Dr. K S RAMALINGAM was recommended by a friend for follow up care and consultation. I have found him to be very approachable person. The staff and nurses at the outpatient care have been very helpful. I had to be admitted to the hospital too. The care and given by the doctors and nurses were excellent. The staff were well mannered and very helpful.

The best hospital for kidney transplant. I have done kidney transplant before 4 years and I'm doing very good. Dr. Ramalingam is one of the best doctors in Coimbatore and he is so kind to patients. He is the chief doctor and we can call him at anytime if we have any issues regarding our health issue and he'll attend the call and will answer us politely, such a good person. Cost wise, affordable for middle class people. Hospital environment is very good, no crowd and nature friendly. Hospital rooms are cleanly maintained and in ICU also very friendly staff and nurses. They are very caring and so patience. If we have any issue, we can talk with chief doctor. He will take actions. Finally, I've gone to KMC*, near airport, nephrology, the worst ever treatment I got. I'm living only because of Dr. Ramalingam. Among any other hospitals in Coimbatore for nephrology, the Coimbatore kidney center is the best.

Everything is good in this hospital except the billing and discharge process, which takes very long time. If they concentrate on this, definitely desire for 5*

Have money to burn go to this place, they will show u heaven if u pour in - else the fatty night cashier will ask whoever accompanies patient to pay advance unethical who cares, s..t and sleep moron in between is everything corporate mindset Premium price tag for what, chief is aging short term memory and don't know what's are chief couple thoughts for future.. not personal but please do standardise ur billing and provide hope !

my dad admitted in hospital now he going to discharge but we didn't get any proper response from nurse and we didn't get the report summary in on time it's all are happened last minute only after discharge we are waiting around 2 hours in hospital and Worst response from duty nurse all the bills and settlements are completed after the billing closed dudy nurse come and given one more blood test from my dad .Once come we come out the hospital suddenly she said need check blood count for my dad. If before discharge and before closing the bills she didn't take what are the test required. I don't know what type of work is going on in Coimbatore kidney care hospital.

Hospital nursing and cash counters are so pathetic.... I had got admitted in this hospital for kidney stone surgery... Dr. JAYAMURUGAN is very helpful and best Urologist... but coming to nurses, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone... had very bad experience in 4 days.. Hospital management should train the nurses properly or change the experienced nurses.

Transplanted in 2012. The specialty of this hospital is you can't go unwell if you are in regular check ups as per their orders. The take beat care of every patient's just like their kith and kin and provide necessary advice on health. I strongly recommend this hospital for any kind of kidney issues. Very worst and rude behavior by Dr. Jayamurugan....He refused to accept Insurance and asked lady patient "if you can't pay the fees, go to a government hospital, why are you coming to this hospital ?" He doesn't have very basic manners to treat/consult the patients. He really spoils the reputed hospital. 1 star is to Dr.Jayamurugan.

This five star ⭐️ I have given only for the gynecologist Dr.Karpagam , her service towards to the patients are phenomenal. She is very polite and helpful. Next comes to the hospital cleanliness is so worst and awful. The service of the nurses is so pathetic and cash counter staffs were so rude and pathetic behavior. If only patients r stuck for Gync related issues is only for the doctor not for the hospital. Management should look into it seriously!

Happy to share my reviews on Coimbatore Kidney Centre. My husband underwent kidney transplant in CKC in the year 2015. He is hale and healthy today all because of the specialists in CKC.The Chief doctor Dr. K.S.Ramalingam is a highly experienced and a caring doctor.He is a God to us. He clearly explains the problem and helps with the next steps. Such a chief doctor who is approachable at any time. I have always felt that this hospital and the patients are his top priority. Team of doctors: Doctors team are experienced and help support you when you are here. Explanations provided are very clear. They are very sincere towards work and provide a great service. Nurses: Nurses provide a great care and are always available for anything needed. Their dedication is greatly appreciated. Cleanliness and a great environment: Hospital makes you feel at home as the environment is not cramped and crowded. Its more spacious and lively with greens all around. A clean and neat place which makes you more comfortable.We have never left that we are visiting a hospital. The environment has never made us feel sick. Overall you will surely feel you are in safe hands when you come to CKC.

Very slow process , need to spend the whole day . Need to improve customer care

My Dad, 71 years old was admitted in CKC for 1 week to treat Nephropathy. Dr. Ramalingam is very patient in explaining the disease in simple language, treatment that we will undergo, what to expect in that time etc. He runs a tight ship at hospital and keeps all staff on feet. Dr. Krishna Kumar is very thorough in understanding complete history, frequently checking on the patient and available to answer questions. He tells you exactly what is the target they are aiming for in your test results in upcoming months. It's very rare seeing a Dr explain at this level and treating even a non-medical-background person with respect. They have the best staff in ICU who are attentive to all your needs. Ms. Suguna, ICU Nurse took very good care of my Dad. Dad is full of praise for her. Admin staff are very polite and answer all your questions. Especially Ms.Srinithika is a natural when it comes to patient and family care. She has outstanding service mindset that even the simplest of your need is immediately taken care. This hospital stands tall in its commitment to their vision and mission.

it was 17 years since am visiting this hospital. My transplant was done on may 2016. Am healthy till now. Doctors advice how to take medicines, food etc. They taught how to be safe and hygiene. Thanks to doctor and hospital. Allavikuty.

All is well except for the ultra sound scans. The waiting time is miserably long. Prefer getting the USG outside, it should be a faster alternative. The reception staff aren't the very welcoming. Otherwise the doctors are good and other facilities seem fine. Edit: My bad its not just the ultra sound but also the blood test facility. They really think that they are queens. Terrible attitude!!!! Super rude staff.

After reading so many comments regarding transplants done in this hospital all written in the same copy and paste format I thought I should share my father's experiences with this hospital... My father went to this hospital back in 2017... He was in pain and they wasted his time for the whole day almost and they didn't care to do anything to manage his pain... And a doctor in the op was very rude to my father and told my father not to lay a hand on his table and he yelled at him and claimed to have 7 years of experience in this field...but he didn't know how to behave like a basic human...my father should have known before choosing to come to this kind of a hospital... Then my father went to a different hospital to find Doctor who is actually interested in treating the patients... Then he got a call from the kidney center saying that his Hb is too low and he needs to get admitted there...My father didn't even go back there to collect his blood reports...The doctors here act like they are the only doctors left in this entire planet...And the senior doctors please don't claim to be the hardest workers when you find time to have a nap even when you know there are patients waiting just outside to consult you, they don't know any better ...please have some decency to value people's time... Try to treat the patients like a human being... I know if they are not going to have a transplant there they don't worth much to you people...

2005 transplanted, I will say this is the beat transplant hospital in India. Preventive measures they take is just mind blowing. Even nigh 1 he will attend the call and will be available for patients. I have never ever seen this much of personal care towards patients in any hospital. Transplanted in 2013, and am in regular health check up once in 2months. What I will say is, any hospital can do a transplant surgery but after surgery the follow up and treatment medications are more important. And o would say this hospital is the best under the guidance of Dr.Ramalingam sir. 100% success rate in transplant surgeries. I know few patients who come for review 25years after transplantation.
