1. They are Taxi aggregators. While this eliminates the hazzles of identifying a reliable cab operator, this service comes with a 20-25% mark-up in the fare. It was a late realization for me and it was not worth paying that extra when i would have got a better deal with Ola or Uber rentals/outstations. 2. Different vehicles for Different days; Both Cab drivers appeared to be owner/drivers and were remarking why we had engaged the cab through Royal

The driver Mr. Ramesh and the Innova car which we used to travel to Munnar from Coimbatore was excellent. But we went through Royal travels, coimbatore taxi whose service was not good. No proper response from the office. Driver was not informed about my payment mode. Poor planning of itinerary. They don't even communicate things properly. Overall the driver and the cab who was from a different travel agency were good. Otherwise service of Royal travels is very poor.

We went on a trip to Ooty-Coonoor and had a wonderful experience with our driver(Subash). He covered all the sight seeing places, even helped us with more experiences then mentioned in package.

I am not sure how well trained their staff is, but the person who attended to me thrice seemed to "want" to get into an argument unnecessarily. Since my trip does not involve any site seeing, parking and much petrol use, and I offered on courtesy basis accommodation for the driver too, I requested for a slight price reduction. The "staff" got offended and refused to provide the transportation. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior when I have been communicating since a week with the company for an official visit for a conference. Nobody calls tours and travel companies to get into arguments with mere customer service staff. Kindly train staff with basic etiquette, and to communicate with the right temperament and tone. Revenue and customers will be lost due to a single staff who never learnt the importance on how to speak well.

Travel experience is very worst.. driver drove rashly.. its worst vacation trip.. We travelled with him for three days in fear.. Also, total kms in package is 350 km and in third day he said it might crossed 350 km during mid of day.. but incidentally we monitored in the day one itself and it comes around 270 km only.. Moreover, he suggested jeep safari in masinagudi with price 3200 to see the animals in forest and we picked the package.. finally the safari is worst and 3 hrs waste of time for us.. finally it comes to know that jeep safari person is known to him. The next day he said we would see animals only in the late evening or early morning...

The driver, Mr Guru was on time and was very polite although had a bad experience with the billing part with Mr Prakash. Had booked their taxi service 1 month before the date of travel. They had shared the break up of the fees via mail which amounted to Rs 2520 for 100km. On the day of travel I had cross checked the payable amount with the driver. He verified the same. After the trip ended he asked for Rs 3650 for 109km claiming that the passengers had to pay toll and interstate permit. This was a hidden cost which they never shared with us and they argued that the information was already shared. After digging up the mail I found out that they had nowhere mentioned about toll and interstate permit. Their website's online payment (it doesn't work though) showed the payable amount to be Rs 2520. We ended up paying Rs 3000 to avoid quarrel.

Last week go to Ooty package with my family Mr Prakah arrange the Epass and provide safteycab with good driver.. Driver follows all Medical Rules thank you Royal Travels make a saftey journey

The ride was quite comfortable as the vehicle was well maintained. He was helpful in taking us to various tourist attractions in and around ooty. We hired Royals for Muunar Kodai and ooty trip a long one for 8 days. Very disappointed with the below things but I sincerely appreciate Mr Prakash who understood our situation and tried to manage it. 1. Our driver Mr Murugan(vehicle 2355) speaks very harshly in Tamil language as he feels we don't understand it. 2. Decides on his own to change route or sight seeing areas. 3.constant complaints as my parent wasn't quick enough to slide into the car no manners to talk to elders 4. Asked my mother to book tempo traveller as she was bit obese. Disgusting behaviour for any man of his age to speak to a mother in this manner. 5. Not interested to stop at shopping areas makes u feel extremely uncomfortable, rude behaviour and horrible person and the list is on 6. Halts at hotels which are not hygienic inspite of knowing the area well. Though Mr Prakash took right action words spoil the mood of vacation and lost one whole day in ooty. We pay lacs to plan such trips and there is always an excitement that should not be ruined. Kindly teach your driver manners and respect our time and money. It is not just your loss very heavy losses for us too.
