cardiac surgeon did the MICS operation two months ago. The instructions given by him is fantastic. Even now continues calls from KG And asking about my mom's health is much appreciated, before day of next visit I am getting remainders . And the staff are very friendly and helpful too. I strongly suggest KG for Cardiac department.

In my personal experience in KG hospital all the staffs are kind. All the sisters and para medical staffs are service oriented smart and smiling face. Service is fully satisfied my overall experience is very good.

Don't know much more about their regular departments , the health check up is only avg and the coordination is very poor. And in addition they don't have any parking space, and surrounding lanes are non parking too. The management should identify suitable solution .

Her attention to detail and compassionate approach made a world of difference during our difficult days. And the respiratory team I got a chance to meet only Hema face to face and she was very kind even at night. I am sure everyone in her team are like wise. Dedicated efforts of the physiotherapy team played important role in my father's recovery. Despite occasional stress, the staff consistently demonstrated kindness and professionalism. However, I believe the facility itself could benefit from renovation to match the outstanding service provided by the staff. Acknowledging the efforts of the pharmacy team, led by Kalai, and others, as well as the service delivery team comprising Shanti and Sandhya, for their dedication in addressing my concerns multiple times. KG Hospital boasts a team of exemplary individuals, and while acknowledging their outstanding efforts, I hope the facility can undergo necessary renovations to enhance its positive impact further. The students from KG nursing were also participated some of the treatments and they are really good. I regret any omissions in mentioning specific names and extend my heartfelt gratitude to every staff member involved. Dear Dr.GB sir Greetings. This letter is written as an appreciation of the services rendered by our hospital staff during COVID times. My mother was diagnosed with COVID on 24.1.2022 when she underwent gene- expert test on the same day. It was amazing to note that the hospital was able to give the results in 3 hour’s time. Since she was not keeping well, we decided to get her admitted in the hospital. All the rooms were full in the main campus and Mr.Jayakumar, COO suggested to opt for a room at the Saravanampatti campus. We insisted on a private room and was arranged as well. We were permitted to use our own vehicle to drop my mother at the Saravanampatti campus. It was a very smooth admission process there with the great help of Mr.Ramesh, Incharge. She was there for 4 days. She got discharged today recovered from COVID. Mr.Ramesh took all pains to take care of her as his own mother. He arranged to get the required medicines on discharge and also escorted till the taxi. GB sir is truly blessed to have staff like Mr.Ramesh with him. The diet served on all 4 days was very hygienic too. It was infact like a ‘Home away from Home’ for my mother as she had to manage all alone for these 4 days and surprisingly not even a single complaint from her. My experience at KG Hospital has been the best. Better than anything I could have hoped for. An ambulance dropped me in emergency because of severe food poisoning. The expertise of the doctors and their promptness made me feel better in half a day while normal medication was ineffective. Nurses were so kind and other members of the staff too. It was like everybody is happy in this hospital. Also, the food is tasty and you can order any drink at any time. So thank you KG Hospital!

I joined KG in 2018 in the general surgery department . I am truly grateful to have gotten a seat in KG hospital , especially because of Dr G . Bhakthavathsalam sir , our Chairman. He was and continues to be an inspiring force in my life . He is very keen on his students excelling and has given me great opportunities under really great surgeons and to watch and assist a lot of surgeries and develop important skills . He made sure there were routine classes in our department.He was keen on us being disciplined and continually learning .I would have greatly missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime if I didn't join KG hospital. I was constantly assisting , presenting cases and attending classes . I am aware most institutions don't invest so much in the students as this hospital does. My experience at KG Hospital has been the best. It's better than anything I could have hoped for! My father in law (Mr. Christopher) was affected by stroke a couple of months back, and right from the day of the admission till today, the support has been overwhelming. Post discharge, the follow-up on the physiotherapy has been highly progressive with utmost care, and the recovery has been great. Thanks to the entire team of KG (Dr. Ramakrishnan and team), and especially to the Dept of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Medicine (Mr. Mohan Gandhi and Team) for their continued support during this phase. A special mention to the physiotherapist, Mr. Somaiah for his right guidance in helping the patient gain confidence and recover.

The nurse were all very caring and kept checking in on me from time to time. They were always available within a few seconds of ringing the bell. The hospitality and sanitary workers were also prompt and kept the rooms safe and clean. Food was served on time and the diet plan was great.

For the treatment of lymph node, the Dr. has advised for ultrasound after that we were unable to see the Dr. until 13:45, returned back. The Dr. is in rounds… In my opinion patients are used for teaching the forthcoming Dr.

