The new sales boys are really polite and kind! The process of exchanging jewellery is truly transparent. Sales boys clearly explain the rate, weight, wastage etc. They do not hide any cost from customers. All the details are given along with bill. So you will not get the feeling of getting cheated when you reach home! I have been purchasing gold and silver repeatedly! We, at our home, do not have any issues from ladies so far! Gold is also little pure compared to other jewellery shops in the same area. If you exchange jewelry that you had bought from them, they give you good exchange rate. If you are a regular customer, you will be treated with additional favours! A peace of mind shop. You can close your eyes and buy; you will not be cheated! You can have constant relationship with this shop life long peacefully!

Poor Service to customers, Lack of Security to vehicles, Irresponsible I had visited this showroom on 24/11/2020 and parked my car in their parking lot .I was very disappointed to see the sight of my new car which was just weeks old after purchase lying in a damaged condition with front bumper being damaged very badly. The store manager assured that he would help us with the CCTV footages the next day, but he got back to us telling there werent enough footages to capture the vehicle that has caused this damage to my car. There were only 5-6 cars in the lot that day and still they couldnt find out. If they had a proper personnel to guide in parking lot or enough cctv cameras this could have been avoided! Raised a complaint with their customer support team and they actually were good listeners and never got back to us till today! never expected such a response from a reputed jeweller group!

Your customer service is outstanding, your packaging is beautiful and the products I have received so far are wonderful - great quality!  I find most appealing is that your prices are better than most other options out there on almost every product!

My 8 month old baby had her ears pierced at kalyan jewellers coimbatore and the staff were very compassionate and kind. Especially the gentleman named SARJUL MOHAN held my baby to calm her while we were packing our stuff and checking the bill. Shop is good but there is a sales man named Ayyappan who behaved cheaply and kept talking unnecessarily so have decided not to go there anymore and going to stop the monthly jewellery scheme because of his behaviour. Please take action on him. Our sales man Praveen was good. I don't understand why did that Ayyappan attend us when we had asked specifically for Praveen. Is there anyone with whom I can talk to about this matter ?

Kalyan jewellers is more transparent in terms of exchange of old gold jewels.Starting from checking the hallmark of gold and till melting it we have been there. Done a gold exchange and bought new one with a fair price. Really happy a customer..

Very bad servicing. Old staff were awesome. New staff very rude behaviour. Even mistakes were there in billing and they didn't even apologise for that.

Visited Kalyan Jewelers today! Customer service at worst.. They did not have basic gold link for the chain in stock! Clearly they did not value the small business opportunity and played the out of stock card in spite of being long time customers. Never going to Kalyan again!

The collection is not bad. I went to get daily wear chain. You have good collection for thin chains for girls which you can wear for daily use, you have rose gold and platinum mix chains which are very beautiful. You have chains with both pendant or without pendant, you can prefer according to your choice. The pendants are also equally beautiful. You have varieties in gold, rose gold and platinum. I would recommend this place for chains.

Kalyan Jewellers stands on the of the best jewelers in gandhipuram , Coimbatore side. The are the best in the Quality. They do have proper parking for customers. Quality customer service and aftersales support.

I personally didn't find too much designs to what they advertise and all the good designs are too much heavy compare to the same designs in their competitors shops for eg: a jimikki of the same design is 2 sovereign in the other shops but here it's more than 3 sovereign

When I cross verified paid amt vs bill amt, they got an extra amt from me than bill amt. They never asked me permission to put jewel insurance, they themself put insurance and got extra amt for that. Also they are not getting address from customers, themselves mentioning some fake address in bill so after seeing this all now I worried abt purity of gold....also what they are publishing in ad also not true.....so be aware
