The
first
thing
i
must
mention
is
that
this
is
the
most
underrated
jewellery
store
in
Coimbatore.
Let
me
explain
the
reason
why
in
a
brief
narration
of
the
events
happened
yesterday.
Yesterday
as
me
n
my
mom
planned
to
purchase
a
set
of
bangles
along
with
the
current
trending
mugappu
chain
by
exchanging
the
old
jewellery
and
paying
the
wastage
n
GST.
And
so
we
went
and
started
exploring
different
top
brand
shops
in
Coimbatore
around
oppanakara
street.
After
looking
around
we
realised
that
either
the
top
brand
shops
have
very
less
light
weight
collections
as
we
were
looking
for
today
or
the
worst
service
you
can
think
of
like
showing
off
attitude
as
they
don't
want
to
serve
us
as
we
were
only
looking
for
light
weight
jewellery.
So
after
like
half
a
day
of
checking
out
different
shops
none
had
what
we
were
looking
for
within
our
budget
and
so
as
a
last
attempt
we
decided
to
checkout
the
shops
at
gandhipuram
before
we
completely
give
up
the
plan
of
purchasing
today,
as
we
were
hoping
that
atleast
they
would
have
some
collections
as
we
desire.
We
were
regular
customers
of
both
GRT
&
Malabar
and
so
as
a
last
resort
we
wanted
to
check
them
out
as
well
but
as
we
were
at
cross
cut
road
we
wanted
to
check
out
the
most
underrated
jewellery
store
PAVIZHAM
for
a
change
as
even
from
childhood
whenever
i
come
across
crosscut
road
i
would
see
that
there
are
like
4
branches
of
PAVIZHAM
jewellery
and
was
so
curious
to
know
how
come
they
have
4
when
even
the
top
brands
struggle
get
a
spot
in
this
road.
As
soon
as
we
stepped
into
PAVIZHAM
jewellers,
we
were
gracefully
greeted
and
seated.
That's
when
i
said
to
my
mom
that
we'll
be
getting
our
jewellery
here
today
as
i
felt
that
the
aura
and
the
ambience
made
me
feel
better
after
having
a
lot
of
upset
from
the
start
of
the
day.
Then
we
were
attended
by
SHEEBHA
who
was
so
enthusiastic
with
a
happy
face
when
compared
to
all
the
sales
people
we
saw
from
the
morning.
As
soon
as
my
mom
told
her
the
requirements
she
gracefully
showed
us
all
the
different
collections
in
the
store
and
that's
when
we
realised
that
they
have
the
most
number
of
collections
for
any
sort
of
requirement
we
ask
for.
Then
after
choosing
our
bangles
we
went
on
to
choose
the
mugappu
chain
on
a
smaller
budget...
But
SHEEBHA
showed
us
the
collections
they
have
on
that
range
but
i
was
not
satisfied
as
I
was
actually
looking
for
a
nagas
design
mugappu
enclosed
within
the
chain.
Just
like
other
shops,
they
were
unable
to
provide
that
within
our
super
small
budget
but
then
she
came
up
with
an
idea
which
we
didn't
expect
to
get
in
any
jewellery
store
we
had
visited
before.
She
showed
us
different
nagas
designs
in
the
pendant
form
and
promised
us
that
she
can
attach
this
to
the
chain
which
we
liked
under
our
planned
budget...i
was
shocked
like
who
can
do
that
too
immediately
within
a
few
minutes....
It's
by
then
when
SHEEBHA
explained
us
that
PAVIZHAM
have
their
own
complete
factory
running
beside
them
and
they
can
readily
customize
any
jewellery
within
a
few
minutes.
This
was
a
completely
different
approach
and
i
really
wanted
to
take
a
risk
as
she
assured
us
of
the
design
customization
within
the
next
30
minutes.
So
we
agreed
and
we
were
asked
to
wait
for
it
and
we
were
seated
to
a
side
and
that's
when
i
realised
the
amount
of
freedom
and
privilege
PAVIZHAM
give
their
employees
to
take
decisions
and
make
customers
to
be
completely
satisfied...its
like
no
other
shop
would
take
such
a
step
and
it's
truly
commendable
and
would
highly
recommend
everyone
to
try
them
out
once
and
I'm
sure
you
won't
regret
your
decision.