I’m sharing about our experience at the KG hospital. For my mom, kidney transplantation was done 8 years ago by Dr. Ilangovan Veerapan. Initially, we had not much knowledge about transplantation, he explained this clearly, and his treatment is very good. For the past 8 years, we have been consulting with him, one of the great doctors we have seen. He is very kind to all the patients. We owe it to Dr. Ilangovan and Dr. Balakrishnan for my mom’s rebirth. In the nephrology department, all the staff were very caring, and the entire KG hospital service is very good.

I just wanted to take time to express how grateful I am for everyone here at the KG hospital towards outstanding treatment and care provided to me. The doctors at the fever clinic are very kind and patiently listened to all my concerns. The staff were really helpful. Also the level of care I received once I reached the speciality wing in Saravanampatti is beyond words. The hospital rooms were really clean and I felt very comfortable. The administrative staff ensured that I was well taken care of. Daily visits of the doctor was reassuring. This is about my father who suffered an attack of bleeding oesophageal varices ten days ago. He was in dire straits losing nearly 5 pints of blood when he reached the hospital in an ambulance. Worst hospital. Worst treatment. Apart from doctors rest all the staffs are uncivilized. Rates are too high. MRI and CT Scan prices are triple the times higher than the other good hospitals in coimbatore. They loot the people, lie to patients and staffs have very much arrogance and ignorance. Please don't go to KG hospital for any treatment. I recommend PSG or Royal care multispecility hospitals for any treatment in coimbatore. Car parking charge is 150 rupees for 24 hours and also it charges per hour so we can't use the token. For example in royal care they 20 rupees for 24 hours and we can use the token for the complete 24 Hours.

Treatment is good but canteen service is very bad... People in service section keep on chatting and patient standing with tokens.... Food quality & taste feels good. Kind request to management to look after this because patient has to return OP soon for consultation... There is no point of wasting time at canteen.

I came here for my UK medical process. I came expecting for a long wait seeing a huge number of patient. To my good surprise I was wrong in my assumption. I registered at 12:10pm ad by 1:10 pm I was given my certificate. They had a special team for the UK medical process led by Ms. Veeramani, Ms. Divya and Ms. Savitha. This team were not only friendly but very efficient to make sure that we didnt feel lost. They explained the procedure well and made sure that the process was quick. Overall this hospital in the health check up section has a very friendly, efficient staff.

My uncle was detected with two blocks in the heart which was very severe in condition. The cardiologists over there were super responsible and they gave a clear vision on the problem and how it could be treated.Since his condition was very severe and critical we were advised to go with open heart surgery.We had gone through a very tough time but the doctors over there especially Dr.Seghu(who did surgery for my uncle) and sheebha sister were very supportive and gave us the strength to handle the situation. Very dedicated service from KG. hospital. Where as Dr. MUTHU hospital SARAVANAMPATTI wants to mint money only. My wife Aney admitted at 10 AM on 11 th July 23 at Dr. MUTHU hospital and the cunning physician Dr. Vedashankarie madam told it is heart blockage and risky to shift to KMCH as per my humble request. No Streptokinase injection or first aid medicine's were not given. But the visiting one hour dangerous cardiologist Dr Susheendh Kanna came from NG HOSPITAL SIGNANALOR (14 KM) to Dr. MUTHU hospital put stents at 3 PM after coming by CAR,and left by CAR at 4pm . Then the cunning physician Dr. Vedashankari madam,told operation is required at 08:30 pm and shifted to KG HOSPITAL at 9 PM. My wife passed away on 13 TH July 1:50 AM at KG HOSPITAL because of the gross negligence of the cunning physician Dr. Vedashankari madam and the visiting dangerous cardiologist Dr Susheendh Kanna of Dr Muthu hospital, Saravanampatti, which only interested in minting money (commercial/ business Hospital). My complaints to higher authorities doesn't have any impact. Dr. MUTHU hospital Saravanampatti is only for minting money and commercial / Business interested . Team of the K.G. HOSPITAL Coimbatore staff is dedicated and reliable and tried their level best to save my beloved wife , but not succeeded. My beloved wife passed away due to the gross medical negligence of Dr Muthu hospital staff of, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.

I wish to tell about my wife's MVR surgery, at the hands of Dr. Arunkumar & team. We came to Dr. Arunkumar when we heard about MICS. On operation day, my wife's condition became critical and Dr. Arunkumar called me and explained that MICS will not be possible due to her present condition, and rightly advised for open surgery. I was first not ready for it and wanted to go to other hospital. But he explained thoroughly about her critical condition and helped me through the decision. His timely decision and action helped my wife cope up faster even from that critical state and today she is ready for discharge in 7 days. I thank the doctor, for saving my wife's life by right decision, the icu team and ward nurses for their caregiving. We thank OPD secretary for proper guidance even in busy OP day.

I met ENT Dr.for my wife. My wife's ear pain was only seen through her computer for 30 seconds. He said a full physical examination report should be obtained at this hospital, after which further treatment would be given. He was sent away without any treatment for ear pain. We were treated very badly. Rs.600 / - was charged for this bad treatment.

We went for retinal detachment surgery for my father. Dr. Manoj Ramachandran was patient and supportive throughout. He patiently explained the whole process and took us into confidence. Dr. Madhan who performed the surgery along with Dr. Manoj also explained the whole procedure that helped us understand and gain confidence in the procedure on what my dad was going to undergo. The whole experience alleviated a lot of worries which we went into because of the patient and kind care the team provided.

Am Shahidul Islam ,Bangladeshi national got admitted in Kg hospital under Dr Raja K with acute Bronchopneumonia along with other complications. For an abdominal surgery I was admitted and medically managed in K G Hospital from 1st to 10th February, 2022. As an in patient I really appreciate the facilities of the ICU and the kind of service by the ICU personnel. Excellent! I was in Room No. 6126. The room was neat, clean and comfortable. The Housekeeping Dept and their tireless service needs to be mentioned.  Appreciable! The physiotherapist department is one which surprised me with their exemplary work. The excellent support given by them made me to get out of my bed in no time. The Insurance and the Billing Depts and their staff are really working good. No time was wasted or lost to get the insurance claim in time. Lab, Food, Stretchers, and all other allied departments are also doing their good job in a precise manner. I have no words to explain the kindness with which the para medical staff did their service to me. Day and night without any time limits they looked after me with utmost care. It is next only to GODLINESS.  I KNEEL DOWN BEFORE THEM. As an in patient for ten days I never felt like to be in a Hospital. The K G Hospital has really made me feel at home. He made sure my stay during the check-up was comfortable. I have availed the "Global Checkup" and the medical facilities that came with it were state-of-the art. Myself Senthilkumar, I went KG for my mother heart related pain and met Dr. Ranjith, after angiogram test he suggested for open heart surgery and he explained the heart functioning procedures and exact issue at present for my mother; also why he is suggesting for open heart surgery. Initially, we were in the tension to accept. But, we have verified with other hospital and all said the same. Finally, we have done the heart operation at KG and surgery was done very proper manner in Mar-23. Respected Bakthavathsalam Sir, KG is one of the reputed hospitals in Coimbatore. My family and I have taken treatments from here for decades. KG is the first hospital that comes to our mind when we are ill because of the top-notch treatment. Couple of weeks back (5th Feb) my wife was diagnosed with dengue, so I telephoned KG Hospital asking for room availability and treatment. Couple of receptionists answered the phone and said that no rooms were available and connected the call to the emergency ward where a guy answered the phone and said that no rooms were available but he said treatment can be given and asked us to come to the hospital. We went to the hospital as quick as possible as my wife's platelets count was below 30k. The receptionist asked us to go to the emergency room where they said no rooms were available and also treatment cannot be given. So I asked why they asked us to come if treatment cannot be given and he replied it was not him and there was a miscommunication. We were helpless. Then we rushed to a hospital near our home and my wife was admitted there and was treated well and now she is fully recovered fortunately. Due to their miscommunication we had to travel back and forth with my sick wife with a very low platelets count. In the future please make sure that the things are communicated clear with certainty so that patients don't have to suffer like we did. Thank you. ரத

After having one week of worst nightmare experience in another hospital we shifted our mother on December 6th to your hospital I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated team of doctors who received in Emergency and MAHESWARAN SIR & team, GIRI SIR SANGEETHA MAM & TEAM RANJITH SIR PHYSIOTHERAPHY DR &TEAM NUTRITION TEAM all the nurses of 6th Floor and hospital staff who provided exceptional care during my mother's treatment. Had a bit of unhappy experience with the way nurses reacted in IMCU III they can be a bit polite to the attenders. Due to non availability of room we had to stay in IMCU III for 2 days. Your compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment made a significant difference in her recovery journey, and we are truly thankful for your tireless efforts. While our experience with the medical care was exemplary, I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the discharge procedure. The process seemed rather cumbersome and painful. I kindly request the hospital administration to consider implementing measures to streamline and ease the discharge procedures, ensuring a smoother transition for both patients and their families. Your continuous dedication to enhancing patient experience is highly appreciated. Thank you for your outstanding service and for considering this suggestion to further improve the overall patient care process.

Very very poor service of the hospital...only commercial business is going on without looking on the family side...even the chairman of this hospital doesn't hold responsibility to atleast answer patients attenders who themselves are doctors and if this can b the case with doctors believing in this hospital then I cannot imagine how they might b cheating with other ppl trusting in this hospital....I have documented record of their negligence andfighting legally but warning other innocent people from my experience to stay away from dirty business of this hospital becoz life of a pt to this hospital doesn't matter ...it is only business to them
